The establishment of the Yangtze River Economic Belt is an economic strategy.Shipping service industry is an important vehicle to realize coordinated development of the upper and lower reaches,and the interactive cooperation in the eastern,central and western regions in china.This paper draws information from 492 selected enterprises and 26 port cities along the Yangtze River and employs methods applied in global city network and social network analyses to uncover the network structure of port cities along the Yangtze River as well as influence factors.The thesis discusses the problem from four dimensions (hierarchy,pattern,hinterland and functional structure) and two levels (a single city and relation between cities).Several results are obtained from the study.①The degree of port city shipping service connection conforms to the law of regional gradient in both the whole watershed level and the city port level.Thedegree of links among cities in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River is much higher than that of the middle and upper reaches,and the shipping service activities of in the lower reaches are also more intensive.②The 26 port cities along the River can be divided into five types.Among them,the third block,consisting of core cities such as Shanghai,Wuhan,Chongqing,Nanjing and Suzhou,has the most prominent internal and external connection.③The hinterland of the core cities covers the whole area along the Yangtze River,but the shipping service hinterland of the core cities are spatially attenuated from the downstream to the upstream.④The network of banks and shipping insurances are filtrated deep into small and medium-sized cities.Regional differences in freight forwarding and international shipping agencies are not significant.The geographical distribution of warehousing,ship-repair and shipbuilding is more concentrated,exhibting a centralized network.%长江经济带作为流域经济,要实现上中下游协同发展、东中西部互动合作,航运服务业是重要载体.从微观经济的主体即公司视角出发,选取492家企业和26个沿长江港口城市作为研究对象,运用全球城市网络建构方法和社会网络分析探讨长江沿岸港口城市网络结构,分析网络结构影响因素.从层次、格局、腹地、功能结构4个维度,单个城市与城市间两个层面展开,研究结果表明:①港口城市的航运服务联系度在全流域层面与核心城市港口层面均呈现区域梯度等级规律,长江下游城市相对联系度要远高于中上游,下游城市航运服务业活动联系更为密集;②26个沿江港口城市可以分为5种类型,其中上海、武汉、重庆、南京和苏州等核心城市所组成的第三区块的对内对外联系最为突出;③核心城市腹地范围均包含整个长江沿线,但在核心城市服务值的腹地紧密程度呈现由下游向上游的空间距离衰减;④银行和航运保险由公司分支结构深入大中小城市而表现为完备型城市网络,货代物流和国际船舶代理区域差异特性不显著,表现为均质型城市网络,仓储和修造船的地域性分布更为集中,表现为集中型城市网络.
