草原龙胆(Eustoma grandiflorum)是近年来鲜切花市场上的新星,由于花色繁多、花型典雅深受人们喜爱.但其采后不耐干藏易出现切花品质的下降,故筛选适宜草原龙胆的保鲜剂成为生产上急需解决的问题.以草原龙胆露西塔紫色重瓣品种为试材,考察含不同植物生长调节剂KT(40mg·L-1)、ABA(50mg·L-1)、6-BA(25mg·L-1)、GA(50mg·L-1)和IAA(100mg·L-1)的处理液,瓶插预处理24h后,对瓶插寿命、切花品质、衰老生理进程和花青素含量的影响.结果表明:与对照(CK)相比,50mg·L-1 GA处理瓶插寿命增加了4.2d,且有效提高切花观赏品质(最大切花直径增大;开放花朵数增加和萎蔫花朵数降低;花茎弯头降低);与CK相比GA处理在抑制可溶性蛋白质的降解和MDA的积累方面具有较好的效果,并且相对电导率在不同植物生长调节剂处理中最低;植物生长调节剂处理有利于草原龙胆切花保持较高的花青素含量,且GA处理的花青素含量较高.综上,50mg·L-1 GA处理延长草原龙胆切花的花瓶寿命,提高观赏品质,减少衰老氧化造成的损害,使花朵花色更鲜艳,花青素含量更高.%Lisianthus (Eustoma grandiflorum) is becoming one of the most highly ranked cut flowers in international markets, due to its rose-like flower shapes and various colors. However, its post-harvest impotence stem cut prone to cut the decline in the quality of cut flowers, so screening the right preservative to become the urgent needed to solve production problems.The effect of plant hormone pretreatment on the vase life, quality, senescencephysiologyand the anthocyanin contentof cut lisianthus flowers was investigated. 'Rosita Blue' flowers were pretreated with a 40mg·L-1 KT, 50 mg·L-1, 25 mg·L-16-BA, 50 mg·L-1 GA or 100 mg·L-1 IAA solution for 24 hours. As compared to distilled water as the control (CK), the greatest delay in petals senescence and increase anthocyanidin was obtained in cut flowers treatment with50 mg·L-1 GA. Vase life of flower increased by 4.2 days in the above mentioned treatment. The increases in cut flowers quantity and petal diameter were obviously greater in the GAtreated flowers than in the control. Degradation of protein and accumulation of MDA during vase life was shown to be suppressed by 6-BA pretreatment. The flowers which had been pulsed with 50 mg·L-1 GA exhibited more bright-color and a higher anthocyanidin activities. The relative conductivity of GA treatment was the lowest in different hormone treatments. Exogenous hormone treatment of plants was beneficial to keep relatively high anthocyanin content in the flower petals of cut flowers, and GA treatment significantly increased anthocyanin content. Overall, the results suggest that 50mg·L-1 GA can increase the vase life of lisianthus cut flowers by improving the ornamental quality with more bright color andreducing damages caused by oxidative stress during senescence.
