    • 摘要: 针对中文文本中时间信息抽取的现实需求,在分析比较常用时间信息抽取方法优缺点的基础上,提出利用通用文本工程框架(GATE)进行中文时间信息抽取的方法.设计基于GATE进行中文文本时间信息抽取的处理流程,解决中文文本分词及词性标注、扩展时间领域词表、修编时间信息抽取规则等关键技术问题,实现中文文本中时间信息的识别和抽取.利用已标注时间信息的中文语料数据,对文中提出的中文时间信息抽取方法进行实验验证.实验结果表明,该方法具有较好的时间信息抽取效果.

    • 摘要: 目前三维医学影像在医学诊断中已经得到广泛应用,对于三维医学影像软件的有效性评价在软件质量控制以及技术审评中有非常重要的意义,体模是影像有效性评价的重要工具。本文设计并构建了用于三维医学影像软件评价用的数字化血管模拟体模。基于蒙特卡洛模拟工具GATE搭建了模拟CT系统,采集了上述体模的投影数据,对获取的投影数据通过滤波反投影法进行了图像重建,生成上述体模的DICOM图像。评价结果初步显示了设计的数字化体模对于三维医学影像软件评价具有一定的实用价值,也为解决此类软件的质量评价和技术审评过程中所遇到的问题提供了一个有效的研究路径。

    • 摘要: Two-dimensional(2D)materials have triggered enormous interest thanks to their interesting properties and potential applications,ranging from nanoelectronics to energy catalysis and biomedicals.In addition to other widely investigated 2D materials,GaTe,a layered material with a direct band gap of^1.7 e V,is of importance for applications such as optoelectronics.However,detailed information on the transport properties of GaTe is yet to be explored,especially at low temperatures.Here,we report on electrical transport measurements on few-layered GaTe field effect transistors(FETs)encapsulated by h-BN at different temperatures.We find that by tuning the carrier density,ambipolar transport was realized in GaTe devices,and an electrical-field-induced metal to insulator transition(MIT)was observed when it was hole doped.The mobilities of GaTe devices show a clear dependence on temperature and increase with the decrease of temperature,reaching^1200 cm2 V-1s-1 at 3 K.Our findings may inspire further electronic studies in devices based on GaTe.

    • 摘要: 利用蒙特卡罗程序GATE建立6 MV的Elekta Synergy加速器治疗头模型,探究模拟方法的可行性.根据Elekta公司提供的参数,真实模拟加速器治疗头的各个组件.对入射电子束参数进行调整,得到最佳的平均能量6.5 MeV以及焦斑半峰全宽3 mm.在源皮距为100 cm,射野大小为5 cm×5 cm到30 cm×30 cm的情况下,分别计算均匀水模体中的吸收剂量.模拟得到的百分深度剂量和射野离轴比与实验结果进行匹配,吻合良好.采用γ方法分析,按照3%/3 mm的标准,通过率为100%.结果表明GATE程序可以用于加速器治疗头模拟,为放射治疗应用研究提供一种可选方法.

    • 摘要: In this paper, the impact of extra electron source(EES) and dual metal gate engineering on conventional charge plasma TFET(CP-TFET) have been done for improving DC and analog/RF parameters. CP-TFET structure is upgraded to double source CP-TFET(DS-CP-TFET) by placing an EES below the source/channel junction for enhancing the device performance in terms of driving current and RF figures of merit(FOMs). But, in spite of these pros, the approach is having cons of higher leakage current similar to MOSFET and negative conductance(inherent nature of TFET). Both the issues have been resolved in the double source dual gate CP-TFET(DS-DG-CP-TFET) by gate workfunction engineering and drain underlapping respectively. Additionally,for getting the optimum performance of DS-DG-CP-TFET, the device sensitivity has been investigated in terms of position of EES,length of drain electrode and workfunction of gate electrode 1(GE1).

    • 摘要: The outstanding advantage of digital signal processing (DSP) techniques and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) technology is capable of improving the quality of the experimental measurements for nuclear radiation. In this article, a compact DMCA 8 K was designed and manufactured using DSP technique based on FPGA technology. In particular, the output of the preamplifier is completely processed by digital techniques which are obtained from the analog-to-digital converter (ADC) to calculate the baseline, DC offset, energy peaks, pile up, threshold discrimination and then the form of energy spectrum. The Spartan-6 board is used as a hardware for the development of the digital multichannel analyzer (DMCA), which is equipped with the 14-bit AD6645 with 62.5 Msps sample rate. The application software for instrument control, data acquisition and data processing was written under C++ builder via the RS-232 interface. The designed DMCA system has been tested with a HPGe detector using gamma sources of 60Co and 137Cs and a reference pulser.

    • 摘要: Chemistry is one of the eldest and basic sciences. The technological progress is depending on progress in chemistry. Without evaluation of nature and preparation of a pure substance, it is not imaginable existence of modern biology, medicine, metallurgy and physics. All kind of existing technologies needs distinct in nature and pure in quality substances for existence and further progress. RG aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of chemistry and related fields. It also provides an interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered, and solutions adopted in the fields of chemistry. One of the nearly developed concepts in liquid chromatography is described in [1], which is a new type of liquid chromatography, the new technology as the Colloidal High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (CHPLC). This type of new technological approach in high-performance liquid chromatography is a simple time- and labor-saving one-step procedure suitable for analytical-, semipreparative-, and preparative-scale preparation of bacteriocins and other cationic antibacterial peptides as well as other cationic small molecular weight species. It allows to suspensions of bacterial cells, other colloidal and fast-particle materials, and dissolved anionic molecules passed through the column;however, cationic bacteriocins, small cationic peptides, organic cationic molecules and metal cations were separated by chromatography. The purity of the target substance generally at more than 95% was achieved by the judgment of spectral, chromatographic, and antimicrobial activity. In [1] was described the preparation, purification and chromatography of bacteriocin, bacitracin and lysozyme. It is my pleasure to invite all the great scientists, academicians, young researchers, students and everyone who is interested in Science, especially in chemistry from all over the world to attend the RG.     • 摘要: The traditional CT can only generate projections under a single energy spectrum,and the hardened pseudo image of the image is higher,which makes the material differentiation ability not sufficient,and the test cost is high.According to the above problem,this paper studied on the computer using Geant4 and GATE structures,pluripotent CT data packets of monte carlo simulation platform,build three layers of scintillation detector,and then place the FBP algorithm of projection image reconstruction.The results show that using the three-layer scintillation detector can simultaneously obtain the projection of multiple energy spectra,improve the image quality and work efficiency,and verify the availability of the platform.%传统CT只能在单一能谱下生成投影,图像的硬化伪影较高,使得物质区分能力不足,且试验成本高昂.针对上述问题,在计算机上使用Geant4和GATE 数据包搭建多能CT的蒙特卡罗模拟仿真平台,构建3层闪烁探测器,最后由FBP算法重建出投影图像.仿真结果表明:利用三层闪烁探测器可同时获取多个能谱下的投影,提高了图像质量及工作效率.仿真结果还验证了平台的可用性.

    • 摘要: 为了解决利用Matlab,C++等软件对投影图像、重建算法的模拟无法真实反映CT系统的成像过程的问题,在研究模拟理论的基础上,首先利用Geant4和Gate数据包搭建蒙特卡罗模拟平台;然后通过光子计数探测器模拟多能谱CT成像,同时分析在不同标准下的阈值划分对重建图像的影响,利用光子计数探测器同时扫描出多个不同能段下的投影图像,并对比出各个能段下的投影效果;其次,根据不同能段的划分,选取每个能段的360度下的投影数据,利用FBP算法重建投影切片图像;最后,对所得到的切片图像进行材料区分,得到硫和铝的衰减系数曲线.实验结果表明,模拟方法对光子计数探测器的成像过程做出了模拟,得到了较好的模拟图像,并给出了相关阈值的划分依据,可为其他CT成像研究提供参考.
