摘要:
为提高压丝辊的工作频率范围,对压丝辊结构进行了模态仿真分析和结构参数优化,通过结构参数优化,得到满足压丝辊设计要求的工作频率带宽范围.实验结果表明,优化后的直径?85mm的实心压丝辊结构的各阶模态频率均能避开150~220Hz工作范围,有效避免了压丝辊由自身结构引起的共振问题.

Dyeing stripes appeared on polyester fully-drawn yarn (FDY) due to the nozzle oiling method for polyester FDY production through hot roller drawing technique.The oiling nozzles of different types were used to produce polyester FDY.The effect of the oil nozzle structure on the dyeing stripes was analyzed.The results showed that the primary factor causing the formation of the dyeing stripes was the uneven oil content of as-spun fiber absorbing from the oil nozzle which provided some parts of the fiber with the low degree of orientation and crystallinity under normal process conditions;the oiling evenness of as-spun fiber depended on the structure of the oiling nozzles;the higher the oil storage quantity of the oiling groove and the oil absorbing and discharging capacity of the nozzle,the higher the oiling evenness;the yarn path width of the oil nozzle gave a certain effect on the oiling evenness;and the oil nozzle should be rationally selected to improve the oiling evenness of the as-spun fiber and thus depress the generation of dyeing stripes of polyester FDY.%在热辊拉伸式涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)生产中,采用油嘴上油,会产生涤纶FDY染色条纹丝.使用不同型号的油嘴用于生产涤纶FDY,分析了油嘴结构对染色条纹丝的影响.结果表明:在正常生产工艺条件下,初生丝从油嘴中吸附的油剂量不均匀导致纤维局部取向度和结晶度低是产生染色条纹丝的主要原因;油嘴的结构决定了初生丝的上油均匀性,贮油槽贮油能力越大,吸油和放油能力越强,上油均匀性越好,油嘴丝道宽度对上油均匀性也有一定的影响;生产中选择合适的油嘴,可提高初生丝的上油均匀性,从而减少涤纶FDY染色条纹丝的产生.

以相对黏度2.43的聚己内酰胺(PA6)为原料,采用高速纺丝生产高仿毛粗旦有光扁平锦纶全拉伸丝( FDY),探讨了纺丝、拉伸、上油、卷绕等工艺条件对产品质量的影响。结果表明:合理设计喷丝板,选择纺丝速度4300~4400 m/min,纺丝温度248~252°C,侧吹风速度0.50~0.55 m/s、温度20~24°C、相对湿度90%~100%,拉伸比1.20~1.30,上油率1.40%~1.60%,可以生产出光泽柔和、仿毛手感好的粗旦有光锦纶FDY;上述工艺条件下,生产的80 dtex/10 f锦纶FDY断裂强度4.8 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率27.3%,条干不匀率1.6%,扁平度1:4,异形度3.6。%A super wool-like heavy-denier bright flat polycaprolactam (PA 6) fully drawn yarn (FDY) was produced by using PA 6 with the relative viscosity of 2.43 as raw material via high-speed spinning process .The effects of spinning , drawing, oiling and winding process conditions on the product quality were discussed .The results showed that the heavy-denier bright PA 6 FDY could be produced with soft luster and good wool-like handle by using properly designed spinneret under the conditions of spinning speed 4 300-4 400 m/min, spinning temperature 248-252°C, cross air blow speed 0.50-0.55 m/s, temperature 20-24°Cand relative humidity 90%-100%, draw ratio 1.20-1.30, oil pick-up 1.40%-1.60%; the obtained 80 dtex/10 f PA 6 FDY had the breaking strength of 4.8 cN/dtex, elongation at break 27.3%, yarn irregularity 1.6%, flatness 1:4, degree of profile 3.6.

采用特性黏数0.641dL/g的聚酯熔体经异形喷丝孔直接纺丝,生产三角中空涤纶FDY,探讨了其生产工艺条件.结果表明:喷丝孔采用3个对称“V”字形结构和同心圆排列方式;较佳工艺条件为熔体输送温度282°C,纺丝温度290°C,侧吹风温度21°C,速度0.55 m/s,热辊GR1速度1 950 m/min,温度92°C,热辊GR2速度4 300 m/min,温度135°C,卷绕速度4 230 m/min,拉伸倍数2.2;生产的167 dtex/96 f三角中空涤纶FDY断裂强度3.98 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率26.7%,中空度达20%.

A fine-denier PA 66 FDY of 11. 1 dtex/7 f was prepared from PA66 chip with the relative viscosity of 2.53 by one-step process. The effects of drying, spinning and winding processes on the production and product quality were discusssed. The results showed that the production proceeded smoothly and yielded high product quality when the process conditions were as followed : moisture content of chip 1 300 - 1 400 ng/g, spinning temperature 292 - 295 °C, draw ratio 1.4-1.5, heat setting temperature 180 - 185 °C , winding speed 4 400 -4 500 m/min. The obtained fiber had the breaking strength of 5.08 cN/dtex, e-longation at break 42.9% and yam irregularity 1. 36% .%采用相对黏度2.53的PA 66切片一步法生产11.1 dtex/7 f细旦PA66 FDY,探讨了干燥、纺丝和卷绕工艺等对生产过程及产品质量的影响.结果表明:控制切片含水率1 300 ~1 400 μg/g,纺丝温度292~295°C,拉伸倍数1.4~1.5,定型温度180 ~ 185°C,卷绕速度4 400 ~4 500 m/min,生产过程稳定,产品质量好,纤维断裂强度为5.08 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为42.9%,条干不匀率为1.36%.

Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fully-drawn yarn ( FDY ) wag produced from PPS chip via high-speed spinning process. The effects of spinning temperature, drawing temperature, draw ratio, spinning speed and residence time of hot rollers ( CR1,GR2) on the mechanical properties of PPS fiber were discussed. The results showed that the relative strength of PPS FDY gradually decreased with the increase of drawing temperature from 90 °C to 110 °C , but increased with the increase of draw ratio or spinning speed; the relative strength of the fiber was 2. 249 cN/dtex at CR, residence time of 0.063 -0. 126 8 and 2.223 cN/dtex at GR2 residence time of 0.019 -0.069 s as the spinning speed was 3 000 m/min and draw ratio 2.5.%采用聚苯硫醚(PPS)切片进行高速纺丝制得PPS全拉伸丝(FDY).探讨了纺丝温度、拉伸温度、拉伸倍数、纺丝速度和热辊( GR1,GR2)停留时间等工艺参数对PPS纤维力学性能的影响.结果表明:在90~110°C时,随着拉伸温度的提高,PPS FDY的相对强度逐渐降低;随着拉伸倍数的增大,或纺丝速度的增大,PPS纤维相对强度增大;当纺丝速度为3 000 m/min,拉伸倍数为2.5时,纤维在GR1停留时间为0.063~0.126s存在最佳值,纤维相对强度为2.249 cN/dtex,纤维在GR2停留时间为0.019~0.069 s存在最佳值,纤维相对强度为2.223cN/dtex.

PA6 industrial yarn was produced by one-step process on a high-speed spinning plant. The influential factors on the production were analyzed from the aspects of raw materials, equipments and process. The results showed that the steady production of 1 386 dtex PA6 industrial yarn can be guaranteed with the fiber waste rate of 3. 1 % by keeping process pipeline clean before start-up, controlling PA6 chip with the relative molecular mass of 21 300 ±200 and moisture content below 40μg/g, spinning temperature (292 ±5)°C and speed 2 480 m/min, cross air pressure (550 ±5) Pa, air temperature ( 16 ± 1) °C and relative humidity (90 ±5)% and washing the spinpack media of sea sand with hydrochloride.%采用一步法高速纺设备生产PA6工业丝,从原料、设备和纺丝工艺等分析了生产的影响因素.结果表明:在生产1 386 dtex PA6工业丝时,应保持开车前的工艺管路清洁;PA6切片相对分子质量控制在21 300±200,含水率小于40 μg/g,纺丝时应控制纺丝温度(292±5)°C,侧吹风风压(550±5) Pa,侧吹风温度(16±1)°C,侧吹风相对湿度(90±5)%,纺丝速度2 480 m/min;组件介质海砂采用盐酸酸洗,可保证生产稳定,废丝率仅3.1%.
