摘要:
The formation of a precursor flm(PF)is always coupled with better wettability;thus,clarifying the formation mechanism is required to optimize the interfacial structures.However,recent research focuses on inert wetting systems at room temperature,which cannot guide practical material processing at high temperatures.In this review,PF formation mechanisms at high temperatures were reviewed.The mechanisms are surface difusion,evaporation–condensation,subcutaneous infltration,and rapid absorption and flm overfow.In experimental metal/metal systems,the most probable mechanism is subcutaneous infltration,related to the apparent contact angle,radius,and height of the gap between the substrate metal and the oxide flm.The rapid absorption and flm overfow mechanism usually occurs in metal/ceramic systems.The PF appearance for the adsorption mechanism must satisfy the paradox,that is,the relative inertial and high-afnity liquid/solid interface.Finally,another possible mechanism of PF appearance for the reactive wetting system at high temperatures was proposed,that is,the thin-surface transport mechanism.The PF formation is sensitive to external conditions.Therefore,it is necessary to develop thermodynamic and dynamic models for predicting and simulating PFs.

The Halo copper-molybdenum prospect is a porphyry system in Ratanakiri province, northeastern part of Cambodia. There is only one research was carried out on this prospect about geological mapping and short wave infrared (SWIR) spectroscopy on alteration mineral identification. The purpose of this research is to confirm the deposit type from previous Angkor Gold’s report and find the centre of porphyry deposit based on characteristic of intrusive rocks at surface and subsurface, characteristics of the intrusive rocks and alteration lithogeochemistry of intrusive and volcanic rocks by using Pearce Element Ratio (PER) analysis. PER analysis was used to examine the nature and extend of the alteration halos in the porphyry Halo copper-molybdenum prospect. The intrusive rocks and volcanic rocks in Halo, range from diorite to granite (quartz feldspar porphyry) in composition as well as dacite to trachyandesite (andesite porphyry) in composition, respectively. They were formed in a subduction-related tectonic setting, likely a volcanic arc. Trace elements spider diagrams were normalized to primitive mantle display strong enrichment in large-ion lithophile elements such as Rb, Ba and K and depletion in some high-field strength elements such as Nb and Ti, suggesting magmas generated in a subduction-related tectonic setting. PER analysis indicates a moderate to high degree of sericite alteration of dacites, quartz feldspar porphyries, andesite porphyries and granodiorite porphyries. Moreover, three alterations in the Halo prospect such as potassic (secondary K-feldspar and biotite), phyllic (sericite) and propylitic (epidote) alteration were identified, which are consistent with petrography analysis. The potassic alteration zone is vectoring center of the hydrothermal system which may represent the locus of mineralization. Therefore the geochemical signature of potassic alteration within the quartz feldspar porphyry, andesite porphyry and granodioriteporphyry with high grad of copper ranges up to 2670 ppm and molybdenum ranges up to 5297 ppm represents a character for further exploration in the Halo porphyry copper-molybdenum prospect.

BACKGROUND The progression of Barrett's esophagus(BE) to early esophageal carcinoma occurs sequentially; the metaplastic epithelium develops from a low-grade dysplasia to a high-grade dysplasia(HGD), resulting in early esophageal carcinoma and,eventually, invasive carcinoma. Endoscopic approaches including resection and ablation can be used in the treatment of this condition.AIM To compare the effectiveness of radiofrequency ablation(RFA) vs endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) + RFA in the endoscopic treatment of HGD and intramucosal carcinoma.METHODS In accordance with PRISMA guidelines, this systematic review included studies comparing the two endoscopic techniques(EMR + RFA and RFA alone) in the treatment of HGD and intramucosal carcinoma in patients with BE. Our analysis included studies involving adult patients of any age with BE with HGD or intramucosal carcinoma. The studies compared RFA and EMR + RFA methods were included regardless of randomization status.RESULTS The seven studies included in this review represent a total of 1950 patients, with742 in the EMR + RFA group and 1208 in the RFA alone group. The use of EMR +RFA was significantly more effective in the treatment of HGD [RD 0.35(0.15,0.56)] than was the use of RFA alone. The evaluated complications(stenosis,bleeding, and thoracic pain) were not significantly different between the two groups.CONCLUSION Endoscopic resection in combination with RFA is a safe and effective method in the treatment of HGD and intramucosal carcinoma, with higher rates of remission and no significant differences in complication rates when compared to the use of RFA alone.

随着MOSFET栅氧厚度的逐渐减薄,栅致漏极泄漏(GIDL)电流呈指数级增加,当工艺进入超深亚微米节点,器件的栅氧厚度不足2 nm,短沟器件的GIDL效应非常强烈.研究了相关工艺对器件GIDL效应的影响,发现了GIDL的主要泄漏机制.通过模拟仿真和工艺试验,证明了Halo注入工艺相对于其他工艺对GIDL效应的影响更大,降低Halo注入剂量是相对最优的工艺改善方案.

本发明提供了一种高荧光量子产率的免洗Halo‑tag探针及其合成和应用,该探针基于羰基氮杂环丁烷取代的1,8‑萘酰亚胺染料,其结构式如(1)所示;将羰基氮杂环丁烷共价连接到1,8‑萘酰亚胺的4号位,进一步衍生出Halo‑tag探针,该探针能够保持高的量子产率与光稳定性。该探针能够实现对活细胞内融合有Halo‑tag的目标蛋白特异性标记,达到免洗荧光成像,在荧光检测和荧光成像等领域,特别是单分子检测和超分辨荧光成像等新兴领域具有广泛的应用前景。
