摘要:
本文研究起爆器传爆序列轴向输出能量的定量测试.炸药爆炸时,在钢块上产生的凹痕深度与炸药爆轰压力近似呈线性关系,爆轰压力越大,则凹痕深度越深,因此钢块凹痕深度可以作为测定炸药爆炸序列轴向输出能量的一种定量相对度量.在简述钢块凹痕法基本原理和测试方法的基础上,通过对多种炸药的爆压与凹痕深度试验数据进行了统计处理,得出了炸药爆压与钢块凹痕深度间的关系表达式.依据该试验方法,进行了某起爆器分别在15°C,65°C,70°C,75°C,80°C加速寿命试验条件下,起爆器传爆序列轴向输出能量测试,并采集了大量钢块凹痕试验数据.通过对试验结果进行分析,得出了起爆器传爆序列轴向输出能量与试验应力水平(温度应力水平)间的变化曲线,解决了起爆器传爆序列轴向输出能量的定量测试问题.%The study of the quantitative measurement of the explosive sequence axial output energy of a burster.When exploding,the dent depth produced by exploding on the steel and the explosive detonation pressure presents approximately the linear relation,the greater the detonation pressure is,the deeper the dent depth is,so the steel dent depth can be used as a quantitative relative measurement to determine the sequential axial output energy of explosive exploding.On the basis of describing briefly the basic principle and measurement method of the steel dent method,a relation expression between explosive detonation pressure and the steel dent depth is found by the statistical treatment to the test data of the detonation pressure and dent depth of various explosive.In this article,based on the accelerated life test of a certain burster at 15 °C,65 °C,70 °C,75 °C and 80 °C,the explosive sequence axial output energy of this burster was measured and many test data of the steel dent were gathered according to this measurement method.Through analyzing the test results,the change curve between the explosive sequence axial output energy of this burster and the test stress level (the temperature stress level) was found then solved the quantitative measurement problem of the explosive sequence axial output energy of a burster.
