摘要:
水电站厂房结构因机电设备的布置要求,一般只能设计为薄壁墙体结构,但部分电站尾水水位较高,厂房基底的扬压力也相应较高,从而加大了厂房整体结构、下游挡水结构设计难度和风险,因此非常有必要对厂房下游尾水闸墩及尾水边墙进行结构受力计算,本文结合董箐水电站工程,采用三维有限单元法计算墩墙结构内力,然后采用应力图形法确定结构配筋量,为类似工程提供参考.

水电站引水钢管末端与发电厂房蜗壳连接处存在变形应力协调问题,董箐引水钢管设计中,采用垫层钢管取代波纹管伸缩节,并进行了分析、计算研究,验证了垫层钢管能适应变形应力协调,具备伸缩节类似功能,且该结构型式可降低施工难度、缩短工期、节省工程投资,具有良好的推广应用价值。%The joint between the end of penstock and spiral case is under deformation stress. In Dongqing hydropower project penstock with cushion course was used to take place of bellows expansion joint and related analysis and calculation were carried out. It was proved that penstock with cushion course could handle stress deformation, a function similar to joints. This way can make construction easier, shorten construction period and save investment. It's worthy of being promoted.

Dongqing Hydropower Station Project spillway chute width is up to 50m. A novel aerator shape suitable for large chute is designed according to aeration cavitations reducing principle. Novel aerator has more prominent and evener aeration effect according to numerical calculation analysis. Technical difficulty in aeration in large chute is solved. The novel aerator has advantages of simple structure,easy construction and prominent effect with excellent promotion application value.%董箐水电站工程溢洪道泄槽宽度达50m,根据掺气减蚀原理,设计出了一种适应宽大泄槽的新型掺气坎体型。经数值计算分析,新型掺气坎掺气效果更明显、均匀,解决了宽大泄槽中部掺气的技术难题。该新型掺气坎结构简单、易于施工、效果明显,具有良好的推广应用价值。

Dongqing Hydropower Station on Beipanjiang River in Guizhou Province is an important power source for the West-East Power Transmission Project and listed as a key development project of "salvaging" in the province.Under a condition of limited investigation and design period with some complicated technical problems such as high dam,soft-hard rock,larger discharge,high variable amplitude of tail-water,etc.,several problems those restricting the project construction are solved through the applications of the design innovations and over 20 new technologies,i.e.dam construction with soft-hard rock material and its deformation control,safety control of dissipation for flood discharge under high-head and large discharge,design of powerhouse with high variable amplitude of tail-water,flow safety control during construction of high dam,etc.,and then a better construction target of high construction quality,quick construction progress and saved investment for the project is got with a significant social and economic benefit; which can provide a reference for the similar project concerned.%贵州北盘江董箐水电站是“西电东送”的重要电源项目,被贵州省列为“抢救性”开发的重点工程.在勘测设计周期有限的情况下,还存在“高坝,软硬岩、大泄量、高尾水变幅”等较复杂的工程技术问题,通过“软硬岩料筑坝及其变形控制、高水头大泄量泄洪消能安全控制、高尾水变幅发电厂设计、高坝施工水流安全控制”等设计技术创新和20余项新技术的应用,解决了制约工程建设的多项技术难题,取得了质量高、进度快、投资省的良好效果,社会经济效益显著,可供有关类似工程借鉴和参考.

As the downstream of Dongqing Hydropower Station links up with Longtan Reservoir,a feature of an overlapped change of the tail-water in the future is presented.Through the analysis on the recent and future characteristics of the water head,the impact from the upstream Guangzhao Reservoir on the inflow runoff to Dongqing Hydropower Station,the requirement on the comprehensive utilization of the river reach,the loading characteristics within the power supply range,the structure of power supply,demand of power market,etc.,the concept of the combination of both the recent and the future is adopted,and then the installed capacity of 880 MW is selected for Dongqing Hydropower Station by taking the matching of the diversion water rate for the cascade power generation as the principle through the technical and economic comparison made among several schemes concerned.%董箐水电站的下游与龙滩水库衔接,呈现远景尾水重叠变化的特点.通过分析董箐水电站近远期水头特性、上游光照水库对董箐水电站入库径流的影响、河段综合利用要求、供电范围内负荷特性、电源结构及电力市场需求等,采取近期和远景结合的思路,以梯级发电引用流量匹配为原则,通过多方案技术经济比较,选择董箐水电站装机容量为880 MW.
