介绍了挂釉预制炉门衬砖在安钢焦化厂6 m、7m焦炉的应用情况.原焦炉炉门使用过程中会出现石墨侵蚀和脱落、炉头焦炭偏生等情况,应用挂釉预制炉门衬砖后,提高了单炉焦炭产量,降低了劳动强度,节省了高炉煤气消耗量.

The actual production data of tunnel kiln for high alumina brick was tested and collected.On this basis,the thermal balance was calculated and analyzed.The results show that the thermal efficiency of tunnel kiln is lower than domestic advanced level.The burning process is insufficient,the heat dissipation is high and the level of waste heat recovery device is low.The thermal efficiency of tunnel kiln can be improved by using the reasonable air ratio,optimization of burner structure and fuel type,strengthening the measures of preserving heat and reforming or changing the waste heat recovery device,reducing lining brick.%对某公司的高铝砖隧道窑实际生产数据进行测试与收集,在此基础上进行了热平衡计算,并对计算结果进行分析.该隧道窑热效率低于国内先进水平,主要原因是隧道窑燃烧不充分、散热损失大、烟气余热回收装置利用水平较低.可采用合理的空气系数、优化烧嘴结构和燃料种类、增强保温、改造或更换烟气余热回收装置、减少衬砖的数量等措施,提高隧道窑热效率.

The problems of doors of 2×7.63 m coke ovens in Maanshan Iron&Steel Coal-coking Company before the structural modification were analyzed:the coke oven door had serious smoke and flame run-out,the burning loss of the pusher side brick slot was serious,the replacement frequency of coke oven door was high,the repair workload was heavy,and the coke side collapsed seriously. Corresponding measures were taken by changing the originally designed"Z"type knife edge into web type knife edge,and modifying the lining brick of coke oven door in the coke side and brick slot of small coke oven door in the pusher side. The work intensity was reduced through optimization and modification,achieving good social and economic benefits.%分析了马钢焦化新区两座7.63 m焦炉炉门结构改造前出现的问题:炉门跑烟跑火严重,机侧砖槽烧损严重,炉门更换频次高、修理工作量大及焦侧严重塌焦等;采取了相应改进措施:将原设计的"Z"型刀边改为腹板式刀边、将焦侧炉门衬砖和机侧小炉门砖槽分别进行改型等.通过优化改型,取得了预期效果,减轻了工作强度,产生了较好的经济效益和社会效益.

摘要:
以熔融石英、M45合成莫来石、合成堇青石等为主要原料,以纯铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,采取振动浇注成型,经养护、干燥后再高温烧成的工艺方式,制成了高580~1 300mm、宽430~610mm、厚350~435mm,单重250~420kg的焦炉炉门大型衬砖。该大型衬砖各项性能指标均优于现用的机压成型烧成莫来石-堇青石衬砖,在7.63m和6m焦炉上使用获得了非常好的效果。%Taking fused silica、M45 synthetic mullite and Synthetic cordierite as main raw materials and pure CAC as binder,a kind of large lining bricks for coke oven door with height of 580~ 1 300mm,width of 430~610mm,thickness of 350~435mm,and unit weight of 250~420kg is developed in the process of vibration cast molding,curing,drying,baking and high temperature sintering.This kind of brick has better performance in all aspects than the currently prevailing sintered mullite-cordierite lining bricks by mechanical pressing,which has been proved by applying it in 7.63m and 6m coke oven batteries.
