摘要:
为探索农业废弃物高值资源化利用途径,以纸厂废弃物芦苇渣、畜禽粪便等为主要原料,经发酵腐熟与基质化处理后,压制成育苗营养块,比较分析其理化性质及对黄瓜育苗的影响.结果表明,原料配方对育苗营养块理化性质影响明显,以T1处理(芦苇渣:牛粪:泥炭=7:3:0)总养分含量最高,且培育的黄瓜苗农艺性状优势明显,叶绿素含量也显著高于其他处理.平均隶属函数值法研究结果显示,T1处理幼苗综合素质最好.%In order to explore the ways of high-value resource utilization of agricultural wastes, reed residue from paper mill wastes, agricultural wastes, livestock and poultry manure were chosen as the main raw material to made seedling nutrition blocks after fermentation maturity and matrix processing, and the physical and chemical properties and the effects on seedling effect of cucumber were compared. The results showed that there were obvious effects of raw materials formula on physical and chemical properties of seedling nutrition blocks; Tl treatment (reed residue-cattle manure:peat=7: 3:0) had the highest total nutrient contents and obvious advantages of agronomic traits of cucumber seedling, and the chlorophyll content in Tl treatment was also higher than that in others significantly. The results of average subordinate function values indicated that the comprehensive quality of seedlings in Tl treatment was the greatest.

This article examines the effect of briquette pressure, briquetting time, moisture ration, and compression ration on the compressive strength of vegetable seedling nutrition blocks. The orthogonal test results show that the effect of compression ratio, the moisture content of nutritional soil, briquette pressure, and briquetting time on the compressive strength is respectively extremely significant, significant, and insignificant. The determined technical parameters are as follows: briquette pressure 3 500 N, briquetting time 30 s, the moisture content of nutritional soil 20%, compression ratio 1.0:3.0. Taking all factors into consideration, we select compression ratio 1.0:3.0, the moisture content of nutritional soil 20%, briquette pressure 3 000 N, and briquetting time l0 s as the optimum technical parameters.%探讨压块压力、压块时间、含水率和压缩比对蔬菜育苗营养块抗压强度的影响规律。正交试验结果表明:压缩比和营养土含水率、压块压力、压块时间对营养块抗压强度影响分别为极显著、显著和不显著;确定压块工艺的最佳参数为压块压力3500N、压块时间30S、营养土含水率20%、压缩比1.0:3.0;综合考虑经济等因素,选取压缩比1.0:3.0、含水率20%、压力3000N、压块时间10S作为制作营养块的最适宜工艺参数。

本发明公开了一种真空冷冻干燥火龙果酸奶营养块的制备方法,所述真空冷冻干燥火龙果酸奶营养块的制备方法包括以下步骤;步骤一、取新鲜红心火龙果制作成果浆,另取富含益生菌的酸奶原料,备用;步骤二、将步骤一中的火龙果果浆中加入D‑异抗坏血酸钠及植酸钠,热水杀青后搅拌打浆,深入加工并经胶体磨均值乳化。与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明的干燥时间更短,干燥效率更高,且干燥后的火龙果酸奶的体积不易收缩;采用多梯度真空冷冻干燥技术;水份分离程度高,水果酸奶块含水量低,易于保藏;采用水果浓浆护色杀青工艺,保持其天然颜色,无需添加人工色素;通过块状火龙果酸奶快速脱水、切块装置,预先脱水分离,提高整体冻干效率。
