摘要： 作为一家2020年成立公司,几何未来(Geometric Future)的品牌知名度还不够大,虽然成立时间不长,不过这家公司在产品的设计和研发上都比较老道。我们之前曾体验过来自几何未来的机箱和水冷散热器产品,其产品的做工、用料、设计、性能都拥有较高的水准。近期,我们收到了来自几何未来新推出的一款一体式水冷散热器—小爱斯基摩36W霓虹,作为一款定位于中高端的产品,它的各方面表现如何?

摘要： Since 1981, EIA has been introduced in the decision-making process for the consideration of theenvironmental impact of large scale development project in Korea. But the EIA system has somesignificant problems. The EIA system has been carried out after policies or plans or strategic decisions have been already fixed. At the result, the EIA system can have only limited roles such as the suggestion of mitigation measures, at best, limited range of alternatives. The EIA system cannot consider the cumulative impacts such as additive impacts, synergistic impacts, threshold or saturation impacts, induced and indirect impact and so forth (Therivel, et al., 1992) .
