    • 摘要: At present,college education pays great attention to the ideological and political education of college students,and when the ideological and political education courses are carried out,the excellent traditional cultural content and the ideological and political courses are closely linked to do a good job in the ideological and political education of college students.The dissemination of excellent traditional culture and the practical teaching of ideological and political courses have very important meanings.Based on this,the article analyzes and explores the integration of excellent traditional culture into the practical teaching of ideological and political courses,and aims to better integrate excellent traditional Chinese culture into the ideological and political courses of colleges and universities through exploration,enrich teaching resources,and integrate traditional culture in colleges and universities.Optimize the teaching design with the practical activities of ideological and political courses,enhance the teaching effectiveness of“internalization in heart”of ideological and political courses through teaching integration,and promote the innovative development of traditional culture“externalization in action”.

    • 摘要: Bloody Mahjong is a kind of mahjong.It is very popular in China in recent years.It not only has the characteristics of mahjong's conventional state space,huge hidden information,complicated rules,and large randomness of hand cards but also has special rules such as Change three,Hu must lack at least one suit,and Continue playing after Hu.These rules increase the difficulty of research.These special rules are used as the input of the deep learning DenseNet model.DenseNet is used to extract the Mahjong situation features.The learned features are used as the input of the classification algorithm XGBoost,and then the XGBoost algorithm is used to derive the card strategy.Experiments show that the fusion model of deep learning and XGBoost proposed in this paper has higher accuracy than the single model using only one of them in the case of highdimensional sparse features.In the case of fewer training rounds,accuracy of the model can still reach 83%.In the games against real people,it plays like human.

    • 摘要: Ideological and political construction of curriculum is the key link to implement the fundamental task of moral education.Focusing on the training objectives of civil engineering professionals in the new era,combined with the teaching concepts of moral education and student-centered education,the teaching objectives for the course of road survey and design have been re-set.The implementation plan of ideological and political education has been put into practice by involving excellent engineering cases,stories of outstanding figures in this field,traffic accidents,design concepts and technological innovation to explore the methods of integrating ideological and political cases into curriculum teaching for a continuous improvement of the promotion of curriculum ideological and political education to the teaching quality of professional courses.

    • 摘要: The results of an accident analysis for the loss of offsite power(LOOP)scenario in a reference Bushehr-1 VVER-1000/V446 nuclear power plant(NPP)are presented in this paper.This study attempted to provide a better analysis of LOOP accident management by integrating deterministic and probabilistic approaches.The RELAP5 code was used to investigate the occurrence of specific thermal–hydraulic phenomena.The probabilistic safety assessment of the LOOP accident is presented using the SAPHIRE software.LOOP accident data were extracted from the Bushehr NPP final safety analysis reports and probabilistic safety analysis reports.A deterministic approach was used to reduce the core damage frequency in the probabilistic analysis of LOOP accidents.The probabilistic approach was used to better observe the philosophy of defense in depth and safety margins in the deterministic analysis of the LOOP accident.The results show that the integration of the two approaches in LOOP accident investigations improved accident control.
    • 摘要: The Renewable Energy Grid Integration Week 2022 will be held on October 10-14 in Delft/The Hague,Netherlands.Two symposiums and a workshop will be held during the event,including the 6th E-Mobility Power System Integration Symposium,the 1st Hydrogen Power System Integration Symposium and the 21st Wind&Solar Integration Workshop.These events are supported by IEC,the Energy Systems Integration Group(ESIG),the Renewables Grid Initiative and the International Battery&Energy Storage Alliance(IBESA).

    • 摘要: Based on the current situation of English teaching for graduate students in an Arts college in China,this paper combs the characteristics of English teaching for graduate students,analyzes the current situation of English study,and combines specific cases based on the English course,explores the connotations of moral education,inherits and innovates the expressions of the essences of traditional Chinese culture,and integrates the moral education with the school characteristics before class,in class,and after class.And in the whole process,the teacher should play a role as a good guider,and students-centered teaching methodology will be adopted.Then the moral teaching will be carried out and the students’cultural confidence will be increased.Just by telling Chinese fashion story,postgraduate English teaching and education will be pushed forward to boost the construction of China’s cultural soft power,and even make it much easier to the Chinese fashion culture’s Going Out.

    • 摘要: This study aimed to evaluate the integration of transplanted choroidal plexus epithelial cells with organotypic spinal cord slices.Organotypic spinal cord slices,normally cultured for 6 days,were divided into control group(Ctrl)and transplanted group(T).The choroidal plexus epithelial cells were dissociated and primary cultured(C group).The choroidal plexus epithelial cells cultured for 6–7 days were labeled by 1,1’-dioctadecyl-3,3,3’,3’-tetramethylindocarbocyanineperchlorate(CM-Dil),and were identified by transthyretin(TTR)in immunocytochemistry.They were adjusted to the density of 0.5–1×107/ml,then 2μl cells suspension were transplanted to the spinal cord slices in the T group.The same amount of basal medium was dripped on the spinal cord slices in the Ctrl group.After 14 days of transplantation,the differentiations into neurons and astrocytes,and the synapses were identified by immunofluorescence histochemistry.At the same time,the ratios of cell differentiations and synapses in new system,and the changes of MAPK signaling pathway were tested by western blotting.The choroid plexus epithelial cells were well labeled by CM-Dil and were immune-stained by TTR in immunocytochemistry.The choroid plexus epithelial cells bodies were small when transplanted on the spinal cord slices,but big when transplanted on the polyester membrane inserts.The transplanted cells could differentiate into astrocytes,and possibly differentiate into neurons,and there were a large number of synaptophysin positive vesicles between transplanted cells and organotypic spinal cord slices in immunofluorescence histochemistry.The levels of GFAP,TUB-III and synaptophysin in the T group were higher than which in the Ctrl and C groups in western blotting(P<0.05).And the ratios of p-JNK/JNK and p-P38/P38 in the T group were significantly lower than which in the Ctrl and C groups(P<0.05).But the ratio of p-ERK/ERK in the three groups was of no significant difference.The transplanted choroidal plexus epithelial cells can integrate with organotypic spinal cord slices into a new system.
