    • 摘要: 目的:评价I型登革病毒感染之后不同病程时间患者病毒核酸和IgM抗体改变规律情况.方法:对2017年04月--2019年11月本疾控中心纳入的29例I型登革病毒感染患者开展样本计算内容调查,统计不同年龄阶段、不同病程时间患者DV1病毒核酸阳性测定结果及IgM阳性抗体测定结果.结果:21岁到30岁、31岁到40岁、41岁到50岁、51岁到60岁、61岁到85岁患者和2岁到20岁患者相比,调查结果差距性较小(P>0.05);患病时间1天到5天患者DV1阳性检测结果及IgM阳性检测结果和患病时间6天到10天患者相比,调查结果差距性较大(P<0.05).结论:I型登革病毒感染患者患病时间1天到5天时主要为病毒核酸阳性,患病时间6天到10天时主要为IgM抗体阳性.

    • 摘要: With glass fiber reinforced plastic ( GFRP )⁃foam sandwich structure as the research object,the tensile property of polyurethane foam core material was studied by intension test under different temperature, and the glass transition temperature of GFRP resin was tested by differential scanning calorimetry,and with double cantilever beam( DCB) experiment,the crack growth morphology and peak interfacial strain energy release rate of sandwich structures I⁃type were investigated under different temperature(30,50,70,and 90 °C).Results showed that the glass transition temperature of GFRP resin was 90°C,the effect of temperature on tensile strength and tensile modulus of polyurethane foam material was much less.The load of GFRP⁃foam sandwich structure decrease with the increase of the temperature, but the peak interfacial strain energy release rate was increased synchronously. Thus, the energy release rate of the fracture riterion for the crack propagation is consistent with theoretical requirements.%以玻璃纤维增加塑料( GFRP )泡沫夹层结构为研究对象,在不同温度条件下,采用拉伸试验确定聚氨酯泡沫芯材料的拉伸性能;经差示扫描量热分析法( DSC)测试GFRP 树脂的玻璃化转变温度;通过双悬臂梁( DCB)试验研究,测试不同温度(30、50、70和90°C)条件下,夹层结构的I型裂纹扩展形态和界面应变能释放率,分析温度对GFRP 泡沫夹层结构界面数性能的影响。结果发现:GFRP树脂的玻璃化温度为90°C;温度对聚氨酯泡沫的拉伸强度和拉伸模量影响较小;随着温度的升高,GFRP 泡沫夹层结构的荷载呈下降趋势,界面应变能释放率的峰值越来越大。运用能量释放率断裂准则判别裂纹扩展符合理论要求。

    • 摘要: 它温查汉西铁多金属矿床是东昆仑祁漫塔格成矿带新发现的又一典型矽卡岩型矿床.利用LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb定年方法,获得矿区主要成矿岩体花岗闪长斑岩的成岩年龄为236.0±2.3Ma,该结果与前人利用40Ar-39Ar法获得的矽卡岩型磁铁矿矿石中白云母229.9±3.5Ma的等时线年龄一致.花岗闪长斑岩为过铝质高钾钙碱性系列,成因类型属于I型;微量元素配分型式表现为轻稀土元素和高场强元素富集、重稀土元素和大离子亲石元素亏损、中等负Eu异常的特征.花岗闪长斑岩形成于晚古生代—早中生代构造-岩浆旋回的碰撞-后碰撞阶段,与区域上大规模的幔源岩浆底侵及其与壳源岩浆的混合作用有关.%The Tawenchahanxi Fe-polymetallic deposit is another typical skarn type deposit newly discovered in the Qimantag metallogenic belt of East Kunlun Mountains. Using LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb isotope dating, the authors obtained the petrogenetic age of the granitic diorite porphyry (236.0±2.3Ma.) which is the main ore-forming rock mass in the mine. The result is in agreement with previous isochron age of 229.9±3.5Ma of the muscovite separated from skarn magnetite ore by the 40Ar-39Ar incremental heat?ing method. Petrologic and geochemical data indicates that it is a peraluminous granite and belongs to the I type high K calc-alkaline series, enriched in LREE and HFSE but depleted in HREE and LILE. The rare earth patterns of rocks/chondrite show medium nega?tive Eu anomalies. In addition, the diorite porphyry might have been formed at the collision-post collision stage of Late Paleozoic to Early Mesozoic tectono-magmatic cycle, which was also related to regional large-scale mantle magma underplating and crust-mantle magma mixing.

    • 摘要: 本文是结合本人在哈大铁路客运专线CRTS I型板式无砟轨道施工过程中,针对CPIII控制网的测设、底座及凸台施工、无砟轨道板的铺设、以及水泥乳化沥青砂浆和凸形挡台树脂灌注等施工过程中,常遇到的问题进行分析、总结,从而提高CRTS I型板式无砟轨道施工的效率,使施工过程中的返工大大减少。

    • 摘要: Z-pin增强技术在复合材料层间增强与联结增强中是简便、影响最小、有效的方法。Z-pin增强技术是在碳纤维预浸件中直接嵌入固化好的纤维棒或金属棒然后成型。从理论与试验的角度分别说明Z-pin的嵌入能减少层间I,II型破坏和联结破坏,大大增加层间强度与联结强度。Z-pin增强技术的应用应向工艺方面、金属Z-pin方面、金属与碳纤维联结方面和环形搭接方面发展。

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨抗纤维肌动蛋白抗体(AFA )阴性的自身免疫性肝炎(AIH)I 型患者的临床特点。方法收集194例 AIH-I 型患者临床资料,按照检测结果将患者分为 AFA 阳性组124例和 AFA 阴性组70例,另外收集197例健康献血者作为对照组。采用 ELSIA 法检测 AIH-I 型患者 AFA、抗肝肾微粒体 I 型抗体(LKM-1)、抗可溶性肝抗原/胰抗原抗体(SLA/LP)、抗肝细胞溶质抗原 I 型抗体(LC-1),间接免疫荧光法检测抗核抗体(ANA)、抗平滑肌抗体(ASMA)。对AIH-I 型患者作肝脏病理组织学检查和生化检测。统计学处理采用 t 检验、秩和检验和χ2检验。结果 AIH-I 型患者中AFA 阴性与阳性的男女人数和年龄比较差异无统计学意义(P >0.05),自身抗体 ANA、ASMA、LKM-1、SLA/LP 和 LC-1检出率差异也无统计学意义(P >0.05),但 AFA 阴性比阳性患者的急性发病人数百分率高(34.29%比12.90%,P <0.01),血清 ALT 高[(146.32±20.87)U/L 比(128.26±38.09)U/L,P =0.008]、AST 高[(124.55±23.54)U/L 比(97.62±45.26)U/L,P =0.004]、胆红素高[(42.57±14.17)μmol/L 比(29.73±10.17)μmol/L,P =0.001]、免疫球蛋白G 低[(18.42±5.11)g/L 比(26.36±6.92)g/L,P <0.01]。肝组织病理检测可见 AFA 阴性比阳性患者的浆细胞浸润率高(35.71%比21.77%,P =0.03)、中央肝小叶3区坏死率高(41.43%比11.29%,P <0.01)。结论 AIH-I 型患者中AFA 阴性比阳性患者的急性发病率高,血胆红素、ALT 和 AST 升高,免疫球蛋白 G 降低,肝组织浆细胞浸润率、肝小叶3区坏死率升高。%Objective To investigate the clinical features of autoimmune hepatitis type I (AIH-I)patients with negative anti-filamentous actin antibody (AFA).Methods A total of 194 AIH-I patients,including 124 positives (AFA≥30 U)and 70 negatives (AFA0.05)between positive and negative group,respectively.Compared to those in AFA positive group,patients in AFA negative group had a significant higher percentage of acute onset (34.29% vs 12.90%,P <0.001),higher serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT)(146.32±20.87 U/L vs 128.26±38.09 U/L,P =0.008),aspartate transaminase (AST)(124.55±23.54 U/L vs 97.62±45.26 U/L,P =0.004)and total bilirubin (TBil)(42.57±14.17 μmol/L vs 29.73 ±10.17 μmol/L,P =0.001 ),while with a significant lower serum level of IgG (18.42±5.11 g/L vs 26.36±6.92 g/L,P <0.001),respectively.Additionally,there were significantly higher incidences of plasma cell infiltration (35.71 % vs 21 .77%,P =0.03)and necrosis in central lobular zone 3 (41 .43% vs 11 .29%,P <0.001)in AFA negative group than those in AFA positive group.Conclusion Comparing to AFA positive patients with AIH-I,AFA negative patients displayed higher incidences of acute onset,plasma cell infiltration and necrosis in central lobular zone 3 with higher serum levels of TBil,ALT and AST but lower serum levels of IgG.

    • 摘要: 目的:探讨缓解期双相情感障碍I型、II型患者及其近亲属认知功能的临床特征。方法对50例缓解期双相障碍I型患者(BP‐1组)、50例缓解期双相障碍II型患者(BP‐2组)、50名健康近亲属(亲属组)及50名正常人群(对照组)采用持续操作测验和威斯康星卡片分类测验进行测评分析。结果 BP‐1组、BP‐2组及亲属组持续操作测验的正确数评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且BP‐1组显著低于BP‐2组和亲属组(P<0.05)。BP‐1组、BP‐2组和亲属组威斯康星卡片分类测验的错误应答数、非持续性错误数显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);BP‐1组、亲属组显著高于BP‐2组(P<0.01);BP‐1组和亲属组总应答数、完成分类数、正确率、完成第一个分类数所需要应答数、不能维持完整分类数与对照组及BP‐2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论缓解期双相情感障碍I型、II型患者及其近亲属存在多维度认知功能损害,I型患者任务管理能力损害较明显,II型患者注意力损害明显。%Objective To explore the clinical features of cognitive function in paracmasia bipolar I and II patients and their near relatives .Methods Assessments were carried out with the Continuous Performance Test (CPT ) and Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST ) in 50 paracmasia bipolar I patients (BP‐1 group) , 50 II ones (BP‐2 group) ,50 healthy near relatives (relative group) and 50 health adults (control group) . Results Scores on accurate number of the CPT were significantly lower in BP‐1 ,BP‐2 and relative than control group (P<0 .05) ,so were those in BP‐1 than BP‐2 and relative group (P<0 .05) .The number of response errors and that of non‐perseverative errors of the WCST were significantly higher BP‐1 ,BP‐2 and relative than control group (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) ,so were those in BP‐1 and relative than BP‐2 group (P<0 .01);the number of total responses ,categories completed ,correct rate ,responses needed to complete first category ,incomplete category were significantly different in BP‐1 and relative from those in control and BP‐2 group (P<0 .05 or 0 .01) .Conclusion Paracmasia bipolar I and II patients and their near rela‐tives have multi‐dimension cognitive dysfunction ,task management ability impairment of bipolar I ones and attention impairment of bipolar II ones is more obvious .

    • 摘要: 工程中有防水、防潮要求的地方均用到防水材料,随着科技的发展,一种易于施工、不受基层干燥度限制且又绿色环保的防水材料--聚合物水泥防水涂料,在工程上得到广泛的应用。但在防水工程施工过程中,施工单位为追求利益最大化,经常偷梁换柱、混淆是非,将不满足断裂伸长率要求的防水材料用在屋面防水工程中。本文就聚合物水泥防水涂料在工程应用中存在的问题进行分析,以提高防水工程施工质量。
