摘要:
为了解决高炉主沟日常浇注施工过程中因振动等施工原因导致材料出现的不密实、偏析等问题,以低碳电熔棕刚玉、致密刚玉及碳化硅为骨料,碳化硅、白刚玉、活性氧化铝微粉与SiO2微粉等为细粉,通过将试样中减水剂Castabio T85的加入量0.08%(w)换成聚羧酸减水剂1%(w),活性氧化铝微粉加入量(w)为6%、8%和10%,研制出了一种高炉主沟自流浇注料.结果表明:添加减水剂Castabio T85的物料与添加聚羧酸减水剂的相比,在保证物料流动性的前提下,加水量少,自流值较高,且流动性衰减要慢.研制的高炉主沟自流浇注料进行的工业试验,一次通铁量达到15万t,满足使用寿命与施工的要求,效果较好.%In order to solve the problems such as non-compactness and segregation caused by vibration and other construction reasons during daily casting of main trough of blast furnaces,self-flow castables for the main trough of blast furnaces were prepared using low carbon fused brown corundum,dense corun-dum and silicon carbide as aggregates,silicon carbide powder,white corundum powder,active alumina micropowder and silica fume,etc.as fines.New castables were prepared by replacing the original water reducer Castabio T85(0.08 mass%)with polycarboxylic acid water reducer(1 mass%),and adding dif-ferent amounts of active alumina micropowder(6 mass%,8 mass%,and 10 mass%).The results show that:compared with the castable with Castabio T85,the castable with polycarboxylic acid performs lower water requirement,higher self-flow values and slower flowability attenuation based on the same flowability. When the developed castable was used for the industrial test in the main trough of blast furnaces,the blast furnace achieved a throughput of hot metal of 150 000 tons,meeting the requirements of service life and construction,and the service effect is good.
