    • 摘要: 通过预乳化乳液聚合工艺,制得八乙烯基多面体低聚倍半硅氧烷(OvPOSS)接枝含氟苯丙聚合物(FPSA)复合材料(OvPOSS/FPSA).透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析显示,含氟苯丙乳胶粒具有明显的核壳结构,且表面被POSS覆盖.动态光散射(DLS)结果发现,接枝反应使OvPOSS/FPSA复合乳胶粒的平均粒径为95nm比FPSA平均粒径88nm稍大.傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)证实了接枝反应的发生.考察了甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)和OvPOSS用量对复合涂层疏水性能的影响,结果发现,当DFMA用量为15.0%(Wt,质量分数,下同),OvPOSS用量为1.0%时,OvPOSS/FPSA复合涂层的接触角高达102°,疏水性较好.热分析(TGA)结果显示,OvPOSS/FPSA复合涂层的起始分解温度达307°C,具有较好的热稳定性.

    • 摘要: A novel siloxyl methacrylate monomer of γ- [1,1,3,3,5,5,5- heptamethyl- tris(siloxyl)]propyl meth⁃acrylate was synthesized, using 1,1,3,3- tetramethyldisiloxane, al yl methacrylate and trimethyl chlorosilane as raw materials. Then it was applied in emulsion copolymerization to obtain corresponding siloxyl methacrylates copolymer emulsion finishing agent, which was employed in cotton fabric. The influences of monomer dosage on particle size, Zeta potential, thermal stability of emulsion film and water repel ency of the finished fabric were discussed. When the mole ratio of synthesized siloxyl methacrylate monomer and MMA was 2∶1, the re⁃action temperature was 70 °C, and the reaction time was 3 h, the obtained emulsion particle size was 251.7 nm, Zeta potential was- 48.6 mV, the temperature of emulsion film losing 5% of weight was 217 °C, and the contact angle of finished cotton fabric reached 129.4°. The results indicated that the novel siloxyl methacrylate finished fabric had good water repel ency and the thermal stability was greatly improved.%以氢基双封头、甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯和三甲基氯硅烷为原料,合成了一种硅氧烷基甲基丙烯酸酯单体γ-(1,1,3,3,5,5,5-七甲基三硅氧烷基)丙基甲基丙烯酸酯,以其为功能单体通过乳液共聚制得织物整理剂,并应用于棉织物整理。研究了硅氧烷基甲基丙烯酸酯用量对共聚物乳液粒度、Zeta电位、乳胶膜热性能及织物拒水性的影响。当n(硅氧烷基甲基丙烯酸酯)∶n(MMA)=2∶1、聚合温度70°C、聚合时间3 h时,得到的乳液乳胶粒径为251.7 nm,Zeta电位为-48.6 mV,乳液胶膜失重5%时温度达217°C,所得乳液用于整理棉织物时接触角达129.4°,获得了良好的拒水效果。研究结果表明,新型硅氧烷基甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物整理织物可提供一定的拒水性能,且整理织物的热稳定性也有较大提升。

    • 摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为聚合单体,PVA为粘度调节剂,重钙为增强剂、采用乳液聚合法制得丙烯酸酯共聚乳液。以该乳液为主剂,多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯( PAPI)为交联剂制备了一种具有在常温常压条件下使用,并表现良好的力学性能的木材组装胶粘剂。常温常压养护48小时后,可得到粘接强度为14.8 MPa。采用FT-IR、GPC、DSC对聚合物及乳液的结构进行了表征,通过力学性能测试研究了单体组成及粘度、填料含量和交联剂含量对胶粘剂性能的影响。%A kind of adhesive for wood assembly, which can be used in normal temperature and pressure and shown better mechanical properties, was successfully prepared by emulsion polymerization Methyl methacrylate (MMA) and Butyl acrylate (BA) as monomers, and the polyaryl methene isocyanate (PAPI) as cross-linking agent. The structure of the polymers and emulsion was characterized by FT-IR, GPC and DSC. The effect of prescription composition, viscosity, solid content and crosslink agent content were studied by mechanical property test on the properties of adhesive. The results show that wood assembled adhesive exhibits excellent adhesive strength, the good strength of 14.8MPa could be obtained with 48 hours of maintain at normal temperature and pressure.

    • 摘要: 对钠基蒙脱石、有机改性蒙脱石、聚醋酸乙烯酯的应用现状和发展前景进行了论述.实验以工业钠化的天然膨润土为原料,以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)为改性剂,采用超声波水浴方法改性蒙脱石,实验过程中对反应适宜条件进行考查,并对实验产物进行表征;分别利用钠基土和改性蒙脱石进行无皂乳液聚合制备蒙脱石/白乳胶复合物.实验确定较适宜的工艺条件为:反应温度70°C,单体滴加速度为1滴/3 s,聚合反应时间4h.通过IR方法对聚合产物的干燥样品进行了表征.经测试得到的IR谱图证明样品中含有蒙脱石,并且DMDAAC改性蒙脱石与白乳胶发生了自由基共聚反应,说明有机蒙脱石/白乳胶均制备成功.

    • 摘要: 本文以醋酸乙烯酯为主要单体,壳聚糖作为改性剂,采用半连续乳液聚合方法制备改性聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液,探讨了引发剂用量和壳聚糖用量对改性乳液性能的影响.结果表明:引发裁用量为0.6%,壳聚糖用量为1.25%(占单体总量)是最佳用量,此条件下合成的改性乳液胶粘剂的耐水性、抗冻性均有所提高,具有较高的粘接能力.红外结果表明,壳聚糖与醋酸乙烯酯发生了共聚反应.

    • 摘要: Nano hydrophilic coating quality of the air conditioning foil good or bad directly affected the hydrophilic properties of the nano-hydrophilic aluminum foil and the energy efficiency and product quality of the air conditioner.Methyl acrylate,butyl acrylate,styrene and methyl methacrylate as the main raw material for synthesis of nano hydrophilic aluminum foil with primer,methyl methacrylate,methacrylic acid,butyl acrylate,N-methylol acrylamide and N-(hydroxymethyl) pyrrolidone nano hydrophilic topcoat as the raw materials,the system had excellent air conditioning foil nano hydrophilic coating,the coating had high adhesion coating,well hydrophilic properties,aging resistance,washable,scratch resistance,and excellent performance.%空调铝箔用纳米亲水涂料质量的好坏直接影响到纳米亲水铝箔的亲水性能,影响到空调器的能效比和产品质量。本文以甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主要原料合成了纳米亲水铝箔用底涂,用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和N-羟甲基吡咯烷酮为主要原料合成了纳米亲水面涂,制得了性能优良的空调铝箔用纳米亲水涂料,该涂料具有涂层附着力高、亲水性能好、耐老化、耐水洗、耐划伤等优良性能。

    • 摘要: 以甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯为聚合单体,采用乳液共聚法制备了短氟链拒水拒油整理剂.FT-IR分析表明:3种单体发生了共聚,所制备的聚合物乳液平均粒径为76.9 nm,粒径分布相对均匀,乳液稳定性良好.探讨了聚合物氟含量对棉织物拒水拒油整理效果的影响,结果表明:随着聚合物氟含量增加,乳液用于整理织物的拒水拒油性也逐渐提高.聚合物氟含量34%时,该聚合物乳液整理后的棉织物拒水性可以达到4级,拒油性可达1级,对水接触角为130.5°.%Short-chain water and oil repellent finishing agent was prepared by emulsion co-polymerization using hexafluoro-n-butul methacrylate, butyl acrylate and butyl methacrylateas as monomers. FT-IR analysis showed that there was copolymerization among the three acrylate monomers. The average particle size of the emulsion was about 76.9 nm , and the distribution was relatively uniform, which provided the emulsion with excellent stability. The effect of fluorine content in the polymer on the water-and oil-repellency was studied. The result showed that with the fluorine content of polymer increaing, the water-or oil-repellent property of emulsion finished fabric was also increased. The water-and oil-repellency of finished cotton fabric reached level 4 and level 1, respectively, and contact angle was up to 130.5° when the fluorine content of polymer was 34%.
