摘要:
文中主要介绍了基于国产FPGA的软件无线电发射和接收系统,通过A/D采集音频信号将数据传至FPGA进行DSB调制,接收部分将DSB信号采集传至FPGA进行DSB解调.除硬件A/D,D/A模块外,其余模块均由FPGA通过算法完成,实现了以软件为主体的无线电通信系统.

摘要:
The length of the sgRNA-DNA complementary sequence is a key factor influencing the cleavage activity of Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9(SpCas9)and its variants.The detailed mechanism remains unknown.Here,based on in vitro cleavage assays and base editing analysis,we demonstrate that reducing the length of this complementary region can confer nickase activity on SpCas9 and eSpCas9(1.1).We also show that these nicks are made on the target DNA strand.These properties encouraged us to develop a dual-functional system that simultaneously carries out double-strand DNA cleavage and C-to-T base conversions at separate targets.This system provides a novel tool for achieving trait stacking in plants.

Radiation-induced DNA damages include base deletion,single-strand break and double-strand break(DSB).Among them,DSB is the most harmful,which could leads to gene mutation,cell apoptosis or carcinogenesis[1].Histone H2AX was phosphorylated(-H2AX)at Ser-139 rapidly after DSB damage.Quantitative analysis of-H2AX focus by fluorescence microscopy has become the popular method for DSB detection that each break has been found to correspond to one-H2AX focus.-H2AX plays an important role in damage signal cascading that the modification of chromatin improves DNA accessibility and leads to the recruitment and accumulation of specific DNA damage response(DDR)proteins at the DNA end[2,3].

2017年8月,美国对中国再次启动了"301调查",根据美国贸易法"301条款"对贸易竞争对手进行威胁和贸易制裁是美国实现贸易保护维护其经济霸权的主要方法,这一方法是对WTO多边贸易体制下贸易争端解决机制的极大危害.面对此次调查,中国应积极应对,适当条件下可借助世贸组织DSB解决此次争端.

摘要:
DNA-dependent protein kinase catalytic subunit(DNA-PKcs)plays a critical role in non-homologous end joining(NHEJ)of DNA double-stand break(DSB)repair.Previously,we found genistein could sensitize cancer cells to low linear energy transfer(LET)X-rays via inhibiting DNA-PKcs activities.Especially,high-LET heavy ion produces more DNA DSBs than low-LET radiation.Presently,we demonstrated that DNA-PKcs specific inhibitor Nu7026 treatment or siRNA knockdown of DNA-PKcs could sensitize DNA-PKcs proficient glioblastoma cells to high-LET carbon ions(shown in Table 1).Immunofluorescence and western blot experiments were performed to examine the DNA DSBs and their repair kinetics in two DNA-PKcs proficient glioblastoma cell lines.

放射治疗在肿瘤综合治疗领域中有着举足轻重的地位,放射治疗的效果与肿瘤细胞对辐射敏感度密切相关.ATDC基因也称为TRIM29,在人体众多肿瘤中高表达,具有显著的抗电离辐射的特性.本文综述了ATDC抗电离辐射的特性与DNA损伤修复程序存在紧密的相关性,为临床肿瘤放射治疗的合理运用提供了一定的理论依据.
