摘要:
目的:研究野木瓜茎枝三萜皂苷类化学成分.方法:采用硅胶、ODS、葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex LH-20)柱色谱、高效制备液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数测定及波谱数据分析鉴定化合物结构.结果:从野木瓜茎枝中分离得到11个三萜皂苷类化合物,分别鉴定为:野木瓜苷YM30(1),野木瓜苷YM23(2),野木瓜苷YM12(3),野木瓜苷YM14(4),野木瓜苷YM25(5),3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-30-降常春藤皂苷元-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基酯苷(6),野木瓜苷 YM8 (7),3β,20α,24-三羟基-29-降齐墩果-12-烯-28-羧酸-23-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8),3β,20α,24-三羟基-29-降齐墩果-12-烯-28-羧酸-23-O-β-D-吡喃海藻糖基-(1→2)-[α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-(1→4)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9),3-O-β-D-吡喃木糖基齐墩果酸-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基酯苷(10),3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→4)-β-D-吡喃木糖基-(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基-(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基齐墩果酸-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(11).结论:化合物8~11为首次从该植物中分离得到.%Objective:To study the chemical constituents of triterpenoid saponins from the stem and branches of Stauntonia chinensis.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatographies on silica gel, ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and MPLC.Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical properties and spectral a-nalysis.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from the stem and branches of S.chinensis and their structures were elucida-ted as yemuoside YM30(1),yemuoside YM23(2),yemuoside YM12(3),yemuoside YM14(4),yemuoside YM25(5),3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-30-norhederagenin-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyrano-syl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(6),yemuosideYM8(7),3β,20α,24-trihydroxy-29-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid-23-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),3β,20α,24-trihydroxy-29-norolean-12-en-28-oic acid-23-O-β-D-fucopyranosyl-(1→2)-[α-L-ar-abinopyranosyl-(1→4)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),3-O-β-D-xylopyranosyloleanolic acid-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-glucopyranosyl -(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(10),3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1 →2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyloleanolic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1 → 6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (11). Conclusion:Compounds 8-11 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
