车辆识别代号(Vehicle Identification Number,VIN)是国际上通用的用于识别机动车的一组17位数字或字母的组合,包括制造厂识别代号、车辆说明部分、车辆指示部分三部分.VIN对于具体车辆具有唯一性,因此它是汽车生产、制造、销售、承保、理赔、维修与召回管理等各环节的主要索引,VIN的科学管理对提高车辆管理工作效率具有十分重要的意义.在满足国家标准GB16735前提下,汽车生产者制定各自的企业标准,导致不同企业VIN编码规则差异较大,无法按照统一的规则对信息进行解析.本文从VIN在缺陷汽车产品召回的应用出发,设计了用于VIN编码存储的树状结构模型,开发了车辆识别代码管理系统,实现了VIN基本信息的准确自动解析,并将其应用于汽车产品缺陷信息采集工作.%Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a combination of 17 digits or letters, which is internationally used for identification of motor vehicles. VIN is consisted of the manufacturer identification number, vehicle description section and vehicle indicator section. VIN is unique for a specific car. Therefore, VIN is the main index of automobile production, manufacture, sale, insurance, claim settlement, maintenance and recall management. The scientific management of VIN is of great significance to improve the efficiency of vehicle management. At present, under the premise of meeting the national standards GB 16735, automobile manufacturers develop their own enterprise standards. Different VIN coding rules from different enterprises vary greatly, which cannot be parsed in accordance with uniform rule. In this paper, a vehicle identification code management system is designed and developed to realize the automatic, rapid and accurate analysis of VIN based on a tree structure model and it is applied to the defect information collection of automotive products.
