Objective According to cytology apoptosis in sperm morphological characteristics , mechanisms and clinical applications,cytology apoptosis canbe used as a means of evaluation of the testis with reproductive dysfunction. Methods According to germ cell apoptosis and oncosis morphalogical characteristics,semen smear,Wright-Giemsa staining,oil microscopic detection,identification and classification were used to determine the nature of semen exfoliated cells for clinical diagnosis. Results Large numbers of Germ cells resulted in in the semen with the performance of different types of morphological characteristics, which was chaged with the ion pump function,adenosine triphosphate (ATP) mechanism and the molecular mechanism of regulation. Conclusion Apoptosis and oncosis in the process of mitochondria is a central link in the male spermatogenesis disorders also exist ischemia,hypoxia and the role of virulence factors,while the mitochondria are the target of spermatogenic disorder,is caused testicular damage? the central link. Spermatogenic testicular cytological assessment of reproductive function test results had obvious clinical significance ,should be actively pursued to improve the diagnosis.%目的 依据细胞凋亡在精液脱落细胞学的形态特征、机制和临床应用,作为评价睾丸生殖功能障碍的意义.方法 采用精液涂片,瑞-姬染色,油镜下检出、观察,根据生精细胞凋亡与胀亡形态特征,进行鉴别和分类,确定精液脱落细胞的性质,为临床诊断提供依据.结果 生精细胞可以在精液中大量出现,表现不同类型的形态特征,其变化受离子泵功能、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)的机制和分子生物学机制调控.结论 细胞凋亡与胀亡的过程中,线粒体是中心环节,在男性睾丸生精障碍同样也存在缺血、缺氧和毒性因子作用,而线粒体是睾丸生精障碍的靶点,是造成睾丸损伤的中心环节.生精细胞学检测结果评估睾丸生殖功能具有明显的临床意义,应积极开展,提高诊断水平.
