The aim of this study is to investigate the helix angle effect on the helical gear load carrying capacity, including the bending and contact load carrying capacity. During the simulation, the transverse contact ratio is calculated with respect to the constant pressure angle. By changing the helix angle, both the overlap contact ratio and total contact ratio are calculated and simulated. The bending stress and contact stress of a helical gear are calculated and simulated with respect to the helix angle. Solid (CAD) modelling of a pinion gear was obtained using SOLIDWORKS software. The analytically obtained results and finite elements method results are compared. It is observed that increasing the helix angle causes an increase of the contact ratio of the helical gear. Furthermore, increasing the contact ratio reduces the bending stress and contact stress of the helical gear. However, with a constant transverse contact ratio, it is possible to improve the total contact ratio depending on the helix angle. It is concluded that a higher helix angle increases the helical gear bending and contact load carrying capacity.

以洋常春藤(Hedera helix L.)和金边吊兰(Chlorophtum comosum variegaturn Hort.)为研究对象,在长、宽、高均为60 cm的玻璃装置中,模拟人的吸烟方式,注入2支香烟,测定48 h内CO和PM2.5浓度变化,观察处理前后植物的表型变化,并测定植物叶片生理指标变化,以研究2种垂吊植物对香烟烟雾净化能力及生长生理响应。结果表明,洋常春藤和金边吊兰均可在一定程度上吸收或吸附CO与PM2.5,净化密闭环境中的空气,且洋常春藤的单位叶面积的净化能力优于金边吊兰;香烟烟雾处理对植物生长产生了一定的影响,叶片出现黑褐色斑点或叶缘焦枯状;香烟烟雾处理后,2种植物叶片活性氧(超氧阴离子和过氧化氢)水平显著增加,造成膜脂过氧化产物丙二醛含量增加,植物通过增强过氧化物酶活性或增加脯氨酸的合成,抵御伤害,且金边吊兰的抗性强于洋常春藤。

Present long range interactions for signals, as well as large scale rare phenomena at Earthquakes are subjects of wave dynamics with large impact. Here, that will be addressed in a general (science fiction) format. The method used is based on energy balance for a continuum and kinematics of noncircular orbits, nco. Released vortex formation in a process invoking escape velocity for beamed up Dinosaurs, is modeled with fluid dynamics of a Helix. It is found that elasticity in terms of volumetric changes and vorticities interact giving large velocities and interchange of potential and kinetic energies. The model is an example of atmosphere integrative physiology.

Carbon nanotubes have been used as scaffolds for tissue engineering. However, the identification of these nanomaterials disperses in biological solutions and their direct interaction with nerve cells is still controversial. The aim of this work is to characterize the topographic and ultra-structural distribution of the composite made of multi wall carbon nanotubes-polyvinylpyrrolidone (MWCNTs-PVP) deposited on the Helix aspersa neurons and over glass coverslip. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Confocal Microscopy (CM) studies were done to analyze the properties of such MWCNTs-PVP composite. The cerebral ganglion of Helix aspersa was treated and incubated with MWCNTs-PVP, fixing it in paraformaldehyde at 4% and was observed with SEM and CM. Although the nanotubes were not labeled or stained with fluorescent compounds, the MWCNTs-PVP deposited on glass and on nerve cells, was observed by the confocal microscope in the reflection mode. In SEM studies, it was observed that MWCNTs-PVP was attached to the surface on neurons. Moreover, in CM studies, it was possible to observe that MWCNTs-PVP was attached to the neuronal membrane, crossing the cell membrane and getting into the cytoplasm. These results support the hypothesis that carbon nanotubes interact with the neuronal cell membrane and can be useful for neuronal tissue engineering. In addition, these results open new alternatives for toxicological studies, in order to elucidate the cytotoxicity of MWCNTs-PVP composite in neurons and other excitable cells.

Campus network video on demand system(VOD)is an important part of digital campus construction ,and it can make up for the shortage of traditional teaching methods and provide varieties of digital media services. A set of VOD system based on Java platform has been improved during the period of the research ,and some factors that influence the quality of service have also been found in the phase of operation and maintenance. So an optimized scheme of campus VOD system performance has been proposed and realized by experiment.
