    • 摘要: 试验使用不同配比的柴油含水乙醇乳化燃料,对其理化、喷雾和燃烧特性进行了研究.随着柴油含水乙醇乳化燃料中含水乙醇含量的增加,乳化燃料的密度和运动黏度上升,表面张力略微下降,初始蒸馏温度下降,含氧量升高,十六烷值和低热值降低.试验使用定容燃烧弹,在常温高压和高温高压环境下,对乳化燃料非蒸发喷雾、蒸发喷雾及喷雾燃烧的特性进行了测试.研究结果表明:随着乳化燃料中含水乙醇比例升高,非蒸发喷雾贯穿距和喷雾锥角变化不大;蒸发喷雾贯穿距和喷雾锥角略微减小,但无明显规律,而蒸发喷雾中液相贯穿距离明显增加;燃烧火焰自发光亮度逐渐降低,表征碳烟生成量逐渐减少;在900 K环境温度、21%氧体积分数条件下着火滞燃期变化不大.

    • 摘要: In order to study the effects of gemini emulsifier on the stability of emulsified diesel ,the single factor test ,Placket Burman test ,Slope‐climbing test and Box Behnken test were designed with Minitab software .The response surface model was built based on Box‐Behnken test data and the optimal test formula was acquired with the best value searching module of Minitab software .The ingredients of 2 .13% compound emulsifier ,1 .02% castor oil ,80 .85% diesel and 16% glucose aqueous solution (18 .68% mass fraction of glucose) and the HLB value of 6 .56 formed the optimal formula of emulsified solution .The results showed that the only 4 .7% difference between 292 .6 h theoretical stability time and 286 h testing stability time proved the sta‐bility of prepared micro‐emulsified diesel .Compared with the traditional emulsifier ,the stability time improved by 10% ,the proportion of compound emulsifier and cosolvent reduced by 12% and 5% respectively ,the amount of dissolved glucose in‐creased by 9% ,and the prepared emulsified diesel was more transparent .%为了研究双子乳化剂对微乳化柴油稳定性的影响,以 Minitab 软件设计单因素试验、Plackett‐Burman 试验、爬坡试验、Box‐Behnken 试验,通过 Box‐Behnken 试验数据,建立响应面模型,通过 Minitab 软件中的寻优模块,对试验结果寻优,得到最优的试验配方(体积分数):复配乳化剂比例2.13%,蓖麻油比例1.02%,柴油比例80.85%, HLB 值6.56,葡萄糖水溶液16%,溶液中葡萄糖质量分数18.68%。试验结果表明:利用双子乳化剂制备的微乳化柴油稳定时间为292.6 h ,通过试验验证得到的稳定时间为286 h ,与理论误差为4.7%,较传统乳化剂稳定时间提高大约10%,复配乳化剂的比例减少12%,助溶剂比例减少5%,溶液中的葡萄糖比例提高9%,且制备的微乳化柴油颜色澄清透明。

    • 摘要: 以柴油作为乳化燃料主要成分,配制了含水乙醇质量分数分别为8.9%,16.1%,22.0%和27.3%4种乳化燃料,并对这些乳化燃料和柴油的理化特性、微观分布及结构进行观测和研究。实验结果表明:单一乳化剂Span80乳化效果较好;随着含水乙醇质量分数增大,乳化燃料的密度和运动黏度略有增加,表面张力略有减小,蒸发性变得更好,初始馏出温度明显降低,含氧量增加,十六烷值和低热值逐渐降低;含水乙醇均匀地分散在柴油中,形成油包水型乳化液,分散相液滴平均直径逐渐增大,乳化燃料稳定性逐渐变差。%The emulsified fuel with the mass fraction of aqueous ethanol 8 .9% ,16 .1% ,22 .0% and 27 .3% respectively were prepared by using diesel as the main content ,and the physicochemical property ,microscopic distribution and structure of emul‐sified fuel and diesel were observed and analyzed .The result shows that the Span80 emulsifier has better emulsification effect . With the increase of aqueous ethanol fraction ,the density and kinematic viscosity increase slightly ,the surface tension drops a little ,the initial distillation temperature significantly decreases ,the oxygen content increases gradually ,and the cetane number and low heat value decrease almost in a linear manner .The aqueous ethanol evenly distributes in diesel fuel ,forming the emul‐sified fuel .The mean diameter of liquid drop increases step by step and the stability of emulsified fuel becomes poorer succes‐sively .

    • 摘要: The experimental bio-oil was produced from corn stalk through fast pyrolysis process. In this paper, four emulsions with 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% by mass fraction of corn stalk bio-oil (CSB) in diesel fuel, represented by CSB5, CSB10, CSB15 and CSB20, respectively, were prepared by the ultrasonic emulsification method. Then, the combustion and emission characteristics of an unmodified direct injection diesel engine operating on the four emulsions were studied and compared with those of No. 0 diesel operation in order to provide the basis and theoretical guidance for the application of bio-oil in diesel engines. The results showed that, with the increase of CSB mass fraction in the emulsions, the ignition delay lengthens, both the heat released during the premixed combustion phase and the premixed combustion duration increase, while the total combustion duration shortens. With the increase of CSB mass fraction in the emulsions, the peak values of both premixed burning rate and pressure rise rate increase first and then decrease, while those of in-cylinder pressure and combustion temperature decrease. In addition, the fuel economy of CSB5 and CSB 10 is comparable to that of No. 0 diesel, while the fuel economy of CSB 15 and CSB20 is slightly poorer than that of No. 0 diesel. In comparison with No. 0 diesel, NOx emissions of all the emulsions are lower, while HC and CO emissions are higher. Furthermore, these trends are more remarkable with the increase of CSB fraction in the emulsions. Smoke emissions of the emulsions decrease first and then increase with the increase of CSB fraction in the emulsions. Meanwhile, smoke emissions of CSB5 and CSB 10 are lower while those of CSB 15 and CSB20 are slightly higher than those of No. 0 diesel.%采用超声波乳化法制备了玉米秸秆热解生物油质量分数分别为5%、10%、15%和20%的生物油/柴油乳化油,分别记为CSB5、CSB10、CSB15和CSB20,然后在一台未作改动的直喷式柴油机上研究了其燃烧和排放特性,并与燃用0号柴油进行了比较,旨在为生物油在柴油机中的应用提供依据和理论指导.结果表明,随着生物油质量分数的增加,乳化油的滞燃期逐渐延长,预混燃烧放热量和预混燃烧期增加,燃烧持续期缩短;燃烧放热率峰值和最大压力升高率先增加后降低,最高燃烧压力和燃烧温度逐渐降低.燃用CSB5和CSB10时的燃油经济性与柴油相当,而燃用CSB15和CSB20时的燃油经济性较柴油的略差.与0号柴油相比,随着生物油含量的增加,乳化油的NOx排放逐渐降低,HC和CO排放逐渐增加;碳烟排放先降低后增加,CSB5和CSB10的碳烟排放比柴油的排放值低,而CSB15和CSB20的碳烟排放却比柴油的排放值略高.

    • 摘要: 利用非离子表面活性剂复配,对热解生物油/柴油混合液进行一系列乳化实验,测量乳化油的密度、热值、pH值.以乳化油的稳定性为实验指标,研究乳化剂种类、乳化剂用量、生物油含量对乳化油稳定性的影响.实验结果表明:在乳化温度为40°C(水浴),乳化时间为30min的条件下,以2%用量的Span80和Tween80复配乳化剂乳化生物油含量为20%的生物油/柴油混合液效果最佳.另外,随着生物油含量的增加,乳化油密度逐渐增加,热值与pH值逐渐减小.%Pyrolysis bio-oil/diesel oil was emulsified with complex of nonionic surfactants. The density, calorific value and pH value of the emulsified fuel were measured. The effects of surfactant type, surfactant content and bio-oil content in the emulsion on the stability of the emulsion were investigated. Experimental results show that the optimal emulsion could be obtained when the content of nonionic surfactants combined by Span 80 and Tween 80 is 2%, bio-oil content in biooil/diesel oil is 20%, and the emulsification time is 30min in a water bath of 40°C. When the bio-oil content increases,the density of the enulsion increase, and the pH and calorific value decrease.

    • 摘要: 将玉米秸秆粉热解液化得到的生物油和0号柴油以及适量的乳化剂混合均质,得到不同配比的2种生物油/柴油乳化燃料。在ZS1110型柴油机台架上进行2种生物油/柴油乳化燃料和纯柴油的发动机台架实验,获得乳化燃料和纯柴油的柴油机负荷特性曲线。研究结果表明:2种乳化油的有效热效率均高于纯柴油,且生物油浓度为15%的生物油/柴油乳化燃料较纯柴油有明显的节油效果。但乳化燃料使柴油机喷油嘴发生积碳现象。

    • 摘要: 为研究生物油/柴油乳化燃料作为柴油机燃料的性能,通过添加适量乳化剂配制成乳化燃料并在柴油机上燃用,分析了乳化燃料的燃烧特性、经济性、排放特性及对柴油机的影响.结果表明:生物油与柴油可以通过乳化形成较稳定的乳化燃料且可将其用于柴油机,但燃油消耗率比柴油高,热效率比单一柴油低;CH和CO排放增加,NO_x排放降低;使用一段时间后,供油管路中的橡胶密封件出现溶胀效应,排放因喷油器被磨蚀而随时间呈非正常变化.试验对进一步研究生物油在柴油机上的应用具有重要意义.
