    • 摘要: 本试验旨在研究饲料中添加蚯蚓粉、丝兰提取物对生长猪生长性能、养分消化代谢以及粪尿发酵期间恶臭物质和有害气体排放的影响.采用双因素随机试验设计,选取56头30~35 kg的健康杜长大(DLY)生长猪,按照体重相近、性别一致的原则分为4组,每组14个重复,每个重复1头猪.其中,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,蚯蚓粉组在基础饲粮中添加0.500%的蚯蚓粉,丝兰提取物组在基础饲粮中添加0.012%的丝兰提取物,蚯蚓粉+丝兰提取物组在基础饲粮中添加0.500%的蚯蚓粉和0.012%的丝兰提取物.试验期为80 d.结果表明:1)与对照组相比,单独添加丝兰提取物可显著降低生长猪的料重比(P<0.05);组合添加蚯蚓粉和丝兰提取物可显著增加粗蛋白质表观消化率及粗蛋白质表观代谢率(P<0.05).2)在厌氧发酵过程中,与对照组相比,单独添加丝兰提取物能显著增加粪尿中有机质含量(P<0.05),从而使粪尿的碳氮比增加至16,提高发酵期粪便产气量.3)与对照组相比,单独添加蚯蚓粉或者丝兰提取物均能显著降低发酵粪尿的三甲基吲哚、氨气和硫化氢浓度(P<0.05);这2种添加剂组合使用对减少粪尿发酵期间挥发性脂肪酸、臭味物质以及有害气体产生均有协同促进效果.由此可见,饲粮中组合添加蚯蚓粉和丝兰提取物能促进生长猪对蛋白质的消化吸收,减少粪尿发酵期间挥发性脂肪酸、恶臭物质和有害气体的排放,可作为饲料添加剂从源头上减少养殖粪污排放,对于加强养殖环境防控、缓解畜禽粪污资源化处理压力具有重要意义.

    • 摘要: 本试验旨在研究八角抽提油(八角油)和蚯蚓粉对肉鸡肠道发育和养分利用率的影响.试验一选用1日龄爱拔益加肉鸡384只,随机分为4个处理,每个处理12个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,八角油组、蚯蚓粉组和杆菌肽锌组分别在基础日粮中添加50 mg/kg八角油、100 mg/kg蚯蚓粉和20 mg/kg杆菌肽锌;试验二选用21日龄爱拔益加肉鸡120只,随机分为5个处理(处理1~4同试验一,处理5为内源组),每个处理12个重复.结果表明:与对照组相比,其余各组均能显著改善肉鸡21d小肠各段的相对长度和相对重量(P<0.05);与对照组相比,八角油和蚯蚓粉均显著提高肉鸡部分肠段的绒毛高度(P<0.05);与对照组相比,其余各组均显著提高部分肠段绒腺比(P<0.05);与对照组相比,其余各组均极显著提高肉鸡氮的表观和真利用率(P<0.001);与对照组和杆菌肽锌组相比,八角油组和蚯蚓粉组肉鸡蛋氨酸的表观和真利用率均显著提高(P<0.001).由此可见,八角油和蚯蚓粉作为饲料添加剂均可以一定程度上改善肉鸡肠道发育,提高养分利用率.%Two experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of extractions of star anise (Extraction) and earthworms powder (Earthworm) on intestinal development and nutrients and amino acid utilization of broiler chickens.In Experiment 1,three hundred and eighty-four 1-day-old Arbor Acres broilers were randomly allocated to 4 treatments with 12 replicates in a complete randomized design.The control group was fed corn-soybean meal based diet.The tested groups were fed control group diet supplemented with 50 mg/kg Extraction,100 mg/kg Earthworm and 20 mg/kg Bacitracin Zinc (Bacitracin).In Experiment 2,one hundred and twenty 21-day-old Arbor Acres broilers were randomly allocated to 5 treatments (TRT1-4 were same as Experiment 1,TRT5 was endogenous Treatment) with 12 replicates in a complete randomized design.Supplementation of Extraction,Earthworm and Bacitracin increased (P<0.05) the relative length and relative weight in all parts of small intestine than those in the control groups in 21 d of age.Broilers supplemented with Extraction and Earthworm had higher (P<0.05) VH in some parts of intestines of broilers than the control groups.The broilers in other three groups increased (P<0.05) V/C in some parts of intestines than those in the control groups.Broilers in the other three groups had higher (P<0.001) apparent and true utilization of N than those in the control groups.Supplementation of Extraction and Earthworm increased (P<0.05) apparent and true utilization of Met of broilers than the control and Bacitracin groups.It is concluded that dietary supplementation of 50 mg/kg Extraction and 100 mg/kg Earthworm partly improved intestinal development and nutrients and amino acid utilization of broiler chickens.

    • 摘要: Six hundred healthy Shouguang chicken randomly with the age of 1 day were divided into two groups,with the same batch and similar weight,and each group had three replicates,and 100 chicken per replicate (male and female with half and half).The control group was fed with basic diet,and the experimental group was added 5% earthworm powder into the basal diet.The test period was 90 days.During the experiment, the quota of the productivity of Shouguang chicken was tested.At the end of the experiment,20 chicken had selected randomly from each group to slaughter for breast and leg muscle for slaughter test.The results showed that:(1)At the end of the experiment,the body weight and average daily gain of chicken in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);The average daily consumption and meat ratio decreased significantly (P < 0.01). (2)The slaughter rate and the half-eviscerated rate of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01).The abdominal fat rate was significantly reduced (P<0.01).(3)The breast quality of the test group (pH,water holding capacity water loss rate,drip loss,inosine acid) had significant difference compared with the control group (P<0.01); the leg muscle shear force,hydraulic system,drip loss,water loss rate and inosine acid had extremely significant difference(P<0.01); nutrients in chest muscle(moisture,crude protein,crude fat,calcium,phosphorus,copper, zinc) in test group had significant difference compared with the control group (P < 0.01);leg muscle water, crude protein,fat,calcium,iron,phosphorus and zinc content have significant difference with the control group (P<0.01).(4)In the taste evaluation,the overall score of the chest muscle and leg muscles in the experimental group were significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.01),the flavor of the chicken in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Therefore,adding 5% earthworm power diet could significantly improve the productivity,slaughter performance,meat quality and flavor of Shouguang chicken.%试验将 600 只1日龄同批孵化、体重相近、健康的寿光鸡随机分成两组,每组三个重复,每个重复 100 只鸡(公母各半).对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中添加5%的蚯蚓粉,试验期为 90 d.测定试验期间寿光鸡的生产性能指标,试验结束时每组分别随机抽取20只鸡屠宰取胸肌、腿肌作屠宰试验.结果表明:(1)试验结束时试验组鸡体重和平均日增重极显著高于对照组( P<0.05);平均日耗料量、料肉比降低,差异极显著(P<0.01). (2)试验组屠宰率和半净膛率极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);腹脂率极显著降低(P<0.01). (3)试验组胸肉品质(pH、系水力、失水率、滴水损失、肌苷酸)较对照组差异极显著(P<0.01);腿肌肉剪切力、系水力、滴水损失、失水率和肌苷酸差异极显著(P < 0.01).胸肌肉中营养物质(水分、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙、磷、铜、锌)试验组较对照组差异极显著(P <0.01);腿肌肉中营养物质(水、粗蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁、锌)含量与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01). (4)品尝评定中,试验组胸肌肉和腿肌肉的总体评分均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),即试验组鸡肉的风味好于对照组.由此可知,日粮中添加5%蚯蚓粉可以显著提高寿光鸡生产性能、屠宰性能以及鸡肉的品质和风味等.

    • 摘要: 为研究日粮中添加蚯蚓粉对獭兔繁殖性能的影响,选择健康、生长状况相同的种用母獭兔24只,公兔12只,随机分成4组,其中A组(对照)只饲喂基础日粮,试验B、C、D组日粮中分别加入3%、6%、12%的蚯蚓粉,进行饲养试验.试验结果发现:蚯蚓粉对獭兔的受胎率、窝产仔数及仔兔初生重均有明显的促进作用,其中添加6%的蚯蚓粉对獭兔的繁殖性能影响较显著.由此可见,在基础日粮中适量的蚯蚓粉对獭兔繁殖性能和经济效益有明显的促进作用.

    • 摘要: 为研究并验证基础饲料中添加不同水平的蚯蚓粉和蚯蚓粪对罗非鱼Oreochromis niloticus生长性能及血清抗氧化指标的影响,选用同一批次初体质量为(52.98±0.33)g的罗非鱼幼鱼180尾,随机分成6组,每组设3个重复,分别饲喂基础饲料(A组),添加2.5%、5.0%、7.5%蚯蚓粪的饲料(B1、B2、B3组),添加蚯蚓粪+蚯蚓粉(5.0%+0.150%、7.5%+0.225%)的混合饲料(C1、C2组),试验在室内玻璃水族箱(100 cm×50 cm×50 cm)中进行,饲养60 d后测定罗非鱼生长和抗氧化指标。结果表明:试验用蚯蚓粉粗蛋白质为57.93%,蚯蚓粪粗蛋白质为3.81%;B、C组与A组相比,饲料系数稍低,增重率、特定生长率和血清抗氧化免疫能力稍高,以饲料中添加5.0%蚯蚓粪(B2组)最好,但经方差分析显示,所有指标差异均未达到显著性水平(P〉0.05)。本试验结果为蚯蚓粪及蚯蚓粉在水产饲料中的合理应用和新饲料产品开发提供了理论依据,对罗非鱼养殖具有一定指导意义。

    • 摘要: The effects of different processing technologies on the earthworm powder quality and pepsin digestibility were studied.Under the same light intensity but different temperature,the influence of temperature and time on the earthworm ex-cretion was studied.After the earthworm excreted,the earthworm was dried up and milled.With the nutrient composition and pepsin digestibility of earthworm powder as the evaluation indexes,the technological conditions were optimized by the way of sensory evaluation.The results showed that the earthworm had the highest excretion rate and didn't die at the temperature of 25-30°C;the content of crude protein,animo acid and pepsin digestibility in Group B were higher than that of the other groups(P0.05), but the difference was significant compared with other groups (P 0.05),与其它组差异均显著(P<0.05).B组工艺流程可以很好地保证蚯蚓粉的营养价值、胃蛋白酶消化率、外观品质和气味.
