针对高产凝析气井钢丝作业气体流速过大、高温高压井筒内钢丝工具遇到高速气流被托起导致井口防喷盒倒出的现象,基于高产气井产量,对井筒中气流的变换速率与井下压力计下行所受阻力进行耦合计算,为钢丝工具井筒中匀速下行提供精细定量依据.结合建立的井下压力计精细模型,通过Fluent模拟其在井筒中变流场下行形态,分析了工况下其压力场、速度场以及所受升力、阻力,明确了井下压力计在井筒中变流场下行时气体速率对其产生的影响,并拟合了下行阻力与气体流场数学关系,保证钢丝作业过程安全稳定高效,节约资源,为凝析气井现场实际钢丝作业提供了理论支持.%In the wireline operation of gas-condensate well with high yield,if the speed of gas flow is too large,blowout preventer would be pushed out of mine shaft with high temperature and high pressure,based on the high yield gas well production,the coupled calculation of the conversion rate and the downward resistance of subsurface pressure gauge was carried out,whose purpose was to provide fine and quantitative basis for the downward of wireline tools downward at a constant speed in the mine shaft.Combining with the established fine model of subsurface pressure gauge,the downward form of pressure gauge was simulated in the flow field by using Fluent software,the pressure field,velocity field and the lift,resistance of pressure gauge were analysed in working conditions,the influences of gas flow on pressure gauge were also analysed when it moves downward in the variable flow field of mine shaft,mathematical relationship of downward resistance and gas flow field was also fitted,all this has ensured the safe,stable and efficient of wireline operation,saved resources,and has provided theory support for the actual wire operation of gas-condensate well.
