摘要： 文档分析系统研讨会(Document Analysis System,DAS)是一个面向计算机视觉与机器学习领域、专注于解决文档分析与识别问题的学术研讨会,迄今已成功举办13届。DAS 2020研讨会于2020年7月27~29日在湖北武汉举行。虽然DAS 2020的组织机构仍设在武汉,但研讨会并不局限于特定地点。线上会议的举行带来了一些挑战,但也带来了一些有趣的机会,这促使所有人重新思考如何在这种新媒体中促进社会和科学的互动。

摘要： 通常情况下,大型会议的邀请函包括信息发布、回执处理、确认通知等3个程序。信息发布主要包括邀请函(Letter of Invitation)、组织文(Documentation)、会议通知(Meeting Notice)等;也有使用电子邮件或网站公告等形式。本期会展英语就邀请函为例,针对邀请函不同的受众进行举例剖析。

摘要： With the advent of big data,the cost of index recommendation(IR)increases exponentially,and the portability of IR model becomes an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,a fine-grained classification model based on multi-core convolution neural network(CNNIR)is proposed to implement the transferable IR model.Using the strong knowledge representation ability of convolution network,CNNIR achieves the effective knowledge representation from data and workload,which greatly improves the classification accuracy.In the test set,the accuracy of model classification reaches over 95%.CNNIR has good robustness which can perform well under a series of different learning rate settings.Through experiments on MongoDB,the indexes recommended by CNNIR is effective and transferable.

摘要： Depicting the associating degrees between two concepts and their relationships are major works for constructing a multi-relationship fuzzy concept network. This paper indicates some drawbacks of the existing methods of calculating associating degrees between concepts, and proposes a new method for overcoming these drawbacks. We also use some examples to compare the proposed method with the existing methods for calculating the associating degrees between two concepts in a multi-relationship fuzzy concept networks.

摘要： 2018年9月14号，IEC／CISPR发布首个机器人电磁兼容指导文件《Guidance document on EMC of robots》，该文件由我国主导制定。该文件基于对机器人和EMC技术的研究，按机器人分类明确了机器人EMC测试的要求，规定了各类机器人与现有CISPR出版物的对应关系，并对机器人电磁兼容后续标准化工作给出了指导性建议。
