摘要:
目的 分析新疆某三甲医院非惩罚性上报制度下护理人员不良事件上报意愿情况与产生原因.方法 选择2016年1月-2017年3月新疆某三甲医院200名有护士执业证书且工作年限>2 a的护理人员,采用自行设计的问卷,调查非惩罚性上报制度下,不同工龄和职称护理人员不良事件上报率的差异及阻碍护理人员不良事件上报的原因.结果 对于不良事件隐瞒调查,能隐瞒时上报的人员所占比例为4.5%,不能隐瞒时,上报人员所占比例为95.5%,介于两者之间所占比例为36.5%;不同工龄和职称的护理人员不良事件上报率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).阻碍护理人员不良事件上报的原因中:上报者和事件当事人的保密工作不到位占35.5%,上报的过程复杂占28.5%,医院的责备文化占20.7%,上报人害怕承担相应的责任占11.1%,医院内非惩罚上报制度占4.1%.结论 医院非惩罚性上报制度下,不同工龄和职称的护理人员对不良事件上报意愿存在差异,阻碍不良事件上报的原因多样,需要具体问题具体分析.%Objective To analyze the reporting willingness and causes of adverse events among nurses in a tertiary hospital in Xinjiang under the non punitive reporting system.Methods 200 nurse practitioner with >2 a working experience were selected from January 2016 to March 2017 in a hospital of Xinjiang.A selfdesigned questionnaire was used to investigate the reporting rate of adverse events among nurses with different length of service and job title under the non punitive reporting system,and the causes of adverse events reported by nursing staff.Results In term of adverse events concealing investigation,reporting personnel accounted for 4.5% if it can be concealed,whereas reporting personnel accounted for 95.5% if it cannot concealed,and those in between accounted for 36.5%;the difference in seniority and titles of nursing staff in adverse events reporting was statistically significant (P <0.05).The reasons hindering nursing staff to report adverse events are:the secrecy of reporter and the party was not in the place (35.5%),the reporting process was complex (28.5%),the blame culture background of the hospital existed (20.7%),the reporter was afraid to undertake the responsibility (11.1%),and non punishment reporting system in the hospital existed (4.1%).Conclusion Under the non punitive reporting system,nurses with different length of service and professional title have different intentions to report adverse events,and the causes of adverse events reporting are diverse,and the specific problems need to be analyzed.
