    • 摘要: 选用药膜法研究加入青葙甲醇提取物后,对苦参碱防治螺旋粉虱的增效作用.研究结果表明,在加入终浓度为5000mg/L青葙提取物后,苦参碱对螺旋粉虱成虫的毒力得到了显著提升,其中0.50mg/L、0.25mg/L、0.125mg/L的苦参碱校正死亡率分别从89.15%、74.67%和52.97%提高到100%、100%和96.54%.田间试验结果表明,在苦参碱使用浓度从0.25mg/L降低至0.125mg/L后,加入终浓度5000mg/L的青葙甲醇提取物,处理后5d的平均虫口减退率从77.80%提高到90.44%.

    • 摘要: 【背景】螺旋粉虱是近年来新入侵中国海南的一种危险性害虫,化学防治是目前其最主要的防治手段和应急措施,但其毒力测定及抗药性监测方法还不明确。以3种不同类型常用杀虫剂为例,探讨了2种毒力测定方法、不同饲养寄主及成虫日龄对螺旋粉虱毒力测定的影响。【方法】对叶片浸渍法和POTTER喷雾法2种毒力测定方法进行比较;以大叶榄仁叶、羊蹄甲叶和印度紫檀叶3种叶片为供试寄主,测定其对螺旋粉虱毒力测定的影响;采用POTTER喷雾法分别测定螺旋粉虱同一种群不同日龄成虫及混合日龄成虫的毒力。【结果】成虫浸叶法不能求出毒力回归方程,POTTER喷雾法能够反映剂量—死亡率关系。经POTTER喷雾法毒力测定,印度紫檀叶片为试材不能获得毒力回归曲线,大叶榄仁和羊蹄甲叶片测得毒力结果一致,供试不同日龄和自然混合日龄成虫不影响毒力测定结果。【结论与意义】POTTER喷雾法是螺旋粉虱成虫最适合的生物测定方法,大叶榄仁和羊蹄甲叶片可作为螺旋粉虱毒力测定的饲养寄主,可采用螺旋粉虱自然混合日龄成虫直接进行抗性监测。试验结果为正确评价杀虫剂对螺旋粉虱的室内毒力及开展田间抗药性监测提供了依据。%[Background] The spiraling whitefly ( Aleurodicus dispersus Russell) is a destructive invasive species and was first found in Hainan, China, in 2006. As a new quarantine pest, chemical control was usually considered the most effective measure to depress and eradicate the field population with its high efficacy and quick action, whereas, the bioassay method for testing the toxicity of in-secticides to A. disperses was not clear. In this study, we evaluated the efficiency of two different bioassay methods to test the toxicity of A. dispersus on three hosts. [Method] Two bioassay methods, leaf-dipping and Petri Dish residue-Potter tower, were used to eval-uate the toxicity of A. dispersus adults exposed to three insecticides and reared on Terminalia catappa L., Bauhinia blakeana Dunn and Pterocarpus indicus Wild. The influence of age of adults A. disperses on toxicity was also evaluated using Petri Dish residue-Potter bioassay.[Result] The results showed that the leaf-dipping bioassay could not calculate the linear regression equation, while the Pe-tri Dish-Potter bioassay could. The results also showed that the P. indicus leaves could not be used as rearing host in bioassay of A. disperses. LC50 values did not significantly differ among ages of A. disperses adults. [Conclusion and significance] Petri Dish residue-Potter bioassay is the most suitable for toxicity testing of adults A. disperses. T. catappa and B. blakeana leaves are suitable for rea-ring adults A. disperses in bioassay. Insecticide resistance monitoring of A. disperses can be done using natural populations of adults of mixed ages. The study served as a basis to develop the basis for insecticide resistance monitoring.

    • 摘要: By setting shrouded test in field, we studied the effects of different population occurrence densities of Aleurodicus disperses on yield of kidney bean. The results showed that, with the increase of population density, the average pod length, thickest perimeter and single pod weight, pod number and weight of a single plant were significantly decreased, and population density of A. disperses was significantly negatively associated with pod weight. On the basis of the study of yield loss, we obtained the economic injury levels of kidney bean and economic thresholds of A. disperses prevention under different yield levels. While the yield was 1 500 kg/667 m2, the economic injury level of kidney bean was 9.80%, and the economic thresholds were 11 pairs of A. disperses adult.%通过设置田间笼罩试验,确定了螺旋粉虱不同种群发生密度对四季豆产量的影响。研究结果表明,随着螺旋粉虱虫口密度的增加,四季豆平均荚果长度、平均最粗处周长、平均单果质量、每株豆荚数量和质量均显著下降,虫口密度与豆荚质量呈显著负相关。在研究产量损失的基础上,确定了不同产量水平下四季豆的经济允许损害水平和螺旋粉虱防治的经济阈值。当产量为1500 kg/667 m2时,四季豆的经济允许损害水平为9.80%,螺旋粉虱防治的经济阈值为11对成虫。

    • 摘要: 采用室内生物测定和田间药效试验相结合的方法,研究了桃金娘乙酸乙酯提取物与烟碱混配对螺旋粉虱的增效作用。研究结果表明,桃金娘乙酸乙酯提取物(30000mg/L)和烟碱(0.03mg/L)单独使用均对螺旋粉虱具有一定的生物活性,同时将烟碱浓度降低至0.015mg/L 后,添加一定量的桃金娘乙酸乙酯提取物混配后,对螺旋粉虱的田间虫口减退率显著增加,田间药剂处理后5d 桃金娘乙酸乙酯提取物、烟碱及混配处理的虫口减退率分别为68.59%、77.38%和92.78%。%The synergism effect of Myrtle ethyl acetate extract mixed with nicotine on Aleurodicus disperses was studied by using bio-assay method and field efficacy trial. The results indicated that myrtle ethyl acetate extract and nicotine use alone showed biological activity at concentration of 30000mg/L and 0.03mg/L,respec-tively. After decrease the nicotine concentration to 0.015mg/L and mixed with myrtle ethyl acetate extract, the A. disperses population declined significant,the pest decrease ratio were 68.59% ,77.38% and 92.78% in myrtle ethyl acetate extract,nicotine and mixture pesticide treatment,respectively.

    • 摘要: 【目的】揭示哥德恩蚜小蜂(Encarsia guadeloupae Viggiani)对螺旋粉虱(Alerodicus dispersus Russell)不同寄主植物及其挥发物的选择行为,为人工扩繁哥德恩蚜小蜂的最适寄主植物选择提供参考。【方法】采用寄生选择试验和Y型嗅觉仪观测哥德恩蚜小蜂对6种螺旋粉虱寄主植物(番石榴、一品红、木薯、番木瓜、番茄、辣椒)的趋性差异。【结果】哥德恩蚜小蜂对6种不同供试植物上螺旋粉虱的寄生率从高到低依次为:番石榴〉一品红〉辣椒〉番木瓜〉木薯〉番茄;Y型嗅觉仪测定结果表明,哥德恩蚜小蜂对一品红的趋性最强,其次为番石榴,对木薯、番茄趋性较弱。【结论】一品红和番石榴均是哥德恩蚜小蜂选择率较高的植物,理论上可将其作为寄主植物繁殖饲养哥德恩蚜小蜂。

    • 摘要: Objective]The selective behavior of Encarsia guadeloupae Viggiani on different host plants of Alerodicus dispersus Russell was revealed to provide theoretical references for finding the best host plant for the parasitoid breeding.[Method]The selective differences of E. guadeloupae to A. dispersus on six kinds of host plants (guava, poinsettia, cas-sava, papaya, tomato, capsicum) were determined using randomly put host plants (free selection) and “Y” type olfac-tometer tests (directional selection). [Result]The parasitic ratios of E. guadeloupae on A. dispersus from different kinds of host plant were listed from high to low as follows: guava> poinsettia> capsicum> papaya> cassava> tomato. The “Y” type olfactometer tests of volatiles from different host plants indicated that E. guadeloupae had the highest taxis to poinsettia and second highest taxis to guava, and tomato and cassava had weak attractiveness to E. guadeloupae.     • 摘要: 螺旋粉虱Aleurodicus dispersus是广泛分布于热带和亚热带地区的重要入侵害虫.为了揭示其在海南对低温的耐性,通过测定低温致死中温度、致死中时间分析各个虫态的耐寒性.低温致死中温度由低到高的顺序为3龄若虫、1龄若虫、卵、2龄若虫、成虫和4龄若虫,分别为5.33°C、5.43°C、7.38°C、7.96°C、10.69°C和13.75°C;在3°C低温下卵至4龄若虫的致死中时间从长到短的顺序为3.74 d(卵)、2.11d(3龄)、1.74 d(2龄)、1.21 d(1龄)和1.16d(4龄).在3°C时螺旋粉虱成虫大量快速死亡,其在12°C时的致死中时间为1.02 d.螺旋粉虱卵对低温的忍受能力较强,成虫对低温的忍耐力最弱.低温暴露下的死亡率用于评价螺旋粉虱的耐寒性更有现实意义.
