近日,记者从山东聊城市农业农村局了解到,聊城市政府第86次常务会议通过《聊城市禁止销售使用剧毒高毒农药管理规定》,该规定已于2021年1月起施行。按照规定,聊城市全面禁止销售、使用下列农药:六六六、滴滴涕、毒杀芬、二溴氯丙烷、杀虫脒、二溴乙烷、除草醚、艾氏剂、狄氏剂、汞制剂、砷类、铅类、敌枯双、氟乙酰胺、甘氟、毒鼠强、氟乙酸钠、毒鼠硅、甲胺磷、对硫磷。

摘要:
The method for determination of nitrofen in fruits and vegetables was established by gas chromatography. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by GC-e/NH2 small column, and eluted with acetonitrile and toluene (volume ratio 3:1),then the extracted solution was analyzed by gas chromatography ECD detector and quantified by external standard method. The results showed that the recovery was between 85%~110%,the relative standard deviation was 5.7%~16.7%,the limit of quantitation was 0.001 mg/kg. The method was proved to be accurate, reliable and convenient in pretreatment,suitable for the determination of batch sample.%建立了气相色谱法测定蔬菜、水果中的除草醚.样品用乙腈提取,经GC-e/NH2小柱净化,以乙腈+甲苯(体积比3:1)溶液洗脱,采用气相色谱ECD检测器检测,外标法定量.结果表明,回收率为85%~110%,相对标准偏差为5.7%~16.7%,定量限为0.001 mg/kg.该法准确可靠、前处理简便,适用于批量样品的检测.

Objective To induce a congenital diaphragmatic hernia model of fetal rat and to test the effect of vitamin C given in late gestation on the incidence of congenital diaphragmatic hernia(CDH) and lung development of fetal rat. Methods Sprague-Dawley female rats were randomly divided into four groups; control group( C), vitamin C group( W), CDH group( N) and treatment group(T). Nitrofen ( 100 mg) was given intragastrically to the rats of CDH and treatment groups on day 9. 5 of gestation to induce a congenital diaphragmatic hernia model of fetal rat. Vitamin C(L5 mg) was given inrraperitoneally to vitamin C and treatment group from day 16.5 to 20.5. The offsprings were recovered on day 21 (term = 22nd). Fetal rats and their lungs were weighed. The incidence of CDH was examined. Immunohistochemical staining( Ki-67) was performed. The percentage of proliferate cells were counted by software. Results The incidences of CDH in CDH group and treatment group were the same. The mean body weight of treatment group was higher than those of the other three groups. The mean fetal lung weight was the highest in vitamin C group and treatment group and the lowest in CDH group. Percentage of proliferation cells in CDH group was lower than those of the other three groups. Conclusion By the use of nitrofen we induced congenital diaphragmatic hernia model in fetal rat. In the CDH group, the mean lung weight and the percentage of proliferation cells decreased. There may be lung hypoplasia in this group. There was no obvious evidence that vitamin C could change the incidence of CDH in rat model induced by nitrofen. Vitamin C increased mean lung weight and percentage of proliferation cells of CDH fetal rats, so it may improve lung development of fetal rats.%目的 建立大鼠先天性膈疝(congenital diaphragmatic hernia,CDH)模型,检验妊娠晚期维生素C干预对先天性膈疝的发生率以及胎肺发育的作用.方法 妊娠S-D雌鼠12只采用抽签法随机分为4组,对照组(C)、维生素C组(W)、膈疝组(N)及治疗组(T).N、T组除草醚(nitrofen)灌胃建立胎鼠先天性膈疝模型;孕晚期W、T组维生素C干预.正常孕期前一天(孕21天)剖腹取出胎鼠,记录体质量及肺脏质量;检查胎鼠膈疝的发生率、发生部位、膈肌缺损程度;采用免疫组织化学技术显示ki-67的表达,计算机软件分析计算胎肺组织中增生细胞的比例.结果 膈疝组与治疗组脶疝发生率差异无统计学意义.治疗组胎鼠平均体质量高于另3组,差异有统计学意义.维生素C组及治疗组的平均胎肺质量均高于对照组,对照组高于膈疝组,差异有统计学意义.膈疝组增生细胞比例低于另3组,差异有统计学意义.结论 通过除草醚的应用,成功建立了大鼠的先天性膈疝模型.膈疝组胎鼠的肺脏质量降低,增生细胞比例减少,可能存在肺脏发育不良.维生素C不能明显改变胎鼠先天性膈疝的发生率,但可提高胎鼠肺脏质量,提高增生细胞的比例,促进胎肺发育.

摘要:
建立了柑橘中除草醚除草剂农药残留量气相色谱质谱检测方法.用乙腈提取试样中残留的药物,经中性氧化铝固相萃取小柱净化,采用气相色谱分离,质量选择检测器检测,外标法定量.除草醚农药在0.01 μg/mL ~5.0μg,/mL浓度范围具有良好线性关系,线性相关系数在0.9989 ~0.9996,空白样品中添加0.01 mg/kg、0.05 mg/kg、0.1 mg/kg三个浓度,回收率在80.1%~104.3%之间,相对标准偏差在3.2%~14.3%之间.以信噪比为10计的方法检测限(LOD)为0.01 mg/kg,方法决速、简单,完全能够满足农药残留检测要求.
