    • 摘要: In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high cost of the existing hydraulic transmission of wheel loader, a digital controlled hydraulic transmission (DHST) scheme of fixed step ratio automotive transmission was proposed based on digital hydraulic components and their control technology.To ensure the engine work steadily in the economic region, combined with the shovel operating condition of the wheel loader, fuzzy shift control strategies of the digital pumps and motors displacement were designed to realize the dynamic optimal matching between the combustion engine and the digital pumps, digital motors and the changing load.The feasibility of the scheme was verified by AMESim simulation.This research provides a new design concept for the wheel loader transmission system, and it has certain reference significance for the design of other mechanical transmission system.%针对现有装载机液力传动效率低、液压传动成本高等不足,基于数字液压元件及其控制技术,提出了数字控制静液传动有级自动变速方案.以发动机稳定运转在经济区域内为目标,结合装载机铲掘工况,设计了数字泵和数字马达排量的模糊换挡控制策略,实现了数字泵与发动机、数字马达与变化负载的动态匹配.通过AMESim仿真验证了该方案的可行性,本研究为装载机传动系统设计提供了一种新思路,对其他行走工程机械传动系统设计具有一定参考意义.

    • 摘要: 液力-机械传动系统和液压-机械传动系统是地下铲运机两种重要的传动系统布置方案.针对ACY-10载运为1m3的小型铲运机传动系统设计,根据铲运机使用要求,设计变量泵、变量马达等元件.采用静液压-机械传动方案,应用Automation Studio搭建整车不同液压系统的分析模型,对铲运机行驶液压系统、转向液压系统、工作液压系统等运行特性进行分析,获得不同工况时系统油路循环,系统所受动载荷特性,系统受动态外载荷作用时工作油缸压力、位置随时间变化曲线.同理根据液力-机械传动系统方案的特点,搭建分析模型,对比分析静液压-机械传动方案和液力-机械传动方案.结果可知:静液压-机械传动方案在最大牵引力、最大铲取力、爬坡能力等方面具有优势,且很好地解决了倾翻油缸系统中出现的波动现象,提高了液压系统的稳定性.可将静液压-机械传动方案作为设计参考.%Hydrodynamic-mechanical transmission system and hydrostatic-mechanical transmission system are two important transmission system layout schemes of underground load haul dump (LHD) unit.For the transmission system design of ACY-10 small underground LHD which load was 1 m3,according to the use requirements,the variable pump and motor components were designed.The hydrostatic-mechanical transmission scheme was chosen.Different vehicle hydraulic system analysis models were built based on Automation studio,and the operating characteristics of driving hydraulic system,steering hydraulic system and working hydraulic system were analyzed.When the system was operated under different conditions,the system oil circulation,the d.vnamic load characteristic of the system,and the pressure and the position curves of the working cylinder changing with time were gotten.Similarly,according to the characteristics of the hydrodynamic-mechanical transmission system,the analysis model was built.The characteristics of the hydrodynamic-mechanical transmission system and the hydrostatic-mechanical transmission system were comparative analyzed.The results show that the hydrostatic-mechanical transmission scheme has advantage in the maximum traction force,maximum digging force and climbing ability,and the tilting fluctuation phenomenon appeared in the cylinder system is solved well.So the stability of the hydraulic system is improved.The hydrostatic-mechanical transmission scheme can be taken as a design reference.

    • 摘要: 为了提高四轮独立车辆的性能,在恒压网络二次调节的基础上提出了模型参考自适应控制的四轮独立驱动技术。介绍了二次调节静液传动的系统结构模型以及四轮独立驱动的原理。建立了恒压调速系统数学模型,并针对二次调节静液传动系统存在建模不准确、系统压力波动、外负载干扰等缺点,采用模型参考自适应建立了恒压调速控制系统。通过MATLAB对系统进行仿真分析,由仿真结果可知:基于模型参考自适应控制的液压四轮驱动方案具有良好的控制效果,在不同形式的外负载干扰情况下该控制方案具有很好的适应性和抗外干扰能力。%In order to improve the performance of the four wheel independent vehicles , four independent drive technology based on the model reference adaptive control was proposed .The system structure model and the principle of four wheel independent drive were introduced .The mathematical model of constant pressure and speed control system was established , and the model reference adap-tive system was used to establish the constant pressure speed control system based on the hydrotatic transmission system in secondary regulation.With the aid of MATLAB, the simulation results show that the model reference adaptive control hydraulic four wheel drive scheme has good control effect .The control scheme has good adaptability and anti-interference ability under different forms of external load disturbance .

    • 摘要: 基于静液传动系统调速理论,得到行走与工作系统的静液传动方案;对有工作阻力的整车进行受力分析,建立了含有工作装置阻力的整车受力模型;并得到各工况下的阻力功率方程;通过有限单元法得到不同温度条件下刀具切削沥青混凝土的应力比,再通过应力比计算得到工作装置的阻力及各工况下阻力功率.本课题以某特种车辆静液传动系统为研究对象,该特种车除正常行驶工况外,在工作时工作装置对车辆行走系统有较大的行驶阻力,本课题以热再生铣刨车辆为例进行分析,得到此类特种车辆的静液传动系统设计与仿真的方法.

    • 摘要: 为了研究液压传动中节能技术,提出二次调节静液传动技术。分析了二次调节静液传动技术基本原理和恒转矩负载下二次元件的静态调速特性,总结出二次调节的基本控制规律。建立了二次调节转矩控制系统的双闭环数学模型,并用Matlab对加载系统中的二次调节转矩控制系统的转矩动态刚度进行了仿真分析。结果表明:采用双闭环PID控制后二次调节转矩控制系统的转矩动态刚度会有显著性提高。%In order to study energy-saving hydraulic transmission technology, the secondary regulation hydrostatic transmission technology was proposed. This paper analyzed the secondary regulation hydrostatic transmission tech-nology fundamentals and static speed characteristics on constant torque load secondary component, and the basic control rules on secondary regulation was summed up. The mathematical model of the secondary double-loop con-trol system to adjust the torque and loading system was established, and the secondary torque control system to ad-just the torque dynamic stiffness was simulated and analyzed based on Matlab. The results showed that this second-ary torque control system with double-loop PID control could significantly improve the torque dynamic stiffness.

    • 摘要: 为实现静液传动履带车辆快速稳定转向,且转向轨迹可控,基于双侧轮边液压驱动结构特点,提出了转向时外侧马达排量采用压力、发动机转速双参数控制,内侧采用神经元自适应PID控制以跟随外侧的转向控制策略.在Matlab/Simulink中建立了包含基于S函数的神经元PID控制器和综合控制策略Stateflow模块的整车模型,对转向控制进行仿真分析,阶跃输入时,神经元PID比传统PID控制能有效抑制系统超调量,加快系统响应速度;不同转向工况仿真结果表明:神经元PID控制具有较好的目标跟随能力,提高了系统的实时性和鲁棒性,使得静液传动履带车辆具有良好的转向性能.
