    • 摘要: Aswan is famous for Granite rock art reliefs. Seti I granite rock art relief is one of the most important of them. This granite rock art relief suffers from weakness, fragility, fragmentation and peeling because of many deterioration factors, especially environmental deterioration impacts, such as desert climate with high temperature, residential areas with cafes and shops, and air pollution from exhausts and Kima factory. They can cause chemical weathering. Scientific investigations and analyzes were conducted on this rock art relief such as USB microscope, Polarized (PM) investigation, scanning electron microscope investigation with X-ray energy dispersal unit (EDX) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis to determine the nature and the degree of deterioration, as well as the chemical and mineral composition of the rock and its natural, chemical and mechanical properties. A treatment suggestion to this granite rock art relief has been done.

    • 摘要: 采用碘酸钾滴定法,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES),扫描电子显微镜(SEM/EDS),X-射线能谱仪(EDX),对液压油缸表面铜锡镀层主要成分的含量进行对比分析。结果表明:碘酸钾滴定法,ICP-AES,SEM/EDS,EDX 4种方法测试的锡含量分别为(7.30±0.17)%,(7.07±0.15)%,(4.33±0.47)%和(16.69±2.71)%。ICP-AES是基于铜锡镀层溶解液的光谱分析,与碘酸钾滴定法成分测试结果相近,可代表镀层成分准确含量;SEM/EDS是针对镀层表面分析方法,测试结果相对较低,反映出镀层内外锡含量不均匀;EDX能谱仪因无法聚焦和难以校准,虽测试快速,但误差较大,测试精度在于能谱仪校准和样品表面聚焦。通过对比不同的测试方法得出碘酸钾滴定法、ICP-AES、SEM/EDS均使用于铜镀层中锡含量的检测,3种方法中ICP-AES在准确度较高,SEM/EDS测试速度较快,碘酸钾滴定法成本较低,结果准确。为现场测试提供测试依据。

    • 摘要: BOD composite,(E)-4-(2-(benzo[d]oxazol-2-yl)vinyl)-N,N-dimethylaniline is a new eco-friendly corrosion inhibitor versus P355 Carbon Steel(Cs).BOD was examined in 1.0 N HCl corrosive solution utilizing TP,EIS and EFM tests.EIS curves show that adsorption of BOD increases the transfer resistance and decrease the capacitance of interface metal/solution.Molecular docking was utilized to predict the binding between BOD composite with the receptor of 3tt8-hormone of crystal structure analysis of Cu Human Insulin Derivative.The morphology of inhibited P355 Cs was analyzed by checking electron magnifying instrument innovation with energy dispersive X-beam spectroscopy(SEM EDX).

    • 摘要: 目前,众多高校使用edX平台作为课程学习平台进行在线教学,使用的大多是平台的课程课件、视频等的展示功能,很少集成课程的实训模块.针对上述情况,在edX平台中集成课程实训主机模块,重点讲述了Django WebSSH应用的开发实现,以及如何实现在edX平台中集成该应用.

    • 摘要: Leather industries that uses the conventional chrome tanning process are subjected to high risk of contamination due to the emission of toxic Cr(VI)that poses a serious threat to the environment and human’s wellbeing.The present study were made to isolate and characterize chromium tolerant bacteria in the samples collected from four different plots of Bantala Tannery,Kolkata,West Bengal,India.Pure chromium tolerant bacterial strains were isolated from the tannery sludge samples and their relative MIC(Minimum Inhibitory Concentration)were recorded at different concentrations of Cr(VI)salts to select the highest chromium tolerant bacterium.The selected bacterium was further taken for their growth studies followed by different cultural,morphological and molecular analysis(16S rDNA).The bacterial strain was further studied through SEM(Scanning Electron microscopy)and EDX(Energy Dispersive X-ray)spectroscopy which revealed that TW4 was a gram positive,rod shaped,endospore forming,pleomorphic bacterium with phylogenetic similarities with Isoptericola sp.and genebank accession number SUB1732465 TW4 KX640927.

    • 摘要: The corrosion hindrance of Cu in 2.0 M HNO3 solution by 2-amino-6-methyl-5-oxo-4-phenyl-5,6-dihydro-4H-pyrano[3,2-c]quinoline-3-carbonitrile compound has been studied, using Potentiodynamic Polarization (PP), AC Impedance (EIS), Electrochemical Frequency Modulation (EFM) techniques. Also, EIS test was utilized to confirm the corrosion protection mechanism. 2-amino-6-methyl-5-oxo-4-phenyl-5,6-dihydro-4H-pyrano[3,2-c]quinoline-3-carbonitrile compound is suggested as a mixed kind inhibitor. SEM and EDX investigations of the Cu in 2.0 M HNO3 surface revealed that assembles protect Cu from corrosion by adsorption on its surfaces by a forming coating film. Clearly, the assembled mechanisms play a role as a barrier to corrosive solution.

    • 摘要: The female faculty have been the margin of the academic community,which means that they are excluded from the core of academy and become the outsider.Based on the in-situ observation of edX courses,we argue that there are horizontal disciplinary gender segregations and vertical academic-title gender segregations in online courses.Female teachers'courses concentrated in literature,ethics, philosophy and ethics,and education,while males'courses concentrated in physics,history,and engi-neering.As for the format of offering,female teachers prefer to co-teach courses except for literature courses.From assistant professor,associate professor to full professor,the proportion of female teach-ers is getting lower and lower with the rise of the title.Exploring online courses teachers'group differ-ence based on gender contributes to deep understanding of online courses and establishment of multiple course culture.%"局里的局外人"表述的是女性在学术共同体中的一种"边缘化"状态.通过在线观察可以发现,edX课程教师存在水平方向的学科性别隔离和垂直方向的职称性别隔离现象.女教师开设的课程集中在文学、伦理学、哲学与伦理学、教育学等学科,男教师开设的课程集中在物理、历史与工程学等学科;开课方式上,女教师偏好合作开课,其独立开课的主要是文学课程;从助理教授、副教授到教授,随着职称的升等,女教师的参与越来越少.本文以性别为切入点探讨MOOC课程的教师群体差异,可以深入了解这种新课程形式,并有助于塑造更多元的课程文化.

    • 摘要: 2017年,慕课在学习者人数、课程数量、参与高校数量上都取得了稳定的增长.回顾2017年慕课的发展,大体上可以总结为如下三个方面:第一,各大慕课平台的商业属性得以加强,纷纷通过收费模式的调整、领导层的更换以及以B2B项目为代表的产品线扩展帮助平台实现最大化盈利和可持续发展;第二,行业培训和成人教育成为慕课重要的发展方向,通过微专业项目、企业参与建课以及线上与线下结合的混合学习设置,慕课平台纷纷将帮助在职学习者实现专业能力提升和生涯发展作为目标和切入点;第三,慕课与高校之间的深度融合和适应性变革仍在继续,一方面平台与高校合作的在线学位项目取得了巨大的发展,另一方面基于慕课的校内教学改革持续推进,慕课在校内教学中发挥的作用不断增强.
