    • 摘要: This article examines the technological parameters of the device for the separation of fibers suitable for spinning by processing fibrous waste from the technological processes of ginneries. Technological processes in the cotton ginning industry include a complex of physical and mechanical advantages, the successful study of which is possible only with the use of modern achievements in science and technology. Therefore, it is advisable to conduct scientific research based on mathematical modeling. To justify the effective operation of the selected design of the cotton fiber separation device, it is necessary to select its optimal technological parameters. Improving the efficiency of the process of separation of spinning fibers from the composition of fibrous waste depends directly on technological parameters. The application of mathematical methods in the planning and conduct of research allows for determining the individual effects of the interaction of several factors that characterize the combined parameters of the optimization parameters, in contrast to traditional computational methods of research. As a result, it will be possible to obtain a mathematical model of the object understudy in a relatively small number of tests, which will simultaneously serve to obtain optimal solutions.

    • 摘要: The security issues of industrial control systems(ICSs)have become increasingly prevalent.As an important part of ICS security,honeypots and anti-honeypots have become the focus of offensive and defensive confrontation.However,research on ICS honeypots still lacks breakthroughs,and it is difficult to simulate real ICS devices perfectly.In this paper,we studied ICS honeypots to identify and address their weaknesses.First,an intelligent honeypot identification framework is proposed,based on which feature data type requirements and feature data acquisition for honeypot identification is studied.Inspired by vulnerability mining,we propose a feature acquisition approach based on lightweight fuzz testing,which utilizes the differences in error handling between the ICS device and the ICS honeypot.By combining the proposed method with common feature acquisition approaches,the integrated feature data can be obtained.The experimental results show that the feature data acquired is effective for honeypot identification.

    • 摘要: Large light absorption coefficients,tunable bandgaps,high tolerance to defects,long carrier lifetimes as well as diffusion lengths render lead halide perovskite materials ideal candidates for optoelectronic devices.Except application in solar cell,photodetectors based on perovskite materials have been recognized as another game changer due to the achievements such as high responsivity of 1.9×104 A/W[1],gain factor larger than 5.0×104[1],large detectivity of 1014 J[2],high on/off ratio of 105[3],fastest response time down to 1 ns[4],large linear dynamic range exceeding 170[5]and low detachable light intensity as small as 1 pW/cm2[6],which demonstrate the potential applications of perovskite based photodetector in the areas of weak light detection.

    • 摘要: Introduction: The incidence of lesions of sensory and motor nerves associated with oral and maxillofacial surgery is often underestimated, representing around 32.0% of all lesions, and orthognathic surgery contributes 12.3% to these lesions. Thus, the use of piezosurgery (PiZCi) has been indicated in several procedures within oral and maxillofacial surgery due to a number of advantages over conventional drill and saw techniques. Objective: to analyze the main literature on the use of the piezoelectric device in relation to the use of drills and to orthognathic surgery in dentistry. Methods: A total of 41 articles were found involving Orthognathic Surgery, Piezoelectric Device, Drills Device, Saws Device, and Efficiency. Initially, it was held the exclusion existing title and duplications following the interest described this work. After this process, the summaries were evaluated, and a new exclusion was held. 29 articles were included and discussed in this study. Initially, the keywords were determined by searching the DeCS tool (Descriptors in Health Sciences, BIREME base) and later verified and validated by MeSh system (Medical Subject Headings, the US National Library of Medicine). Results and conclusion: It was concluded that the piezoelectric device has excelled with an effective surgical technique, being able to be indicated in the most diverse areas of the oral surgery, providing accurate, clean and minimally traumatic osteotomies for the soft tissues, intraoperative bleeding, when compared to conventional surgery using drills and/or saws.

    • 摘要: As a promising ultra-wide bandgap semiconductor, gallium oxide(Ga_2O_3) has attracted increasing attention in recent years. The high theoretical breakdown electrical field(8 MV/cm), ultra-wide bandgap(~ 4.8 eV) and large Baliga's figure of merit(BFOM) of Ga_2O_3 make it a potential candidate material for next generation high-power electronics, including diode and field effect transistor(FET). In this paper, we introduce the basic physical properties of Ga_2O_3 single crystal, and review the recent research process of Ga_2O_3 based field effect transistors. Furthermore, various structures of FETs have been summarized and compared, and the potential of Ga_2O_3 is preliminary revealed. Finally, the prospect of the Ga_2O_3 based FET for power electronics application is analyzed.

    • 摘要: As a wide-bandgap semiconductor(WBG), β-Ga_2O_3 is expected to be applied to power electronics and solar blind UV photodetectors. In this review, defects in β-Ga_2O_3 single crystals were summarized, including dislocations, voids, twin, and small defects. Their effects on device performance were discussed. Dislocations and their surrounding regions can act as paths for the leakage current of SBD in single crystals. However, not all voids lead to leakage current. There's no strong evidence yet to show small defects affect the electrical properties. Doping impurity was definitely irrelated to the leakage current. Finally, the formation mechanism of the defects was analyzed. Most small defects were induced by mechanical damages. The screw dislocation originated from a subgrain boundary. The edge dislocation lying on a plane slightly tilted towards the(102) plane, the(101) being the possible slip plane. The voids defects like hollow nanopipes, PNPs, NSGs and line-shaped grooves may be caused by the condensation of excess oxygen vacancies, penetration of tiny bubbles or local meltback. The nucleation of twin lamellae occurred at the initial stage of "shoulder part" during the crystal growth. These results are helpful in controlling the occurrence of crystal defects and improving the device performance.

    • 摘要: Uniaxial stress is a powerful tool for tuning exciton emitting wavelength, polarization, fine-structure splitting (FSS), and the symmetry of quantum dots (QDs). Here, we present a technique for applying uniaxial stress, which enables us in situ to tune exciton optical properties at low temperature down to 15 K with high tuning precision. The design and operation of the device are described in detail. This technique provides a simple and convenient approach to tune QD structural symmetry, exciton energy and biexciton binding energy. It can be utilized for generating entangled and indistinguishable photons. Moreover, this device can be employed for tuning optical properties of thin film materials at low temperature.

    • 摘要: In order to provide a novel and more effective alternative to the commonly used relay protection testing device that outputs only the sinusoidal testing signals, the concept of fault waveform regenerator is proposed in this paper, together with its hardware structure and software flow chart. Fault waveform regenerator mainly depends on its power amplifiers (PAs) to regenerate the fault waveforms recorded by digital fault recorder (DFR). To counteract the PA’s inherent nonlinear distortions, a digital closed-loop modification technique that is different from the predistortion technique is conceived. And the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the fault waveform regenerator based on the digital closed-loop modification technique.

    • 摘要: BACKGROUND The retrospective review of I-ring pupil expansion ring use is designed to examine the patient characteristics and associated surgical challenges in a clinical practice.The hypothesis is that I-ring provides a necessary additive tool in dealing with challenging cataract surgeries with small pupils.AIM To document the safety profile and use of I-ring pupil expansion ring in a clinical practice.METHODS A retrospective chart review of 12 consecutive cases within the same year(2016)of cataract surgeries employing I-ring pupil expansion ring(Beaver-Visitec,International)by a single surgeon at the same ambulatory surgical center was conducted.Demographic,pre-op,intra-op,and post-op data were recorded.Total number of cataract cases performed was also recorded.RESULTS 8 of 12 cases were planned I-ring cases.1 case was decided intraoperatively when femtosecond laser caused the pupil to shrink.The other 3 cases were also decided upon intraoperatively when pupil was deemed to be small.7 patients had IFIS from Flomax use.2 patients had pseudoexfoliation syndrome as the cause of small pupil.2 patients had narrow angles with brunescent cataracts.2 patients had pre-op partial zonular dehiscence.1 patient had 360o of posterior synechiae.2 cases had ruptured posterior capsule that required anterior vitrectomy.No complications were attributed to the pupil expansion ring.A total of 296 cataract surgeries were performed that year by the surgeon,making the rate of pupil ring use 4.1%.CONCLUSION Small pupil requiring pupil expansion ring during cataract surgery is often associated with other challenges,such as brunescent cataract,zonular weakness,and posterior synechiae in this series.I-ring helped to reduce at least one challenge in these difficult cases.
