    • 摘要: In recent years,microbial metabolomics,a new field that has attracted wide attention,provides a map of metabolic pathways and clarifies the interaction mechanism between microorganisms and hosts.Many microorganisms are found in the human intestine,oral cavity,vagina,etc.Probiotics could maintain the good health of the host,while pathogens and an imbalance of bacterial flora lead to a series of diseases of the body and mind.Metabolomics is a science for qualitative and quantitative analysis of all metabolites in an organism or biological system,which could provide key information to understand the related metabolic pathways and associated changes.This approach analyzes the final products of cellular regulatory processes,the level of which can be regarded as the ultimate response of the biological system to genetic or environmental changes.Microbial metabolomics has been widely used in different research fields,such as microbial phenotypic classification,mutant screening,metabolic pathways,microbial metabolic engineering,fermentation engineering monitoring and optimization,microbial environmental pollution,and so on.However,there are only a few reviews on microbial metabolomics of probiotics and pathogens.This review summarizes the main methodologies,including sample preparation,identification of metabolites,data processing,and analysis.Recent applications in microbial metabolomics of probiotics and pathogens are also described.This paper first summarized the research progress and application of microbial metabolomics from two aspects:probiotics and pathogenic bacteria.Probiotics and pathogenic bacteria do not exist independently most of the time;hence,these were reviewed in the research field of coexistence of probiotics and pathogenic bacteria,which was subdivided into important microbial research fields closely related to human health,including the human gut,oral cavity,food,and nutrition-related microorganisms.Then,the main problems and trends associated with microbial metabolomics are discussed.

    • 摘要: Magnesium alloys are well applied in aerospace and aviation because of their mass saving potential,good electromagnetic shielding performance,and high damping capacity. To further promote the applications,in this paper,the applications of magnesium alloys are reviewed,which could provide insights for researchers and application designers. Firstly,the applications in aerospace are reviewed,including missile,satellite,rocket,and spacecraft.Secondly,the applications and commercial magnesium alloys in aviation are summarized. Thirdly,the bottleneck and existing problems for such magnesium alloys applied in aerospace and aviation are discussed. The requirements for the magnesium alloy performance in aerospace and aviation are evaluated and elaborated.

    • 摘要: Sedentary behavior has been identified as one of the major causes of many chronic diseases,such as cardiovascular diseases,stroke,cancer,osteoporosis,and type 2 diabetes.1 Modern technology plays a complex role in sedentary behavior—much like a double-edged sword.Specifically,some modern technologies,such as sedentary video games and computer games,have contributed to the epidemic of sedentary behavior and physical inactivity,whereas other novel technologies such as e-health have been increasingly used to promote physical activity(PA)and health.2,3 Indeed,e-health encompasses more than just Internet and medicine.It can include many sophisticated applications that deal with disease prevention and wellness,mobile decision making,emergency interventions,monitoring health,and remote care via mobile devices.

    • 摘要: .Thereafter,the full text of all 28 studies were reviewed.Finally,24 studies were included after excluding duplicates,non-3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing studies,non-experimental studies,studies with inconsistent sample size,wrong data analysis,and unclear outcomes,etc.Results:Upon reviewing the 24 literatures,all the included studies were clinical studies that made comparisons between 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing groups and traditional nursing groups.The age of the participants were between 60 and 80 years,and the total number of participates were 2,790.However,there were some studies that did not report the average age(5/24),average duration(14/24),and the ratio of male to female patients(3/24).Only a few studies reported the intervention time(7/24)and classified the disease by severity(4/24).The outcomes included activities of daily living(ADL),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE),and Chinese Rehabilitation Research Center Aphasia Examination(CRRCAE).A total of 19 studies showed that 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing is effective in improving patients’self-care ability;14 studies showed that this rehabilitation nursing has a significant curative effect for the cognitive function of patients;7 studies showed that this nursing model can promote the recovery of language function in AD patients;5 studies showed the model can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events and complications upon receiving treatment;2 studies showed that the nursing model is helpful for depression and emotional indifference.Conclusion:Compared with the traditional nursing mode,3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing is more effective in improving self-care ability,cognitive function,language function,emotional state,and so on.In addition,this nursing model can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse events,falls,pressure sores,and other complications during hospitalization.However,the inclusion criteria and duration of intervention for the included studies need to be further standardized,and more experimental studies on the efficacy of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing on severe AD patients as well as the complications caused by AD are required.The cost of 3+1 holistic rehabilitation nursing,which is specialized and personalized,is high.Therefore,the value of this nursing model still requires much research.

    • 摘要: Due to its high nutritional and dietotherapy values,highland barley has attracted the attention and favor of people all over the world in recent years.It has been demonstrated that the nutritional components of highland barley are comprehensive and unique,with the characteristics of high protein,high fiber,high vitamin,lowfat,low sugar and variety of bioactive components.As the most important component in highland barley,highland barley starch not only has low digestibility,but also has good freeze-thaw stability,high solubility,good emulsion stability and superior film forming performance,which makes it have great application value in food,medicine and industrial production.The content of highland barley protein,which is rich in 18 kinds of amino acids,is higher than that of most grains,and its derivatives play an important role in medical treatment.Unfortunately,highland barley protein cannot form gluten network structure,which limits the application in daily staple food to a certain extent.Highland barley also contains a large amount of dietary fiber,especiallyβ-glucan.Long-term consumption could significantly reduce the incidence of chronic diseases and metabolic syndromes such as heart disease and diabetes.However,the research on the application of highland barley is still in the laboratory stage,which failed to achieve large-scale application in the actual production.The value of highland barley has not been brought into full play,which leads to the waste of its resources and the reduction of its added value.This paper reviewed themacronutrients,health functions and applications of highland barley,aiming to provide some reference for the development of highland barley in food and health industry.

    • 摘要: Objective To validate and use the Chinese Version of the M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI-C)to assess the symptom burden of breast cancer patients in China.Methods A total of 342 breast cancer patients in China participated in this study.Their symptoms were investigated with the MDASI-C from November 2020 to February 2021,and the reliability and validity of this tool were evaluated,respectively.Cluster analysis and correlation analysis were also performed.Results The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient values of the symptom and interference items were 0.827 and 0.880,respectively.Construct validity revealed a four-factor structure.The Kaiser—Meyer—Olkin value was 0.760.The Karnofsky Performance Status,treatment phase,and cancer stage of the patients were grouped,and the differences of scores within the groups were significant.In addition,the employment status,education level,and age of the patients were significantly correlated with the symptoms.The correlation analysis of the education level of the patients showed that most of the symptoms and interference items were reduced as the education level was increased.The top three symptoms were disturbed sleep(3.10±2.52),difficulty remembering(2.54±2.30),and fatigue(2.24±2.13).The clinical and biochemical indicators such as body mass index and neutral granulocyte lymphocyte ratio had effects on many symptoms.As the patients’BMI increased,the patients’pain,disturbed sleep,and difficulty remembering were aggravated,and numbness was alleviated.Conclusion The MDASI-C is a reliable and effective assessment tool to evaluate patients with breast cancer in China.The symptoms are related to many clinical and biochemical indicators.
