Organization growth and strategic achievement of their goals are based on successful managerial systems that have well defined strategies,policies,and procedures,and on the other hand,leadership forms a much needed base to support management.Result based management(RBM)is the science and application of managerial tools to control the chain of results for achievement,and value based leadership(VBL)is the art of influencing the followers,and the employees to control their attitude and actions by a very well directed values.VBL is the corner stone for management sustainability through the life cycle of the organization.Values are principles derived from a reference to set direction for performance;the reference varies from humanity,to culture,to society,to different sectors of business,and down to schools.Values are of two main types:those controlling performance,and those controlling attitude;and both need strong leadership to create a model of sustainability for growth.Management and leadership differ in their approaches for achievement,but both are integrated to form a unity for performance,stability,and business sustainability.What is needed is to reflect these values in attitudes and actions rather than just to have a well designed quote for values without implementation.At the end,back line of leaders control front lines of employees by setting a role model through commitment of values.

在乳腺科临床中,医患之间的沟通是很重要的,乳腺科临床大多都是手术,手术前后患者的心理压力也是很大的,怕手术有风险,术后恢复不好等等,通过医患之间的沟通,医生能够了解病人的情绪与心理状态,患者又能够从医生那里了解真实的病情信息,疑虑得到解决,在沟通的过程中建立彼此的信任.好的沟通工具选择也是很重要的,DISC能够帮助医护人员更好了解患者性格,使医患沟通更加便利,在一定程度上有助于减少医患纠纷.

摘要:
本文选取Scopus、Web of Science、CiteSeerX等国际著名的引文数据库,从文献收录范围、元数据描述、检索功能、统计分析功能4个维度与国际科学引文数据库(Database of International Science Citation,DISC)进行对比分析,总结归纳当下国际先进引文数据库在收录范围、检索途径、分析评价等方面所具有的特点,为进一步完善DISC的建设与服务工作提出相关建议.

摘要:
Low back pain has become more prevalent in recent years,causing enormous economic burden for society and government.Common therapies used in clinics including conservative treatment and surgery can only relieve pain.Subsequent cell-based treatment such as mesenchymal stem cell transplantation poses problems such as short duration of therapeutic effect and tumorigenesis.Recently,the discovery and identification of stem cell niche and stem/progenitor cells in intervertebral disc bring increased attention to endogenous repair strategy.Therefore,we review the studies involving endogenous repair strategy and present the characteristics and current status of this treatment.Meanwhile,we also discuss the strategy and perspective of endogenous repair strategy in future.

以人为本是组织管理的核心理念,为厘清以人为本的结构与机制,本文将深刻体现着以人为本思想的情境领导理论与DISC理论进行系统融合,从而构建出人本矩阵,两种理论有着相似的研究目标、 互补的核心内容与可融的主要变量.人本矩阵是一个以行为风格为横坐标、 以心力模式为纵坐标的二维模型,其中行为风格包括支配、 影响、稳健与谨慎四个方面,心力模式分为有心无力、 有心有力、 有力无心和无心无力四种类型,其内部存在着与职业生涯发展规律和具体情境或任务相一致的运作机制.基于人本矩阵,应以"心与组织文化一致、 力与工作要求匹配、 行与时代环境适应"的人为本,需将"心—力—行"匹配作为管理的着力点.
