2018年7月,太阳很好,雨很好,那一片废弃的厂房周围又长出了各种疯狂的植物,多且茂盛中散发出艾蒿、牵牛花、粘粘果混合着的味道。浪漫的辞藻在这里一点都用不上。那片早已停产的高炉、炼钢、炼焦炉方圆一公里的地盘上,只剩下一个十多人的过磅组还在那里负责称量着进出厂区的各种物料。这里的一切,人、感情都像其中的物件,但是,不论是谁,接受或是不接受,就在这大大的钢厂和其中,演绎着故事,也可以说是精彩——让人充满幻想,也感到空虚。夕阳投射到拔地而起多年至今还残留部分的冶炼设备表面上。除了我知道的,我能够证明这里曾经有过很多很多人的气息外,还有这些忠实的,代表工厂的物件。它们高大甚至壮阔,足够美,也震撼人心,它们默默无语,充分显示了工人们对它交付的,值得的,无以复加的感情,是的,所有能想到的热气腾腾以及浓重的油画感最适合表达这里。

摘要:
1890年由湖广总督张之洞主持在湖北龟山下动工兴建,1893年9月建成投产。全厂包括生铁厂、贝色麻钢厂、西门士钢厂、钢轨厂、铁货厂、熟铁厂等6个大厂和机器厂、铸铁厂、打铁厂、造鱼片钩钉厂等4个小厂。创办经费最初定为246万余两,1892年清政府增拨42万两,到建成时,实际支出500万两左右。因计划不周,所购设备不适于炼制大冶铁矿提供的含磷较高的矿砂,所炼钢料不符合铁路钢轨的要求,钢铁生产陷入困境。

随着经济的迅速发展以及科学技术水平的不断提高,我国的冶炼技术取得了很大程度上的发展,为我国工业水平与人民生活水平的提升作出重要贡献.且随着时代的发展,冶炼行业不断引进新技术、新设备,适应新时代冶炼行业的发展需求.就有色金属而言,目前对其的冶炼方法主要有三种,针对不同的冶炼方法需要采取不同的冶炼工艺与冶炼设备.本文就针对有色金属冶炼的工艺与相关设备的使用进行研究与分析.

在线监测和故障诊断技术在钢铁行业发挥着至关重要的作用,能够监测设备的运行模式和健康状况,进而积极的开展预知性维修,显著提升设备的使用效率.基于此,本文阐述了设备故障诊断技术的发展历程,介绍了基于互联网的远程诊断技术了在钢铁冶炼设备中应用,设备故障诊断技术和互联网相结合的体系结构,能够有效的解决传统故障诊断和维修中存在的安全隐患和维修管理失控问题,提高诊断的及时性、准确性和安全性,能够大大的降低了设备突发性故障和维护带来的不必要的经济损失,并延长机组的使用寿命,为预知性维修提供依据,缩短维修时间,因此具有强大的生命力和广阔的应用前景。

Temperatures were measured with K-type thermocouples in two electrodes in an industrial FeMn furnace.Themeasurements were taken over a period of16days with seven measurement days,including one furnace shutdown andstart up.The temperature profiles show a temperature rise from50to70°Cin the area of the paste level.Furtherdowning of the electrode induced current from the current bars heat up the paste above the contact clamps.Differentlypositioned measurement points on the circumference of the electrode show large differences in paste temperature.Inone measurement position between the fins of the casing,temperatures reach up to270°CC due to induction,and atthese temperature volatiles may start to leave the coal-tar pitch going upward through the melted electrode paste.Thevolatiles may condensate again,and hence decrease the coal-tar pitch viscosity which again increases the chance ofsegregation in the paste.The highest temperature is found between the steel fins because heat conduction by the steeldecreases temperature gradients close to the fins.The need for heat conduction by steel fins can also be seen in a COMSOL computer model where the steel fins are not included,and better heat conduction would improve the model.During high slipping before a furnace shutdown the position of the baking zone is moved down,but stays within thecontact clamp.Temperatures in the electrode need more than12hours to recover after a shutdown of 8 hours.
