A novel polymer cement flame retardant wallpaper was prepared with aluminate cement and VAE emulsion as main material,magnesium hydroxide as fire retardant,expanded perlite,calcium carbonate as padding,bentonite as lubricant,and some wa-ter and water reducing agent. The raw materials were mixed to form a paste,then coated onto the non-woven fabric,after curing and drying,the wallpaper was made out. The orthogonal tests were carried out repeatedly to study the effect of raw materials ratio on the wallpaper properties. SEM observation was also used to analyze the reason of the better flexibility of the wallpaper and the influence of wet curing process to the wallpaper structure. The optimal dosage of cement is 33%,magnesium hydroxide is 11.5%. The best ratio of perlite to calcium carbonate is 0.9:0.1. The flame retardant wallpaper is flexible. It's density is 0.34 g/cm3,the af-terglow time is 1s,and the carbonation rate is 4.8%,which is a novel polymer cement flame retardant paper with excellent combi-nation property.%以铝酸盐水泥和VAE乳液为主要原料,以氢氧化镁为阻燃剂,膨胀珍珠岩、碳酸钙为填料,膨润土为润滑剂,添加一定量的水和减水剂,涂布在无纺布上经养护和干燥制成一种新型聚合物水泥阻燃壁纸.通过多轮正交试验,研究了原料配比对阻燃壁纸性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察,分析了其柔韧性较好的原因及湿养护对其结构的影响.最终确定的最优配比为:水泥33%,氢氧化镁11.5%,m(珍珠岩):m(碳酸钙)=0.9:0.1.制得的阻燃壁纸韧性好,密度为0.34 g/cm3,余烬时间为1 s,碳化率为4.8%,是一种新型的综合性能较优的聚合物水泥阻燃壁纸.
