    • 摘要: 针对靶场试验任务存在的评估标准特殊、评估指标特殊、评估主体特殊等特殊性,对靶场试验任务的绩效评估方法进行了研究.靶场试验任务评估的难点在于结合其特殊性设计科学合理的评估指标,绩效评估结果应当客观,还能够指导后续靶场试验任务的开展.结合DEA模型的适用性特点,参照相关质量文件和评估主体所关心的内容,设计输入和输出指标,对靶场试验任务绩效评估进行研究.通过分析多次靶场试验任务的技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,找出了非最优靶场试验任务效率不足的问题和原因,得到了靶场试验任务的绩效评估排序以及其绩效改进点.结果表明,将DEA模型应用到靶场试验任务的绩效评估中,评估结论较为客观,绩效改进分析能够很好地指导后续靶场试验任务的开展.

    • 摘要: 常规靶场试验鉴定工作因其特殊性和权威性对质量管理提出很高的要求,试验技术状态管理不仅是全面落实GJB 9001C-2017《质量管理体系要求》的强制要求,也是确保产品质量控制的重要手段.依据GJB 3206A-2010《技术状态管理》要求,在分析常规靶场试验基本过程与试验技术状态管理特点的基础上,对靶场试验过程中技术状态标识、控制、记实和审核进行研究,总结提出符合常规靶场实际可行的试验技术状态管理方法.

    • 摘要: In order to control the flying missiles in the range tests,a generation algorithm of missile flight safety channel based on theoretical trajectory is proposed.Firstly,the theoretical trajectory of the missile is converted from the earth coordinates into the space coordinates,and the vector fork is adopted to obtain two vertical unit vectors of the theoretical trajectory plane.Secondly, based on four boundary values of the theoretical safety channel,the safety channel can be obtained.Finally,the novel algorithm is applied to a missile flight test system, and the safety channel is simulated on the three-dimensional developed platform,osg and osgEarth.The simulation results show that the algorithm has high precision,low error which less than 0.35%,and the implementation is simple,which is of great significance to the study of the safety control in the range test.%为了对靶场试验中飞行导弹进行安全控制,提出一种基于理论弹道的安全管道生成算法.首先,将导弹的理论弹道从地球坐标系转换为三维直角坐标系,并利用向量叉乘的原理求出理论弹道所在平面2个互相垂直的单位法向量;然后,结合理论安全管道的上、下、左、右4个边界值求出目标安全管道数据;最后,将该算法应用于某型号导弹飞行试验系统中,使用三维地理信息引擎开发库osg和osgEarth模拟仿真安全管道.仿真结果表明:该算法生成的安全管道精度高,误差小于0.35%,且实现简单,对靶场飞行导弹的安全控制研究具有重要意义.

    • 摘要: Background, technique characteristics and demands of underwater-acoustic armament operational test were introduced. Operational test pattern, test system design, and test support construction were put forward. In allusion to deepen evaluation of operational test, definitions and connotation of capability test, environment constitution, environ-mental compatibility test and performance evaluation indicator system of operational test were expatiated in order to achieve the transformation of underwater acoustic armament from to performance test to equal emphasis of performance characteristic and usability. Targeted to the theoretical system construction of the underwater acoustic armament opera-tional test, the operational test modes of underwater acoustic armament are expatiated from aspects such as organization system, standard system, theoretical system, measuring and communication system, etc., of the test. At last, the prospect of underwater-acoustic armament operational test and the ability of the range may were brought forward.%介绍了水声装备作战试验背景、技术特点、作战试验需求,提出了水声装备作战试验模式、试验体系构建、试验保障体系建设需求.针对水声装备作战试验深化鉴定问题,阐述了作战试验定义与内涵、作战试验战场环境构建、环境适应性试验和作战效能评估指标体系,实现水声装备由性能试验向战术技术性能与作战使用性能考核并重转变.针对水声装备作战试验理论体系构建问题,从试验组织体系、试验标准体系、试验理论体系和测量通信保障体系等方面阐述了水声装备作战试验模式.最后提出了水声装备作战试验展望、靶场具备的能力.

    • 摘要: 针对常规武器系统靶场试验中出现的相对坐标转换的需求,提出一种两点间相对位置关系的坐标转换方法.该方法首先建立了两点经纬度转化为相对角度距离的数学模型,然后在此基础上分析了已知武器系统大地坐标和目标相对武器系统角度距离的情况下,通过迭代法解目标大地坐标的数学模型,并采用C++builder编制程序实现转换的自动化和批量化,最后通过大地测量成果点进行数据转换精度的验证.结果表明:该方法计算准确度高,运算速度快,可以解决靶场试验中相对坐标转换问题.%Aim at relative coordinate conversion requirement in the conventional weapon system range test, a coordinate conversion method of relative position relation is put forward between two positions. Firstly, this method built mathematical model that converted geographical coordinate to relative angle and distance between two positions, then based on the model, analyzed weapon system geographical coordinate and relative angle distance between target and weapon system, geographical coordinate mathematical model of target was solved by iterative method. Used C++ builder compile program to realize automatic and batch conversion. At last data conversion precision and validity was validated by geographical measure harvest position. The conclusion indicates: this method calculation precision is high, and calculation speed is rapid, it can resolve the relative coordinate conversion problem in range test.

    • 摘要: 在装备试验鉴定中测向精度是雷达侦察装备的重要考核指标,论文介绍干涉仪测向技术原理,针对一维干涉仪对高仰角目标的误差主要来源进行分析与计算.为考查误差因素对靶场试验的影响,设计一维干涉仪装备对高空机载雷达目标测向试验典型态势,分析不同距离和仰角条件下的测向误差数据,并提出试验和装备使用建议.%The accuracy of direction finding was an important test index of the radar reconnaissance equipment in the range test. The principle of interferometer direction finding was analyzed and the main error source for the high elevation angle target in the one-dimensional interferometer equipment was analyzed and calculated. The typical test situation in which the high altitude airborne radar was used for testing the one-dimensional interferometer equipment was designed for investigating the influence of the error fac?tors in the range test. The error data in the different distance and elevation angle was analyzed and at last the experiments for test and forthputting were put forward.

    • 摘要: 靶场内外场一体化仿真试验可以有效利用靶场内、外场现有的资源和系统,将内场中的各种仿真试验资源和外场各种实装系统联合起来,为虚拟靶场提供综合试验能力,使得内、外场试验有机地融为一体.首先针对靶场内外场一体化仿真试验的应用需求,提出了基于数据分发服务(data distribution service,DDS)的层次化仿真体系结构;然后设计并实现了针对该体系结构的基于网关的时间管理方法,并提出了一种基于全球定位系统(global positioning system,GPS)的时间同步方法;最后通过在实际靶场中进行测试评估,验证了该体系结构、时间管理方法的有效性.%The integrated simulation test for both infield and outfield can enable the effective use of the facilities and systems of the infield and outfield.It can enable the joint simulation test Of the simulation test systems of the infield and the real equipment systems of the outfield.It can also make the infield and outfield properly mixed to be a complete one.Firstly,the data distribution service (DDS)-based layered simulation architecture is proposed to meet the requirements of the integrated simulation test for the range.Then the design and implementation of the gateway based time management is studied and the global positioning system (GPS) based time synchronization algorithm is proposed.Finally,by testing and evaluation in the real range,the validity of the proposed architecture and time management algorithm is confirmed.

    • 摘要: According to the need of testing and evaluation about the software interface in the range that distinct from third party ,this article analyzes the insufficient of engineering standard method and the user testing method for range software interface testing ,and puts forward contrast method in view of benchmarking technique for range software interface testing ,and tests the typical GUI applied this method,and gives the the countermeasures to improve the HCI design. The contrast method in view of benchmarking technique can be used to guide software interface testing in range,and enhance the ability of operations testing.%根据靶场软件试验不同于第三方软件测评方进行软件界面“易用性、好用性”试验评价的需求,从质量管理对设计开发的验证和确认要求、工程与技术的关系、用户3种需求的关系,分析了基于工程标准检查表方法和用户测试方法用于靶场软件界面试验的不足,提出了基于标杆技术比较的靶场软件界面试验技术,并应用该方法对典型GUI图形用户软件界面进行了试验评价,给出了改进人机界面设计的对策。基于标杆技术比较的靶场软件界面试验技术可用于指导靶场开展软件界面试验,提高靶场作战试验能力。
