研发了一种新型高效纤维束过滤器,以过滤出水浊度、过滤周期和过滤能力指数为综合评价指标,考察了滤床密度、滤速和聚合氯化铝(PAC)投加量对过滤出水浊度的影响,并探究了在最佳运行参数条件下不同滤层深度出水浊度随时间的变化.结果表明,新型纤维过滤器的最佳运行参数为:滤床密度62.86 kg·m-3,滤速30.0 m·h -1,PAC投加量40 mg·L-1,在该运行模式下平均过滤出水浊度低于0.01 NTU,过滤周期260 min,周期产水量5 200 L.浊度的去除主要通过200~500 mm滤层,该段滤层浊度下降最快,浊度去除率85%左右,而600~700 mm段滤层经压缩后孔隙尺寸极小,起到了良好的浊度保护作用,最终过滤出水浊度均保持在了0.1 NTU以下.%A new type of efficient fiber bundle filter was developed in this paper.Using the filter effluent turbidity,filtration cycle and filter capacity index as comprehensive evaluation indexes to investigate the effects of filter bed density,filtration rate and the PAC dosage on the filter effluent turbidity,the effluent turbidity of different filter layer depths changing over time was employed.The results showed that,the optimum running parameters were as follows: filter bed density 62.86 kg·m-3,filtration rate 30.0 m·h -1 and PAC dosage 40 mg·L-1.Under above conditions,the average filter effluent turbidity was below 0.01 NTU,filtration cycle was 260 min,cycle water production was 5 200 L.The effluent turbidity removal mainly depended on the 200~500 mm filter layer,turbidity removal rate was about 85%,and turbidity decreased most fast in this period.But 600~700 mm filter layer played a good turbidity protection after compression tiny pore size,and the final filter effluent turbidity are below 0.1 NTU.
