以F127(PEO106PPO70PEO106)为模板剂,甲酸,质量分数为36 %的盐酸,钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,通过溶剂挥发法制备了TiO2纳米粒子.对纳米粒子的晶型、形貌以及孔径尺寸等进行了表征.结果表明,制备的TiO2为锐钛矿型,具有介孔的球型结构,微球直径20~40 nm,分散性良好,而且随着模板剂F127的用量增加,其孔径和比表面积都有所增加;当F127、甲酸、盐酸和TBOT用量分别是2.0 g、1.97、2.03和3.40 mL时,制备的介孔TiO2纳米微球的平均孔径达12.94 nm,比表面积达100.03 m2/g.%TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized by solvent evaporation approach using F127 (PEO106PPO70PEO106) as template agent, formic acid, and using hydrochloric acid (weight fraction of 36%) and tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT) as precursors.The crystal structure, morphology and pore size of nanoparticles were investigated by XRD, SEM and BET respectively.The results showed that the prepared TiO2 was in anatase shape, microsphere with mesoporous structure and had good dispersibility with the diameter of 20-40 nm.The pore size and specific surface area of the mesoporous TiO2 increased with the increasing amount of template F127.The average pore size of the synthesized mesoporous TiO2 nanoparticles was 12.94 nm and its specific surface area was 100.03 m2/g when the amount of F127, formic acid, hydrochloric acid and TBOT were 2.0 g, 1.97, 2.03, and 3.40 mL, respectively.
