When the relative motion between the source and the observer for wave oscillations in the vaccum is considered,the frequency shift induced by the movement has to satisfy the symmetrical condition.By introducing the symmetry factor,a symmetric transformation for the high-speed relative motion system is constructed.Due to the finite propagation speed of the gravitational field,the symmetrical condition has to be considered.Similar to the Lorentzian transformation of the electromagnetic field,when two masses are under relative motion,the classical Newton's gravitational law can be modified based on the retarded potential with a symmetrical transformation,and the resultant additional gravitational interactions between the two moving objects can analyze some gravitational phenomena that cannot be explained by classical theories including the anomalous precession of the perihelion of planets,light deflection by gravity,gravity-induced frequency shift of photons,and gravitational radiations.The derived anomalous precession of perihelion and the gravitational radiation are in consistent with general relativity,while the light deflection angle is different from the conventional result,which should be confirmed by future experimental observations.%针对真空中波动波源和接收者之间相对运动所导致的频率偏移需满足相对运动对称性条件的问题,通过引入对称因子,构造了高速相对运动体系的对称变换.考虑引力场作用时,受引力传递有限速度的推迟影响,需考虑相对运动的对称性条件.在2个质量体相互高速运动时,参考电磁场的洛伦兹变换,对经典牛顿引力定律的推迟势进行对称变换,推导出额外的质量引力作用,以分析经典理论无法解释的引力现象,包括水星近日点的反常进动,光波频率在引力场中的偏移、光线在巨大质量引力作用下的路径弯曲、引力辐射等.所得到的水星进动、引力辐射结果和广义相对论一致,光线偏折则不同于传统理论的结论,有待实验观测进一步验证.
