The TiO2-supported flexible fibers are used as photocatalysts,on the basis of effec-tively increasing the volume structure of light radiation.According to the flow pattern and the reaction dynamics principle,flat,cylindrical and pyramid structure of the photocatalytic reac-tor were designed.The ratio of UV illumination to volume of the reaction solution (A/V)is 62.5,66.7 and 44.5,respectively.The wastewater results of dealing with dynamic aquaculture show that when the aeration rate is 0.35 L/min,pH=6.7,water flow Q=0.02 m3/h,the am-monia nitrogen initial concentration is 9.6 mg/L,5 8.7 mg/L and 9 3.5 mg/L;and that with continuous operation for 1 2 h,the degradation rate of ammonia nitrogen in the tubular photo-catalytic reactor is over 80%,and the structure of the cylindrical photocatalytic reactor is better and the degradation efficiency of ammonia nitrogen is higher.%以柔性纤维负载TiO2为光催化剂,在有效增加光辐射体积结构的基础上,根据流动方式与反应动力学原理,分别设计平板式、筒式以及金字塔式3种不同结构的光催化反应器,光照面积与反应物体积之比(A/V值)依次是0.606 cm-1,0.727 cm-1,0.454 cm-1.处理动态水产养殖废水结果表明,当曝气量为0.35 L/min,pH=6.7,进水流量Q=2×104cm3/h,氨氮初始质量浓度分别为9.6 mg/L,58.7 mg/L与93.5 mg/L情况下,连续运行12 h,筒式光催化反应器对氨氮的降解率均达到80%以上,筒式光催化反应器结构设计更优以及对氨氮的降解效率更高.
