    • 摘要: 随着制造业的持续发展,对机械零件的性能要求也越来越严格,单一的热处理工艺已不适用于高性能要求的零件,需采用复合热处理工艺,即由两种或多种热处理工艺,热处理与相关工艺按功能继承和优质经济的原则组合的工艺.目前应用的复合热处理工艺有:①多种热处理方法复合;②涂(镀)覆与热处理复合;③形变热处理;④整体或表面强化与表面形变强化复合.简述了下列复合热工艺的应用实例:节能降耗的复合热处理,渗氮或氮碳共渗后淬火,化学热处理与淬火回火复合,渗氮或氮碳共渗与氧化处理复合,表面改性与热处理复合,以及强韧化处理的复合,等.

    • 摘要: 利用铜模铸造法制备直径为3mm的(Ti40Zr25Cu9Ni8Be18)100-xYx(x=0,1.0,1.5,2.0,3.0)合金棒材,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、差式扫描量热计(DSC)和单轴压缩测试设备对合金的组织、玻璃形成能力和力学性能进行研究.结果表明:Y元素含量为1.0%(原子分数,下同)时,合金的衍射结果为非晶态;Y元素含量为1.5%时,诱发了非晶合金的纳米晶化.在高分辨透射电镜下可观察到,非晶基体上析出5~20nm左右的晶化相,含Y为1.5%的合金抗压强度高达1990MPa,塑性应变高达3.0%;Y添加后合金断口处剪切带数量增加.多剪切带之间的交错,阻碍不均匀形变,提高了合金的塑性和强度.

In this paper,a brief description of the mechanism of the corrosion resistance and abrasion properties and its influence factors for the amorphous alloy coating is introduced. The effect of minor alloying additions,heat treatment and nanocrystallization on the corrosion resistance and friction resistance properties of Fe-based amorphous coating are summarized.

    • 摘要: 非晶纳米晶软磁合金具有绿色节能、成本低廉等诸多优势,已成为战略性新材料领域的研究热点之一。重点概述 Fe 基非晶纳米晶软磁合金的退火工艺,包括热致晶化、电/磁致晶化、热等静压晶化及薄带连续晶化工艺的新进展。%Amorphous nanocrystalline alloy has become the hot topic in strategic new materials field as its advantages of energy saving, low cost, etc. This paper particularly reviews the recent advances of annealing technology for Fe-based amorphous nanocrystalline alloy, including thermal crystallization, electrical/magnetic crystallization, isostatic pressing crystallization, and ribbon continuous annealing.

    • 摘要: 采用表面机械研磨(Surface Mechanical Attrition Treatment,SMAT)在304不锈钢表面制备出纳米晶层(平均晶粒尺寸20 nm).采用腐蚀失重试验和极化曲线测试等方法比较了粗晶(Coarse-grained,CG)和纳米晶(Nano-crystallized,NC)304不锈钢在室温及80°C条件下5%(质量分数)硫酸溶液中的耐蚀性,采用透射电镜(TEM)观察表面纳米化后的微观结构,并利用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了腐蚀行为和微观结构的关系.失重试验结果表明,在两种温度条件下的稀硫酸溶液中,纳米晶结构的304不锈钢耐腐蚀性能明显变差,腐蚀特征以沿晶破坏为主,局部显示出均匀腐蚀形态.电化学测试结果表明,纳米化后的304不锈钢具有更低的自腐蚀电位和更高的自腐蚀电流密度.

    • 摘要: Metallic glasses,as a new class of metallic materials with potential applications in structural and functional aspects,are one of the hottest topics in the field of physics and materials science.Since they are metastable thermodynam-ically,metallic glasses always transform into their crystalline counterparts spontaneously under some suitable conditions, leading to the occurrence of crystallization event.The research on nanocrystallization of metallic glasses not only is of sci-entific importance,but also offers theoretical guidance for applications of these materials.In this paper,we give a brief re-view of several representative micromechanisms for nanocrystallization of metallic glasses,including classical nucleation theory,nucleation mechanism based on the linked-flux model,nucleation and growth mechanism associated with phase separation,cluster deposition micromechanism,non-classical nucleation theory,and nanocrystallization micromechanism under a larger undercooling.Moreover,our recent progress in understanding the atomistic mechanism for nanocrystalliza-tion of metallic glasses is also reviewed.Finally,we point out a couple of issues that deserve further investigation to fully understand nanocrystallization behaviors of metallic glasses.%金属玻璃是一类具有结构和功能应用前景的新型金属材料,是目前物理和材料学科最为活跃的研究领域之一。由于处于热力学亚稳态,金属玻璃在合适的外界条件下会自发地向相应的晶态相发生转变,导致晶化事件的发生。研究金属玻璃的纳米晶化不仅有重要的科学意义,同时也可对金属玻璃的应用提供理论指导。简要介绍了目前几种代表性的金属玻璃纳米晶化微观机制:经典形核理论、基于耦合通量模型的形核机制、基于相分离的纳米晶形核长大机制、有序原子集团沉积机制、非经典形核理论、大过冷度条件下纳米晶化的微观机制等,同时结合作者课题组近年来在这方面的研究进展,对各种机制进行了评述,最后对未来金属玻璃纳米晶化机制研究中需要重视的几个问题进行了简单展望。

    • 摘要: 对非晶合金 Fe52 Co34 Hf7 B6 Cu1试样进行了中频磁脉冲处理,处理过程中,磁脉冲场强、作用时间保持恒定为1.99×104 A/m、10min,脉冲频率分别为500,1000,1500和2000 Hz;用穆斯堡尔谱(MS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和透射电镜(TEM)等技术观察了该非晶合金磁脉冲处理后的微结构变化,并以振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量了试样在磁脉冲处理后的软磁性能.结果表明,对应1500 Hz、1.99×104 A/m、10 min的中频磁脉冲处理,相对优化了合金的软磁性能.%In this paper,the amorphous specimens Fe5 2 Co34 Hf7 B6 Cu1 were treated by medium-frequency mag-netic pulsing.The treatment conditions were as follows :the field intensity and acting time were constant (1.99×10 4 A/m,10 min),the pulsing frequency were 500,1 500 and 2 000 Hz respectively.The microstructural change of specimens after magnetic-pulsing were observed by MS,XRD and TEM technique.The soft magnetic properties of specimens treated by magnetic-pulsing were tested by VSM.The results show that the medium-frequency magnetic pulsing(1 500 Hz,1.99×10 4 A/m,10 min)can relatively improve the soft magnetic proper-ties of Fe5 2 Co34 Hf7 B6 Cu1 amorphous alloy.

    • 摘要: Fe5 2 Co34 Zr7 B6 Cu1 amorphous alloys thin strip were prepared by single-roller-quenching method.We treated Fe-based amorphous alloys by mid frequency pulse magnetic field.Fe-based amorphous samples before and after treated were measured by homemade magnetostrictive coefficient measurement system and Mössbauer spectroscopy.The results indicated that amorphous strip were nanocrystallized after treated by pulse magnetic field and crystalline phase mainly α-FeCo.Magnetostrictive coefficient changed first decrease and then increase with the pulsed magnetic field increased.It indicated that the magnetic properties of dual phase alloy for pulsed magnetic field was selective.The results of Mössbauer tests indicated that the sample after pulsed magnetic field treated still showed obvious amorphous characteristics and the percentage of the amount of crystallization were 9.9%,17.2% and 28.3% with the enhancement of pulsed magnetic fields.%利用单辊熔体急冷法制备出 Fe52 Co34 Zr7 B6 Cu1非晶合金薄带.利用中频脉冲磁场对淬态非晶合金进行磁脉冲处理,并利用自制的磁致伸缩系数测量系统和穆斯堡尔谱对脉冲磁场处理前后的非晶样品进行测量.结果表明,脉冲磁场处理后的样品发生了纳米晶化现象,晶化相主要为α-FeCo.随着脉冲磁场的增大,磁致伸缩系数出现了先减后增的变化,说明处理后的双相合金的磁学性能对于脉冲磁场的处理具有选择性.穆斯堡尔谱仪测试表明,试样经过脉冲磁场处理后整体上仍表现出明显的非晶态特征,随着脉冲磁场的增强,晶化量的百分比分别为9.9%,17.2%和28.3%.
