摘要:
针对孝感水厂一期一阶段除铁除锰虹吸滤池存在的滤料板结问题,进行了原因分析,并提出改造方案,包括调整滤料厚度和粒径、冲洗强度、配水区高度,增加反冲洗气管道系统,改造滤板滤梁、配水系统、自控系统以及进水、排水虹吸系统等.改造后的运行结果表明:滤料板结现象消除,滤池出水水质稳定,出水水质满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006).

随着我国经济的不断发展,对水资源的需求量越来越大.在我国所有的水资源中,含铁锰的水资源占据着相当大的比例,因此除铁除锰技术已经成为了多年以来水质工程的重点研究课题.鉴于此,文章以相关文献作为基本依据,在铁锰的相关化学性质和氧化还原原理的基础上,对多年来除铁除锰科学技术的进展进行了深入的分析和讨论,以期为日后优化饮用水中的除铁除锰科学技术提供一些建议和理论参考.

为研究生物净化低温(5~6益)高铁锰地下水,采用水厂实地滤柱进行试验.结果表明:通过接种成熟滤料、采用变反冲洗强度和反冲洗上清液回流的方式实现了低温生物除铁锰工艺的快速启动,滤柱达到设计滤速6 m/h,启动时间仅为2个月.滤柱稳定运行的理想运行参数为:滤速4~7 m/h、反冲洗周期24~36 h、反冲洗强度10~12 L/(s·m2)、反冲洗时间4~5 min.沿程分析发现,铁主要在滤层的0~400 mm处去除,锰主要在400~900 mm去除,除锰带出现先下移再上移的现象,5.0~6.0 m/h滤速的最佳滤层厚度为1200~1300 mm.

以哈尔滨某水厂高铁、高锰地下水为处理对象,考察相同运行条件(进水溶解氧为9mg/L,pH为6.8~6.9,滤速为5 m/h)下,滤料材质及二价铁对锰砂的污染对滤柱除锰成熟期及出水水质的影响,结果表明,锰砂滤柱除铁锰效果优于石英砂滤柱;锰砂滤柱投产初期受到Fe2+的污染会使锰砂对Mn2+的吸附容量减小,滤柱吸附饱和期提前到来,致使出水含锰量增高,成熟期延长.

In order to achieve the rapid recovery of biological iron and manganese removal process in the low-temperature (3~5°C), three kinds of recovery methods, including different filtration methods of the upper and lower flow, changing the the influent iron concentration and adding inorganic carbon, were adopted to study the recovery effect on the damaged biological filter column. The results showed that three recovery methods could effectively shorten the recovery time of biological filter column and the recovery times were 40, 54 and 35d, Compared with the conventional recovery mode of 2# filter column, the recovery times of 1# and 3# filter column were shortened by 26%, 35%. Although the recovery time was longer by the way to change the concentration of iron and manganese, but the manganese removal performance after the recovery of the filter column was more stable. From comprehensive consideration of the recovery effect and economic rationality, It was suggested that the best way to recover damaged filter column was iron and manganese concentration increased from low to high and adding inorganic carbon when the filtration rate to 2~3m/h.%为实现生物除铁除锰工艺在低温(3~5°C)下的快速恢复,本试验研究了不同流向过滤方式、改变进水铁锰浓度、添加无机碳3种恢复方式对因锰中毒及长时间停运造成失效的生物除锰滤柱的恢复效果.研究结果表明,3种恢复方式均能够有效缩短生物滤柱的恢复时间,其时间分别为40,54,35d,相比2#滤柱常规恢复方式,1#、3#滤柱恢复时间分别缩短了26%、35%;尽管采用改变进水铁锰浓度方式的恢复时间较长,但滤柱恢复后除锰性能更稳定;从恢复效果和经济合理性综合考量,最佳恢复方式建议为铁锰浓度由低升高并在滤速提升至2~3m/h时添加无机碳的方式.

The groundwater containing high concentrations of Fe2+,Mn2+ in a Harbin water plant was treated.The effects of filter of Single packing and uneven double material on the start-up of iron and manganese removal filter and the quality of the effluent were investigated under the same operating conditions (dissolved oxygen 9 mg· L-1,pH 6.8~6.9,filtering velocity 5 m·h-1).The results indicated that the effect of iron removal by manganese sand filter is similar to the upper layer of sand and the lower layer of manganese sand filter.At the same time,iron concentration out of filter both are less than 0.3mg·L-1.The effect manganese removal by manganese sand filter is superior to the upper layer of sand and the lower layer of manganese sand filter.The quantity of manganese sand and the Mn2+ adsorption capacity of the latter is less than the former.The Mn2+ adsorption capacity of the filter run out before manganese activated membrane come out and start-up duration was prolonged.%以哈尔滨某水厂高铁、高锰地下水为处理对象,考察相同运行条件(进水溶解氧为9mg· L-1,pH值为6.8~6.9,滤速为5m·h-1)下,单层滤料及双层滤料对除铁除锰滤柱除锰成熟期及出水水质的影响.结果表明:锰砂滤柱和上层石英砂下层锰砂滤柱除铁效果没有明显差别,都在运行7~10d后达标(<0.3mg·L-1);锰砂滤柱除锰效果优于上层石英砂下层锰砂滤柱,后者比前者锰砂量小,吸附容量小,在锰质活性滤膜生成前吸附饱和,所以除锰成熟期延长.

以湖北省孝感市某处高铁、高锰及有机物污染的地下水作为研究对象,采用锰砂及陶粒两种滤料,观察不同滤料对铁锰及有机物的去除效果.实验表明,锰砂对铁锰及有机物都有较好的去除效果,陶粒滤料对有机物有很好的去除效果,但除铁除锰效果不好,出水不能达到生活饮用水卫生标准要求.%The research object is high iron and high manganese and organic matter polluted groundwater of Xiaogan.Choosing two kinds of filters to experiment,manganese sand filter and ceramsite filter,the different removal efficiency of iron and manganese and organic matter is observed.The experiment shows that the removal effect of manganese sand is better than ceramsite filter.The ceramsite has better removal effect of organcia matter but not of iron and manganese.The water can't meet the requirements of domestic and drinking water hygiene standards.

地下水长期接触各类不同的地质条件,溶有大量的金属元素,其中以铁、锰、砷等金属为典型代表。去除地下水中铁锰元素的主要方法有空气氧化法、接触催化氧化法、生物氧化法以及颗粒活性炭吸附法。列举了2座已投入生产实践的生物除铁除锰水厂的运行情况与处理效果,阐明了生物除铁除锰技术在我国的研究与应用水平。对现有的生物除铁除锰研究作出了客观性评价以及对未来研究方向的展望。%Due to long-term exposure to different geological conditions , the underground water may contain such mineral elements as iron, manganese and arsenic. This paper firstly reveals some methods for removing iron and manganese including air oxidation, contact catalytic oxidation, biological oxidation and granular activated car-bon adsorption. Then, it analyzes two water treatment plants which have put biological removal of iron and man-ganese into production. Finally it evaluates the existing biological removal of iron and manganese and explores prospects for future research directions.
