    • 摘要: 圆钢管混凝土柱子作为基础设施的特殊结构,其力学性能一直是相关领域的研究重点。本文以内置交叉工字钢的圆钢管混凝土柱为对象,基于大型有限元软件Abaqus,通过改变内部含钢率、外部含钢率、长径比等参数,用以模拟不同情况下钢管混凝土柱的轴压、偏压情况,进而探讨其相应的力学性能。经对比分析发现,数值分析结果与模型实验结果基本一致,验证了采用有限元计算在混凝土柱子力学性能研究中应用的可靠性。

    • 摘要: 为研究钢骨-方钢管再生混凝土组合长柱的轴压性能,本文使用ABAQUS软件建立了 18个组合长柱有限元模型,分析了典型试件的荷载柱中挠度关系曲线、应力分布和破坏形态.考虑长细比、取代率、钢管厚度、再生混凝土强度、配骨率对组合长柱轴压力学性能的影响,同时利用回归分析得到组合长柱的实用承载力计算公式.结果表明:再生混凝土取代率、长细比对组合长柱的承载力影响较小,钢管厚度、再生混凝土强度等级和配骨率对试件的承载力有显著的影响,建立的实用承载力公式计算值和有限元值及试验值吻合良好.

    • 摘要: 针对轻质超高性能混凝土(LUHPC)长柱失稳问题,开展了轻质超高性能混凝土长柱轴心受压试验.设计制作了长细比为6~22的10根LUHPC长柱和10根高强混凝土长柱试件,对比分析了不同长细比对LUHPC长柱承载力、荷载-应变和荷载-挠度等影响,明确了其破坏形态,获得了长细比6~22的LUHPC长柱稳定系数,建立了LUHPC长柱的稳定系数计算修正公式.试验表明:随着长细比的增大,LUHPC长柱和高强混凝土长柱承载能力均逐渐减小,稳定系数也均逐渐减小,LUHPC柱长细比从6~22的稳定系数为1~0.73,稳定系数计算值与试验值吻合较好;LU-HPC长柱破坏机理是钢筋先屈服,然后混凝土达到应变峰值,试件发生破坏.

    • 摘要: 采用有限元软件ABAQUS对改进的组合式L形钢管混凝土长柱轴压性能进行了非线性分析,主要分析了改进的组合式L形钢管混凝土长柱破坏形态、荷载-轴向位移关系曲线、荷载-侧向挠度关系曲线以及钢管、支撑钢板、核心混凝土之间的相互作用.研究结果表明:试件破坏形态主要分为弯曲破坏和强度破坏.钢管厚度及长细比对试件荷载-轴向位移关系曲线影响较大;混凝土强度及支撑钢板设置对试件荷载-轴向位移关系曲线影响较小;长细比、支撑钢板设置及钢管厚度对试件荷载-侧向挠度关系曲线影响较大.从加载开始至75%峰值荷载时,钢管和核心混凝土承担轴压荷载比例变化不大;达到峰值荷载时,钢管承担轴压荷载比例有所增加,核心混凝土承担轴压荷载比例有所减少.相较于未设置支撑钢板的试件,设置支撑钢板的试件各面接触压力更加均匀.在矩形钢管中设置支撑钢板能够提高钢管对核心混凝土的约束作用.轴压稳定承载力计算式(1)、式(11)的理论计算值均小于有限元计算值.%The finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the nonlinear behavior of improved composite L-shaped concrete-filled steel tubular long columns subjected to axial compression load,inclu-ding the failure modes,load-axial displacement curves,load-lateral deflection curves and the interaction among steel tube,support steel plate and core concrete.The results show that:the failure modes of spec-imens are mainly divided into bending failure and strength failure.The thickness of steel tube and the slenderness ratio have a greater influence on the load-axial displacement curve of the specimen and the influence of the concrete strength and the support steel plate on the load-axial displacement curve is smaller.The slenderness ratio,support steel plate and steel tube thickness has great influence on the load-lateral deflection curve.From the beginning of loading to 75% peak load,the axial load ratio of steel tube and core concrete changes little.To 100% peak load,the axial load ratio of the steel tube increases, the axial load ratio of the core concrete decreases.Compared with the specimens without support steel plate,the contact pressure of the specimens with support steel plate is more uniform.The support steel plate in the rectangular steel tube can improve the restraint effect of the steel tube on the core concrete. The formulas (1)and (11)for calculating the axial compressive stability bearing capacity are less than those calculated by the finite element method.

    • 摘要: [目的]采用有限元分析圆钢管型钢再生混凝土组合长柱在轴向荷载作用下的受力性能,为其工程应用提供技术支持.[方法]在前期试验的基础上,结合非线性分析理论,采用Abaqus有限元软件对圆钢管型钢再生混凝土组合长柱的轴压性能进行数值模拟,观察试件的破坏过程及特征,获取其应力云图及轴向荷载—应变曲线;并在此试验结果的基础上,对长柱进行了有限元参数拓展分析.[结果]随着钢管径厚比的增大,长柱试件承载力降幅约为6.0%,且刚度明显降低.增大型钢配钢率时,其承载力提高了4.4%左右,但延性提高明显.随着钢管和型钢强度的增大,长柱承载力提高幅度为4.3%和4.5%左右,对试件变形能力的影响不明显.此外,提高再生混凝土强度,长柱承载力提高幅度最大可达13.9%,但其延性性能降低.[结论]利用Abaqus模拟圆钢管型钢再生混凝土组合长柱的轴压受力性能是可行的,同时也表明该组合柱具有较高的承载力和良好的延性变形能力.%[Objective] The mechanical performance of long columns under axial compression was studied using finite element method to provide support for engineering application of recycled concreted filled circular steel tube-profile steel long columns.[Method] Based on previous experiments and nonlinear analysis theory,Abaqus software was used to simulate the axial compression behavior of long columns.The failure process and characteristics of specimens were observed.The strain nephogram and axial load-strain curves were also obtained.Then,the finite element parameter analysis of long columns was conducted.[Result] With the increase of steel tube ratio of diameter to thickness,the bearing capacity of long column decreased by 6.0% and stiffness reduced significantly.Increasing steel ratio increased bearing capacity by 4.4 % and improved ductility significantly.With the increase of the strength of steel tube and profile steel,bearing capacity of long columns increased by 4.3 % and 4.5 %,while the influence on deformation of columns was slight.With the increase of recycled concrete strength,the bearing capacity of columns was increased by 13.9 %,while ductility was decreased.[Conclusion] Using Abaqus software to simulate the mechanical performance of recycled concrete filled circular steel tube-profile steel long columns is feasible and the columns have high bearing capacity and good ductility.

    • 摘要: 设计制作了8根复式薄壁方钢管混凝土轴压长柱试件,通过试验,研究了长细比和截面类型对复式薄壁方钢管混凝土轴压长柱承载力的影响.试验发现:构件的承载力随着长细比的增大而下降;内置圆钢管高强混凝土后组合柱的承载力提高了33%;内置空钢管后构件的承载力下降了约14%;实心复式薄壁方钢管混凝土柱具有较高的剩余承载力和延性.基于ABAQUS软件和相关的本构模型,建立了复式薄壁方钢管混凝土轴压长柱的有限元模型,有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合良好.基于该有限元模型进行受力性能影响因素分析和参数分析.分析表明:焊接残余应力和钢管弯角效应对轴压承载力的影响均小于1.5%,且二者相互抵消,受力分析时可以忽略;实心复式薄壁方钢管混凝土长柱的稳定系数随着内钢管屈服强度、混凝土强度或径宽比的增大而减小.提出了复式薄壁方钢管混凝土长柱轴压承载力的简化算式,计算值与实测结果吻合较好.%Eight composite concrete-filled square thin-walled steel tubular (CCFSTST) slender columns under axial compression were designed and fabricated.Through the experiments,the effects of the slenderness ratio and the crosssectional type on axial compressive resistance of CCFSTST slender columns were studied.The test results indicate that the resistance of the column is reduced with the increasing of the slenderness ratio.Through embedding high-strength concrete-filled circular steel tube,the resistance of the composite column is improved by 33%.After embedding a circular steel hollow tube,the resistance of the composite column is reduced by 14%.The CCFSTST slender columns with a solid cross-section exhibit higher residual load-canying capacity and ductility.Based on the ABAQUS and the relative constitutive models,the finite element (FE) models of CCFSTST slender columns were developed.The predicted results agreed well with the test results.Based on the FE model,the mechanical behavior analysis and parametric analysis were carried out.The analysis indicates that the influences of the welding residual stress and coldforming on the axial compressive resistance are less than 1.5 %.Meanwhile the above influences are offset.Thus,they can be ignored for the behavior analysis.With the increasing of the yield strength of the inner steel tube,concrete strength or diameter to width ratio,the stability coefficients of the CCFSTST slender column with a solid cross-section are decreased.The simplified model was proposed to predict the axial compressive resistance of CCFSTST slender columns.The predictions agreed well with the test results.

    • 摘要: 以再生骨料取代率、含钢率、长细比以及不同再生骨料种类为参数,通过试验得到了试件破坏形态、荷载一位移、荷载一应变等数据,试验结果表明:加再生砖骨料的钢管再生混凝土柱与一般钢管再生混凝土柱相比在弹性段没有差异,但在下降段轴压刚度下降较快,当砖含量为50%时承载力和刚度均下降较多,含钢率越高抵抗变形的能力越强,承载力越高.%Experimental study was carried out on long column axial compression performance of recycled concrete filled square steel tubes.With recycled aggregate replacement ratio,steel ratio,slenderness ratio and different sources of recycled aggregate as parameters,we obtained the data like specimen failure mode,load-displacement,and load-strain through the test.The experimental results showed that the elastic section of the recycled concrete filled steel tube with recycled brick aggregate had no difference compared with that of the normal concrete column,but the axial compression rigidity at dropping section decreased relatively fast.The bearing capacity and stiffness of recycled concrete filled square steel tube had a larger decrease when the brick content was fifty percent.The higher the ratio of steel,the stronger the ability to resist deformation,and the higher the bearing capacity.

    • 摘要: 随着混凝土材料用量不断增加,生态环境遭到破坏,废弃混凝土材料可通过再生骨料混凝土技术进行再次加工.通过施加压力的试验可知再生混凝土长柱破坏机理与普通混凝土柱子的破坏机理一致,但变形量与普通混凝土相比较大,当试验的掺入量增加时,承载能力有一定下降趋势,当掺入量达到40%时,混凝土长柱的承载力与之前相比下降了7.29%.再生混凝土长柱的承载能力可以按照现行的方式进行分析计算.
