    • 摘要: 主要探讨鹿蹄草提取液对真丝绸的直接染色工艺及真丝绸媒染工艺.通过单因素试验及正交试验分析,得出真丝绸直接染色pH值为约3.50,鹿蹄草染液质量浓度为10 g/L,染色温度为90°C,浴比为50∶1,染色时间为50 min.采用不同种类媒染剂和媒染方法,测试分析得到媒染剂硫酸亚铁比硫酸铜的媒染效果好,尤其是耐摩擦色牢度以及沾色色牢度.后媒染的媒染效果比预媒染和同浴媒染的效果好.

    • 摘要: 目的:建立鹿衔草及其伪品红花鹿蹄草的鉴别方法。方法:分别对鹿蹄草、普通鹿蹄草、红花鹿蹄草从原植物形态、药材性状、叶横切面的显微特征、薄层鉴别方面进行比较。结果:鹿蹄草和普通鹿蹄草与红花鹿蹄草原植物在叶形、叶面特征、花色、花萼形状等方面有显著区别;药材在叶形、花萼形状方面也有显著区别;在叶的横切面和薄层鉴别方面,鹿衔草及其伪品红花鹿蹄草亦有差异。结论:鹿衔草药材及其伪品红花鹿蹄草可通过原植物形态、性状、显微特征及薄层色谱进行鉴别。

    • 摘要: 为鹿蹄草耐寒性与其菌根真菌的关系研究奠定基础,对采集于黑龙江省伊春市凉水自然保护区的野生鹿蹄草根部真菌进行分离,根据形态学特征和rDNA ITS序列分析进行鉴定.结果表明:分离到的菌株分为8个形态类型且菌落颜色、质地和外形不同;菌丝特征差异较大,多具隔膜;8株菌株的生长速度不同,生长最快的菌株培养15d,菌落直径达7.8 cm;最慢的培养30 d仅6.5 cm;rDNA ITS序列分析显示,新丛赤壳属(Neonectria)1株、木霉属(Trichoderma)1株、镰刀菌属(Fusarium)1株和Uncultured fungus 5株,其中镰刀菌属真菌在鹿蹄草根中为首次发现.鹿蹄草能与多种属真菌建立共生关系,在一定程度上体现了鹿蹄草内生真菌的生物多样性.%To lay the foundation for the relationship between cold resistance and mycorrhizal fungi of P.calliantha,the fungi of wild Pyrola which collected from Liangshui Nature Reserve in Yichun City of Heilongjiang Province were isolated.Results:According to the morphological observation and rDNA ITS sequence analysis,isolation strains were separated into eight types and the color,texture and appearance of the colonies were different;The characteristics of hyphae were different,and there were many diaphragms;The growth rate of eight strains indicated the diameter of the fastest growing strain was up to 7.8 cm in 15 d,and the slowest culture was only 6.5 cm in 30 d.In addition,rDNA ITS sequence analysis showed that they were Neonectria,Trichoderma and five Fusarium.Among them Fusarium was the first time that found in the root of Pyrola.The results showed that Pyrola and many fungal taxa to establish a symbiotic relationship,in a certain extent reflects the endophytic fungal species diversity of Pyrola.

    • 摘要: The SOD,POD and CAT activity and soluble protein content of lettuce seedlings sprayed with different concentration of P.rotundifolia endophytic fungal extract under cold stress were detected to discuss the action mechanism of endophytic fungal extract to cold resistance of plants.Results:The soluble protein content and SOD activity of lettuce seedlings show a first rising and then declining trend and reach the peak value at three days after treatment.The soluble protein content of lettuce seedlings sprayed with 3% P.rotundifolia endophytic fungal extract is higher than other four treatments but its variation range of SOD,POD and CAT activity is less than other four treatments.The P.rotundifolia endophytic fungal extract can improve a cold resistance of plants and the effect of 3% P.rotundifolia endophytic fungal extract on cold resistance of plants is significant.%为弄清内生真菌提取物对植物抗寒能力的作用机理,以鹿蹄草内生真菌提取物及生菜幼苗为材料,在低温胁迫下对生菜幼苗进行不同浓度的内生真菌提取物喷施,测定生菜叶片中各种保护酶(SOD、POD和CAT)和可溶性蛋白含量.结果表明:叶片的可溶性蛋白含量和SOD呈先升后降趋势,均在处理3d时达峰值,3%浓度内生真菌提取物处理生菜幼苗的可溶性蛋白含量高于其他4组,SOD、POD和CAT活性变化幅度小于其他4组.鹿蹄草内生真菌提取物可提高植物抗寒能力,3%浓度效果显著.

    • 摘要: 采用水提醇沉方法提取多糖,考察提取时间、料液比和温度对鹿蹄草多糖提取率的影响,结果温度影响显著,时间次之,料液比最弱;采用L9(33)三因素正交优化,结果提取温度为100°C,提取时间2.5h,料液比(g/ml)1:18为最佳工艺.

    • 摘要: 目的:测定鹿蹄草中多种微量元素的含量。方法鹿蹄草样品用浓硝酸经过消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定 Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca、Mn的含量。结果鹿蹄草中 Ca 的含量最高,为2138.4 mg·kg-1,其次为Fe、Zn、Mg、Mn。其回收率在96.50%~117.02%,RSD<2%。结论作为中草药,鹿蹄草中的微量元素含量较为合理,可作为其质量研究的参考依据。该法简便、准确、可信、重现性好。%Objective To determine the contents of the trace e1ements in the Pyrola calliantha. Methods The samp1e was digested by HNO3. Five trace e1ements inc1uding Fe,Zn,Mg,Ca and Mn in the samp1es were direct1y ana1yzed by f1ame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results It was showed that the content of Ca in the samp1e was the highest, fo11owed by Fe, Zn, Mg and Mn. In addition, the recoveries of these microe1ements were ranged from 96. 50% to 117. 02%,and the RSD was 1ess than 2%. Conclusion As one of the Traditiona1 Chinese Medicine, Pyrola calliantha contains reasonab1e percentage of the trace e1ements,which cou1d be the reference to its qua1ification study. The method is simp1e,accurate,re1iab1e and reproducib1e.
