地理信息系统技术在电力生产管理领域迅速发展,其涉及到庞大的电力设备设施数据、用户数据和规划数据等,从发电、输电、配电到用电等任何一个环节,都表现出一定的空间性和复杂性.将地理信息系统技术所具有的潜在优势应用到电力系统的管理中,可以使电网管理系统中的地图、图像和属性数据有机地结合起来,从而大大提高电能质量和供电可靠性.着重阐述了采用基于企业服务总线(ESB)的信息集成技术,将电网GIS平台的空间数据应用于生产管理系统的业务规划,既可以集成或继承已有的电力系统应用,也可以方便扩充新的业务系统功能,具有良好的动态可伸缩性,实现电网生产管理的自动化、信息化,为电网的自愈、可靠提供强有力的支撑.%Geographic information system technology was developed rapidly in the field of electric power production management,the largest power equipment facilities of space and complexity was shown,included data,user data and planning data,from power generation,transmission,distribution and electricity to any of the links.Geographic information system technology has the potential advantages of applied to the management of electric power system,the network management system of maps,image and attribute data could be combined organically,so as to greatly improve the power quality and power supply reliability.This article is emphatically elaborated information integration technology based on the enterprise service bus(ESB),the spatial data of power grid GIS platform is applied to business planning of production management system,the existing power system application can be integrated or inheritanced,new business system function also can be expand convenient,it has a good dynamic scalability,the power grid production management automation and informationization can be realized.The strong support of power grid self-healing and reliable can be provide.
