Active measurement on-line measurement technology has been widely used in grinding process-ing,Data processing technology for intermittent surface, for the problem of the bounce of the probe when out of the groove,The improved method is proposed to improve the accuracy of on-line measurement and Make it more in line with the actual situation.According to the surface characteristics of different parts,it se-lects the intermittent modifying method or numerical memory method to deal with the intermittent surface da-ta,the intermittent modifying method corrected data with D-value,the numerical memory method corrected data with the measured data dithat when the absolute difference Δd between adjacent measured data is the smallest,the feasibility of the improved method is verified by experiments.On-line data processing technolo-gy of improved method for intermittent surface,effectively solves the problem of he bounce of the probe when out of the groove,can effectively improve the accuracy of the data processing of the intermittent sur-face of the active measuring control instrument,and plays an important role in improving the function of the active control instrument and improving the stability and the precision.%主动测量技术已广泛应用于磨加工的在线测量,针对磨加工主动测量中的断续表面数据处理技术,测头在出凹槽时的跳动问题,对已有研究的方法进行了改进方法,使磨加工在线断续表面数据处理更符合实际情况,提高在线测量精度.针对不同零件的表面特征,采用差值修正法和数值记忆法对断续表面数据进行处理,差值修正法采用差值修正,数值记忆法采用一个触发周期内相邻实测数据之差绝对值Δd最小时对应的测得尺寸di作为特征值输出进行修正,经实验分析验证了改进方法的可行性.改进的磨加工断续表面在线数据处理技术,有效的解决了实际磨削加工在线测量中遇到的测头出凹槽跳动问题,可有效提高磨加工主动测量控制仪对断续表面数据处理的准确性,对完善磨加工主动控制仪的功能,提高其稳定性和精度,起到了促进作用.
