五叶地锦(Parthenocissus quinquefolia)具有较强的抗逆性,在地处干旱区的新疆种植是较好的城市道路绿化举措.用Li-6400XT便携式气体交换系统测定乌鲁木齐市河滩快速路绿化带内和对照组校园内其健康成熟叶片的光合特征参数,证明五叶地锦是西北地区城市绿化的优势植物,并为其培育和种植提供参考.结果表明,2组试验的五叶地锦的Pn值总体差异未达到显著水平(F=0.55,P=0.459>0.05),但Pn对光合有效辐射(PAR)的定积分,河滩路试验组(64.84)略>校园组(50.01);河滩路试验组的Ci值极显著>校园组(F=49.771,P=0.000<0.01);2组试验的蒸腾效率(Tr)、水分利用效率(WUE)以及羧化效率(CE)总体差异均不显著(F=0.411,P=0.533>0.05;F=0.033,P=0.858>0.05;F=0.145,P=0.71>0.05),但在光合作用最为活跃的10:00-18:00时段内,河滩路试验组的五叶地锦具有较高的水分利用效率和羧化效率.本研究表明,在乌鲁木齐市交通环境下生长的五叶地锦能维持较高的生物积累量,可相对减少交通尾气中的CO2,节水抗旱性更强.故五叶地锦可作为乌鲁木齐城市道路绿化的优选植物.%It is a good initiative for the urban afforestation management to plant Parthenocissus quinquefolia in arid area of Xinjiang,one of the strong resistance tree.In order to confirm the applicability of planting P.quinquefolia in Xinjiang,an comparative experiment was carried out in two locations where P.quinquefolia was planted,one was along the Hetan Road in Urumqi with heavy traffic,and another was within the campus of Xinjiang Normal University with less traffic.A portable photosynthesis system Li-6400XT was used to measure synthetic parameters,such as net photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration rate (Tr),intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci),water use efficiency (WUE,Pn / Tr),carboxylation efficiency (CE,Pn/Ci)as well as the environment parameters,including photosynthetic active radiation (PAR),air temperature (Ta) and relative humidity (RH),and the concentration of CO2 (Ca).No significant differences were found in Pn between two locations (F=0.55,P=0.459>0.05),however,the value of integration of Pn to PAR of Hetan group (64.84) were higher than that of campus group (50.01).The value of Ci of Hetan group was significantly higher than that of campus group (F=49.771,P=0.000<0.01).No significant differences were observed between the Tr,WUE,and CE (F=0.411,P=0.533>0.05;F=0.033,P=0.858>0.05;F=0.145,P=0.71>0.05),whereas,the values of WUE and CE of Hetan group was higher than that of campus group during 10:00-18:00 when photosynthesis was mostly active.In conclusion,P.quinquefolia planted in heavy traffic environment presented high biomass accumulation,which could reduce traffic CO2.It also showed water-saving and drought-resistant abilities,making it a suitable road greening tree species in Urmqi.
