    • 摘要: A Z-pinch dynamic hohlraum can create the high-temperature radiation field required by indirect-drive inertial confinement fusion.A dynamic hohlraum with peak radiation temperature over 300 eV can be obtained with a>50 MA Z-pinch driver according to the scaling law of dynamic hohlraum radiation temperature vs drive current.Based on a uniform 300 eV radiation temperature profile with a width of 10 ns,three double-shell capsules with radii of 2,2.5,and 3 mm are proposed,and the corresponding fusion yields from a one-dimensional calculation are 28.8,56.1,and 101.6 MJ.The implosion dynamics of the 2.5 mm-radius capsule is investigated in detail.At ignition,the areal density of the fuel is about 0.53 g/cm^(2),the fuel pressure is about 80 Gbar,and the central ion temperature is about 4.5 keV,according to the one-dimensional simulation.A two-dimensional simulation indicates that the double-shell capsule can implode nearly spherically when driven by the radiation field of a Z-pinch dynamic hohlraum.The sensitivities of the fusion performance to the radiation temperature profiles and to deviations in the capsule parameter are investigated through one-dimensional simulation,and it is found that the capsule fusion yields are rather stable in a quite large parameter space.A one-dimensional simulation of a capsule embedded in 50 mg/cm^(3)CH foam indicates that the capsule performance does not change greatly in the mimicked environment of a Z-pinch dynamic hohlraum.The double-shell capsules designed here are also applicable to laser indirect-drive inertial fusion,if a laser facility can produce a uniform 300 eV radiation field and sustain it for about 10 ns.

    • 摘要: Cu^(+)-containing materials have shown various application prospects especially in adsorption and catalysis,because they are versatile,nontoxic and low cost.To date,developing a mild and controllable approach for the fabrication of Cu^(+) sites has remained a pronounced challenge.Herein,we report a series connection double-solvent strategy(SCDS) for fabricating Cu^(+)sites within MIL-101(Cr),a typical metal–organic framework.By employing the SCDS in which vitamin C is chosen as the environmentally benign reducing agent,Cu^(2+)was incorporated in the pores and then transformed to Cu^(+) in the confined spaces.Compared to the conventional high-temperature autoreduction method conducted under harsh environment(700°C for 12 h) with a low Cu^(+) yield(less than 50%),SCDS can selectively reduce Cu^(2+)to Cu^(+) at room temperature without generating any CuO.The resulting Cu^(+)modified MIL-101(Cr) exhibits good desulfurization performance in view of both uptake and recyclability.

    • 摘要: Rational synthesis of robust layered double hydroxides(LDHs) nanosheets for high-energy supercapacitors is full of challenges.Herein,we reported an ultrasonication-assisted strategy to eco-friendly fabricate NiFe-LDHs nanosheets for the enhanced capacitive behavior.The experimental results combined with different advanced characterization tools document that the utilization of ultrasonication has a profound effect on the morphology and thickness of the as-obtained NiFe-LDHs,alternatively affecting the capacitive behavior.It shows that NiFe-LDHs nanosheets prepared with 2-h ultrasonic treatments display the exceptional capacitive performance because of the synergetic effect of ultrathin thickness,large specific surface area,and high mesoporous volume.The maximum specific capacitance of Ni_(3) Fe_(1)-LDHs nanosheets with the thickness of 7.39 nm and the specific surface area of 77.16 m~2 g^(-1) reached 1923 F g^(-1),which is competitive with most previously reported values.In addition,the maximum specific energy of the assembled NiFe-LDHs//AC asymmetric supercapacitor achieved 49.13 Wh kg^(-1) at400 W kg^(-1).This work provides a green technology to fabricate LDHs nanosheets,and offers deep insights for understanding the relationship between the morphology/structure and capacitive behavior of LDHs nanosheets,which is helpful for achieving high-performance LDHs-based electrode materials.

    • 摘要: Methods:ARTIC PC was a double-blind,randomised,placebo-controlled trial done at 56 general practices in England.Eligible children were those aged 6 months to 12 years presenting in primary care with acute uncomplicated LRTI judged to be infective in origin,where pneumonia was not suspected clinically,with symptoms for less than 21 days.Patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to receive amoxicillin 50 mg/kg per day or placebo oral suspension,in three divided doses orally for 7 days.Patients and investigators were masked to treatment assignment.The primary outcome was the duration of symptoms rated moderately bad or worse(measured using a validated diary)for up to 28 days or until symptoms resolved.The primary outcome and safety were assessed in the intention-to-treat population.The trial is registered with the ISRCTN Registry(ISRCTN79914298).

    • 摘要: In this age of the Internet,using social software has become an indispensable part of our lives.Although social software allows us to share our daily life,there will always be negative comments on social media.Since these comments are very common on social media,some people may think that these bad comments will only make the publisher’s mood down for a moment.In fact,this small factor may cause some bigger changes to the user’s mind like the butterfly effect.The main focus of this research paper is how these negative reviews on social media affectsexual double standard(SDS).The prediction of this research is that these bad reviews will cause sexual double standard to a certain extent.So,when they do the implicit association test(IAT)after reading the bad reviews,it will cause the D score to drop.Of course,there are many imperfections in this research,so future research can focus on the correlation between SDS and social media more extensively.The implication of this research is to find out possible causes and solution of SDS,and further build a positive environment on social media.

    • 摘要: With great achievements in efficiency,stability,and large-scale preparation of perovskite solar cells(PSCs),the com-mercialization of PSC is ongoing,but there is still an issue on lead toxicity.Although lead content in the device is low,the water solubility of lead salts leads to potential environmental pollution.At present,the non-lead perovskites studied in-clude:divalent metal perovskite(e.g.,Sn^(2+),Ge^(2+),Cu^(2+)),trivalent metal perovskite(e.g.,Bi^(3+),Sb^(3+),In^(3+)),tetravalent met-al double perovskite(e.g.,Sn^(4+),Pd^(4+),Ti^(4+),Pt^(4+))and mono-trivalent mixed double perovskite(e.g.,Ag+and Bi^(3+),Ag+and In^(3+),Ag^(+)and Sb^(3+)).Their properties are summarized in Table 1.Since the first report on non-lead double perovskite Cs2AgBiBr6 in 2016^([1]).

    • 摘要: Inflammasomes function as intracellular sensors of pathogen infection or cellular perturbation and thereby play a central role in numerous diseases.Given the high abundance of NLRP1 in epithelial barrier tissues,we screened a diverse panel of viruses for inflammasome activation in keratinocytes.We identified Semliki Forest virus(SFV),a positive-strand RNA virus,as a potent activator of human,but not murine NLRP1.SFV replication and the associated formation of double-stranded(ds)RNA was required to engage the NLRP1 inflammasome.Moreover,delivery of long dsRNA was sufficient to trigger activation.Biochemical studies revealed that NLRP1 binds dsRNA via its LRR,resulting in its NACHT domain gaining ATPase activity.Altogether,these results establish human NLRP1 as a direct sensor for dsRNA and thus RNA virus infection.
