摘要:
为研究鸡粪堆肥发酵不同阶段微生物菌数和堆体温度及多种酶活之间的关系,从而进一步了解堆肥发酵中微生物的作用,通过测定鸡粪堆肥发酵过程中微生物菌数和堆体温度及部分酶活性的变化趋势,并利用SPSS软件进行Pearson相关性和显著性分析,结果表明,细菌、真菌数量与堆体温度呈正相关关系(P<0.05),放线菌菌数与堆体温度无显著相关性;纤维素酶和总菌数呈正相关关系(P<0.05);过氧化氢酶与细菌菌数呈强正相关关系(P<0.01);脲酶和蛋白酶与菌数无显著相关性.

微生物驱油技术的主要机理之一就是利用微生物降解原油中含有大组分,降低原油粘度,进而改变原油的物性.利用原油以及含油污水中筛选出能降解稠油的菌组进行实验,结果表明,微生物作用使原油物性发生明显变化,原油中的胶质、沥青质含量降低,组分也发生了明显变化,原油物性变化明显.%One of the main mechanisms of microbial oil recovery technology is to reduce the viscosity and freezing point of crude oil by using microbial degradation of the main components such as gum and asphaltene in crude oil,so as to improve the physical and chemical properties of crude oil.In this paper,the experiment was carried out to isolate and select the bacteria to effectively degrade the heavy oil.The results show that the properties of heavy oil have been changed obviously with the action of bacteria,and the contents of each component in the heavy oil are decreased,and the composition and structure of the heavy oil are changed obviously.

Low cultured bacterial and lyophilized high mortality and other problems exist in the piglet paratyphoid live vaccine (C500 strain) production process, affecting the yield of the product. In this paper,the key technologies of manufacturing process for piglet paratyphoid live vaccine (C500 strain) were studied to solve these problems by screening parameters related to inoculation amount and media formulations and ventilation volume, optimizing the fermentation process, adding 40% glucose automatically as carbon source and a means of adjusting the pH value and combining spectrophotometric method and freeze- drying process as the product harvest standards. This study provides strong technical support to produce highly efficient, safe and stable piglet paratyphoid live vaccine products.%仔猪副伤寒活疫苗(C500株)生产过程中,存在培养菌数低,冻干死亡率高等问题,影响产品的产量。本文针对仔猪副伤寒活疫苗(C500株)生产工艺关键技术进行研究,通过筛选接种量、培养基配方与通气量的参数关系;优化发酵培养工艺,采用自动添加40%葡萄糖补充碳源并作为调节pH值的手段;使用分光光度法与冻干工艺结合作为收获标准,从而达到提高培养菌数,降低冻干死亡率。本研究为生产高效、安全、稳定的仔猪副伤寒活疫苗产品提供有力地技术支持。

The method for rapid detecting the bacterial count of Streptococcus thermophiles was studied based on reduction method as the theoretical basis.The apparatus detected continuously the color(RGB) of the samples which had been added indicator,A standard curve was established to show the relation between color variation B and count of Streptococcus thermophiles,with the coefficient of correlation of 0.9820.There was no significant difference between the two results of the color variation analysis and the GB counting method.The results showed that color variation analysis was appropriate for the rapid detecting the bacterial count of Streptococcus thermophiles.The method has advantages of convenient operation,time saving,ect.%以还原法为理论基础,研究了嗜热链球菌数的快速计数方法.借助细菌总数快速检测仪对加入指示剂后的样品颜色(RGB)变化进行检测,建立了色差值B值与嗜热链球菌数目之间的标准方程,相关系数可达到0.9820.对标准曲线进行准确度分析,与国标计数法检测结果差异不显著.结果表明,色差分析法是嗜热链球菌数快速计数的有效方法,该方法具有操作简单,耗时短等优点.

This study dynamically analyzed physical and chemical character,cellulose activity and protease activity, volatile components in the process of fermentation. It showed that the amino acid nitrogen,acid was higher than before. The number of microbe cell,the activity of cellulases and protease, the concentration of deoxidize sugar, lipid, total acid decreased during later fermentation. Acid,lipid and pyrazine were increased significantly during the former and the later fermentation while macromolecular hydrocarbon and macromolecular ketone were decreased obviously. We could know that the influence of microbe affects the progress of the fermentation, and it changes the internal composition, the quality and the flavor.%作者就曲霉型豆豉在其后发酵阶段中微生物总数与酶活性、还原糖与脂肪及挥发性风味物含量、总酸与氨基酸氮等品质指标的变化进行了研究.结果为微生物总数下降,蛋白酶活性下降,纤维素酶活力下降,还原糖含量下降,脂肪含量下降,总酸含量上升,氨基酸氮含量上升,挥发性风味物中脂类、酸类、吡嗪类物质增多,而烃类、酮类物质发生降低.表明微生物直接作用于豆豉的发酵过程,改变其内在组成、品质风味.

摘要:
研究在饲料中添加鼠尾草提取物对受肠炎沙门氏菌PT4型(SE)感染鸡的生化指标及身体器官的重量变化的影响。试验分为5个处理,分别为基础日粮,基础日粮中添加鼠尾草提取物(S),基础日粮+SE(SE),基础日粮+S+SE(SSE)的提取物。在接种(p.i.)后的第4天,与SE组相比,SSE组可显著降低碱性磷酸酶(ALP)和谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性和葡萄糖及胆红素的浓度。然而,在接种后的第18天,添加鼠尾草提取物组的胆红素水平和ALT活性较低。在两次采样中,饲料添加鼠尾草提取物都使鸡的肝脏、脾脏、盲肠及在鸡的肠道黏液中沙门氏菌数显著下降(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,加入鼠尾草提取物的饲粮可以有效地保护受SE感染的鸡。

摘要:
按比例添加自制的增菌培养基用于猪丹毒G4T10株活疫苗、猪多杀性巴氏杆菌EO630株活疫苗、猪多杀性巴氏杆菌A型CA株活疫苗、猪链球菌ST-171株活疫苗的培养.结果上述四种疫苗比使用常规培养基培养的菌数分别提高44﹪;34﹪;95﹪;和59﹪;增菌的效果明显.这也说明了在其他工艺条件较稳定的情况下,增加培养基中细菌所需的营养成分和数量,对获取高浓度菌数的重要性.添加增菌培养基后,不会影响上述四种疫苗的免疫原性和安全性.菌数的提高可获得较好的经济效益和社会效益.
