    • 摘要: The literature that a lack of integration between the performance shaping factors(PSFs)and the energy management performance(EMP)is one of the critical problems that prevent performance improvement and reduces the power plant’s efficiency.To solve this problem,this article aims to achieve two main objectives:(1)Systematically investigate and identify the critical success factors(CSFs)for integration with PSFs and EMP;(2)Develop a novel modelling approach to predict the performance of power plants based on innovative integrated strategies.The research methodology is grounded on the theoretical and practical approach to improving performance.The Newcastle Ottawa Scale(NOS)was used to assess the quality of the literature that met the criteria.To ensure the reliability and accuracy of the proposed model,the researchers developed a hypothesis and evaluated the CSFs via a case study in the Iraqi power plants.The findings of this study succeeded in developing a novel modeling approach to predict the performance by integrating the CSFs of both the PSFs and EMP to increase the positive interaction and energy efficiency of power plants.The results confirmed the validity of the selected hypotheses and verified the positive and important relationship with the success and improvement of the performance in power plants.However,the lack of consistency and balance in the current studies indicates that the performance strategy in power plants did not receive sufficient attention and needs further investigations.

    • 摘要: Background: Both technical and nontechnical skills are important factors in cardiac emergency incident. The effects of structured framework on these skills have not been thoroughly studied. We hypothesized that structured framework can improve the clinical performance and reduce errors to improve patients’ safety. Methodology: A total of 24 teams composed of cardiac residents, attending surgeons and ICU nurses performed simulated emergency incident tasks in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and tracheal intubation (TI) scenarios. Framework education was introduced to the assigned groups in two separate semesters. All the scenarios were recorded by video for further evaluation by cardiologist and emergency medicine specialist. Clinical performance, time consumption in simulated scenarios, correlation between framework training and nontechnical skills performance were assessed. Results: The average percentages of CPR completed in the Group 1 (G1) with framework education and the Group 2 (G2) were 85% (SEM: 6.20%) and 53% (SEM: 5.77%) respectively (P < 0.001). And the average percentages of TI completed in G2 with framework education was 87% (SEM: 3.96%), higher than G1 (50%, SEM: 5.64%) (P < 0.001). As for time consumption, the mean time to complete CPR in groups with framework education was shorter than in groups without framework education (P o complete TI in groups with framework education was shorter than in groups without framework education (P < 0.005). Further, there was a significant correlation between framework training and communication in simulated scenarios. Conclusion: The framework provides the whole procedure of the task to every participant. Structured framework education can improve nontechnical skills as well as technical skills of doctors and nurses. Further, researches should be conducted to evaluate the clinical performance and correlation between technical skills and nontechnical skills in cardiothoracic training.

    • 摘要: 近日,ITU-T首次发布隐私计算技术领域国际标准F.748.13《Technical Framework for Shared Machine Learning System(隐私保护机器学习技术框架)》。该标准由蚂蚁集团、中国联通及之江实验室共同参与制定,以蚂蚁集团隐私保护机器学习技术为蓝本,定义了参与方角色、功能要求、安全要求,并给出了中心化和分布式2种隐私保护机器学习模式的架构和计算流程,可用来指导隐私保护机器学习系统的设计、开发、测试、使用等,促进多参与方在满足数据安全、隐私保护等要求下,实现基于数据协同和数据共享的机器学习。

    • 摘要: Sustainable development is the theme of the 21st century. To monitor the progress of sustainable development, the United Nations launched Sustainable Development Goals(SDGs) in 2015. Subsequently, nations of the world have drawn up a list of localized indicators regarding the United Nations SDGs as a paradigm. We established a database including SDGs indicator systems of 11 economies by collecting and determining a large number of materials. Based on this database, we analyzed SDGs indicators by designing a conceptual framework of comparative analysis that included three views. We found that the SDGs indicator systems of 11 economies are different between the number of indicators, the proportion of different categories, and the connotation of indicators. Although the SDGs indicator systems among economies regarded the United Nations SDGs as a framework and included the major social problems related to sustainability, the inconsistency between SDGs indicator systems is large. It is a major reason why scholars lack the systematic method for developing indicators. There are challenges faced in data accessibility. The framework for comparative analysis could be applied to different economies.
