在机加工过程中,外螺纹的加工及检测是一个非常普遍的工序.为了达到准确测量外螺纹深度的目的,就必须准确确定有效螺纹的位置,去掉无效螺纹长度.因此,外螺纹主要检测两个方面:外螺纹中径和外螺纹深度.目前测量螺纹中径的方法一般操作都比较繁琐,且需要经过一系列的计算,误差较大且效率较低,针对以上问题,设计出了一种螺纹中径直接测量仪,把机械装置和弱电控制相结合,采用高精度直线位移传感器,根据大量实验证明,测量结果准确,能满足工程需要.%Depth of thread in machining process,the outer screw thread processing and detection is a very common procedure.In order to achieve accurate measurement,it is necessary to accurately determine the effective thread position,remove the invalid thread length.Therefore,the external thread detection is mainly two aspects:external thread diameter and depth of thread.The thread measuring diameter of the general method of operation is more complicated,and needs to go through a series of calculation,the error is large and the efficiency is low,in view of the above problems,this paper designs a kind of thread diameter directly measuring instrument,the mechanical device and weak electricity control combination,the use of high precision linear displacement sensor,according to a large number of experiments.It is proved that the measurement results are accurate and can meet the engineering needs.
