介绍了一些新型功能性涂料,如,耐指纹涂料、红外辐射节能涂料、防雾涂料、可剥离涂料、降解甲醛涂料等。并对这些涂料的制备和性能进行了综述。%Some new functional coatings were introduced, such as fingerprint resistant coatings, infrared radiative coatings, no-fogging coatings, strippable coatings, formaldehyde degraded coating,and so on. Preparation methods and performance of these coatings were summarized.

摘要:
以间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠、二缩三乙二醇和甲基丙烯酸为原料,以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,四甲氧基酚为阻聚剂,二甲苯为带水剂,经缩聚、酯化合成了UV固化防雾功能预聚物;采用红外光谱仪(IR)、紫外-可见分光光度计、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、光学接触角测量仪(OCA)和热重分析仪(TG-DSC)对其性能进行了表征与分析;通过设计正交试验探究其UV固化成膜的较为理想的工艺配方.结果表明:实验制备的预聚物适合于制备UV固化防雾涂料,制备所得防雾涂膜耐水、防雾,具有较好的硬度、附着力及热稳定性.

固体材料表面上的雾化现象,对光学器件、农业用透明塑料薄膜、太阳能电池透光板等产品的应用产生严重影响。介绍了一种新型超亲水纳米二氧化硅微粒UV防雾涂料,可在高速生产状态下实现"卷对卷"塑料基材涂层瞬时UV固化,同时保持塑料基材的良好光学透明性。%Fogging is a severe problem for optical devices,transparent plate of solar cells,high transparent agricultural films and so on.A new type of UV curable superhydrophilic anti-fog coatings with silica nanoparticles was introduced.The anti-fog coatings can be cured instantaneously by UV and produced at high speed with the optical specification for the transparent substrates in roll-to-roll process.

分析了防雾涂料的应用现状,指出现阶段防雾涂料存在的主要问题.介绍了材料表面雾珠的形成机理和防雾的方法,以及水性涂料技术、紫外光固化技术、有机无机杂化技术和纳米技术等在防雾涂料中的应用,并对几种新型防雾涂料,包括水性防雾涂料、紫外光固化防雾涂料、有机无机杂化防雾涂料、纳米防雾涂料等的特点及国内外研究进展进行了综述,在此基础上讨论了防雾涂料研究中需要进一步研究和开发的领域,展望了防雾涂料的发展前景.%This article described the current application of antifogging coatings,the existing problems at present. In addition,the paper introduced the mechanism of fogging and antifogging methods, and reviewed the applications of waterbome coatings, UV - curing technology, organic - inorganic hybrid process, and nanotechnology in antifogging coatings. And the characteristics, development and research progress of several antifogging coatings including waterborne antifogging coatings, UV - curing antifogging coatings, organic - inorganic hybrid antifogging coatings, nano antifogging coatings were reviewed. Based on these, the fields that need to research and develop further in the study of antifogging coatings were discussed. The prospect of the development of antifogging coatings was also pointed out.

以甲基丙烯酰乙氧基三甲基氯化铵作为功能性单体,与丙烯酸酯类单体共聚合成了防雾树脂,并以该防雾树脂作为成膜物,加入固化剂,配制成具有优异防雾性和耐水性的防雾涂料。分别研究了引发剂用量对树脂黏度和相对分子质量的影响,功能性单体用量和羟基含量与涂料性能之间的关系,以及施工条件对涂层性能的影响。%An antifogging resin was prepared by use of methacryloxyethyhrimethyl ammonium chloride as a functional monomer and acrylate monomer. And antifogging coatings with excellent antifogging property and water resistance was prepared by use of obtained resin as a film former and curing agent. The influences of amount of initiator on the viscosity and molecular weight of the resin, the relationship between the amount of functional monomer, hydroxyl content and the performance of coatings, performance of coatings were respectively studied. and the influences of application conditions on the performance of coatings were respectively studied.
